We go here a couple times a month. Big portions. Price is reasonable. Food taste good. We usually get fried rice , noodles , and terriiki chicken. I took one star off since they prioritize the drive through and grub hub / Uber eats over people who walk in and dine in. So you stand there the only one in line for 2-3 minutes at least. Spring rolls are okay you get 2 for $2 and taste is not bad. I would recommend this place / location. The one in Virginia Leesburg is trash. They always run out of food and you wait easily 20 mins. I am so annoyed, I purchased my meal on 12/9. I ordered black pepper chicken, Beijing beef and veggies, I got home and there was barely any chicken on my plate. How disrespectful can they be. Refunded missing through Grub hub, reordered last plate and large app... 1 plate arrives with order botched, charged for both. (ordered orange chicken, got honey walnut sauce chicken). Service was great this visit. I went an hour before close so they were out of a lot but the manager, Ayesha (not sure if I spelled that correctly) had them make 3 different entrees fresh so that I could have what I wanted. Very sweet and helpful. I was extremely thankful to the entire staff for going out of their way! I did have to wait some time for my food to be ready but Luka was kind enough to offer my a drink on the house while I waited. This restaurant discriminates against their customers based on how they feel on any given day. The manager decided to force me to come inside to pick up my order from the drive through. I ordered ahead of time, it was ready, and there was nobody behind me. I had a family waiting at home, but they apparently made my life unnecessarily difficult based on how they felt about me and my appearance. She stated due to the pandemic they were going down the line. I responded that's not posted anywhere. She then took my name and they started to make my order at 7:06pm. We ordered online and our food was supposed to be ready for pick up at 4:55. It wasn't ready until 5:24. The female employee I asked about when my order would be readY was incredibly rude and unapologetic. Not only was our order a half hour late and the employee was unpleasant, but our mushroom chicken was congealed, nasty jelly. There were maybe 3 chunks of actual chicken and the rest was mush. Almost every time I've gone through the drive thru they always forget something. Tonight was the last time I drive away without checking first or better yet I'll go inside. Today they forgot sauce on the side, 2 orders of ragoons and the straws. Sometimes they forget an entree. I usually get for two people. It's not a large order. If you get the teriyaki chicken be prepared for mainly fat and if you get orange chicken it's a hit or miss. Sometimes it's coated with the sauce sometimes not. read more

Placed and pre-paid a fairly large online order (it was about $55.00) and was given a pick-up time by the app. Then drove to the location to pick up our food. We had to wait in a line of cars for about 15-20 minutes- which was fine and expected with the covid-19 precautions in place. When we stopped at the drive through speaker, the employee asked us how she could help. My wife was driving so, she said we were there to pick up an online order. She gave the woman her name and was told there was no order for that name. The woman asked if we had the emailed order confirmation, which we did. She told us to pull forward and she would take care of us. When we pulled up to the window, there was a young man leaning out the window that had the mask for covid, but it was pushed down onto his chin and was not covering his mouth or nose. My wife had her mask on and asked politely for him to pull his mask up, which he did. She showed him the email confirmation of our order and he literally took her phone. The lady, presumably the one we spoke to over the speaker, came to the window (no mask on, btw) and told us we had already picked up the order. Well, we hadn't. Then she accused of having someone else pick up the order so that we could "get free food." I was sitting in the passenger seat and asked if they had looked at the email confirmation from the people she gave our order to. She said no- they didn't. Then she asked us "are you sure you didn't send some one in front of you to pick up your order?" I asked- " why would we do that?" And she said "to get free food!" Implying that she still did not believe we had not done that. They did remake our order - after having to consult with the manager. And honestly, we both felt like the way those two individuals were acting, they had probably spit in our food, or worse. So- we stopped at the nearest dumpster and pitched it. Didn't even feel safe eating it after all that. Those two people should be fired. And Panda Express needs to re-engineer their pick-up window process. With covid-19, we have done pick ups from grocery stores, retailers and restaurants- and without fail they have verified our order number and name prior to giving us our order. I was so excited when I found out Martinsburg was getting a Panda Express and finally got a chance this afternoon to try it out. I can't speak to the dine-in service or employees since I didn't go inside but the drive-thru was quick and efficient. I ordered a bowl with half rice/half chow mein and honey walnut shrimp. YUM. I think it's $1.50 more for the shrimp but it is worth it. Very sweet, tasty, and crunchy. Always a good choice. The man at the window was very courteous and had everything in a bag ready to go when I pulled up to the window. The food was hot and tasted fresh. No complaints here. read more

Went to the restaurant with my family it was around 815pm when I asked for white rice I was told they were out because they were about to close. I asked what time they closed he said 10pm. Then as I looked at what they had else they had. It just wasn't worth it. This place really needs to do better. read more

I joined Yelp just for this. Don't go there. Sunday, just after noon, no other business at the store. I was ignored for 5 minutes at the drive-through kiosk.. Drove to the window, ignored another 5 minutes (drive a truck - they saw me). This happened once before too but I wrote it off, but now it seems clear that basic courtesy and customer service isn't on their menu at all. Worker finally opened the window and motioned me to shush while she takes the order behind me. Yeah, I got mad(der) and demanded the manager Vincent. He decided it was his job to lecture me. Threatened to remove me from the property, and tried to deny service. But I'd invested 15 minutes in acquiring lunch by now and was not leaving. We "found" a peace, he said 2 1/2 minutes more so the food would be hot & fresh, I said whatever. I go there about twice a week, always just pull out to a parking space to eat. Did that this time too and guess what - food not much more than warm. No way was the wait to get me anything fresher, hotter. Look at the other reviews, here and elsewhere. There are better choices, and places where you're far less likely to be ignored, insulted, and treated so poorly. read more

The food is absolutely disgusting! The angus steak taste like dog food, don't even think it was beef. The crab rangoons are terrible, just a doughball of cold cream cheese. This store branch is VERY unprofessional. I ordered my food around 7pm for delivery , I did not hear anything until I called the store at 8:46. They told me that there was a "delay" in delivery because all the Grubhub drivers were busy. Mind you, I can see on my order screen from Grubhub that no driver has been sent. So I told the guy that I will come in a for a pick up. I get there and all of a sudden he claims a driver showed up within the 20 minutes of me getting there and that he had given my food to the delivery guy. Guess what? the delivery guy never showed up.
