One of the two gentlemen that were there for a mobile order delivery ended up cancelling it on the customer and left because of how slow they were moving. At that point, it had been about ten minutes since I entered. Another five or so minutes elapsed and the order's were coming out at a snail's pace. I had time to fill up my cup and drink half of it before my order was finally ready. The other gentleman that was there before me for the mobile delivery order was still standing there. The one guy that came in after me was verbally showing that he was upset, but those complaints fell on deaf ears, as we rarely saw anyone come to the counter. By the time that I finished my meal, there were a few more mobile delivery orders and customers to come in. The first gentleman finally had the mobile order in hand and was out the door mere minutes before I finished. I've seen chaotic before, but never like this. I don't know if they were understaffed this door or just unorganized, but it definitely showed with the lack of awareness of your customers in store. They were more focused on getting the drive thru line moving than making sure people were satisfied.
