I think this is the best Chick-fil-A I've been to in several years! Everything was perfect. There was an older gentleman named Brad who was working in the dining room. It was like the old days. He checked in on us, got things for us we needed. Got us an extra chair. He even gave the kids Chick-fil-A cows. Amazing! I always get a Cobb salad with grilled nuggets. It has been disappointing the last several years at every Chick-fil-A I visit that you always have to eat it with warm salad dressing. Not here! They had cold salad dressing and it was wonderful! All of our sandwiches and fries and nuggets were perfect. The order was actually filled correctly, which doesn't happen very often at other places. We would come here again any day! read more

I don't eat fast food, but I look forward to a chic-fil-a cobb salad w/ grilled chicken every now & then, and they have never disappointed until recently. I noticed the last time the salad wasn't quite up to par, but everybody has an off day. I got one yesterday, and there used to be a whole hard boiled egg, this one had 2 very small slices. The salad also seems to have shrunk considerably compared to the portion size I used to get. I'll give them some time to get back to normal before I treat myself to what hasn't been such a treat lately. read more

I arrived to pick up an order from Sharpsburg Pike (10510 Vida Drive, Hagerstown, MD 21740) yesterday at approximately 2:00 PM. The restaurant's screen indicated that the order was ready. However, I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for the order. When I asked a staff member about the delay, she dismissed my concern and stated that it would be ready in five more minutes. Again, it took another 10 minutes before I received the order. Prior to receiving the order, I spoke with Amelia, the manager, about the situation. She was understanding but explained that they are required by the system to mark orders as "ready" even when they are not. I shared with her that this practice sends false information to both the customer and the DoorDash app. Later, she brought over a male manager who reiterated the same explanation. I repeated to him what I had already shared with Amelia. He proceeded to debate the issue, and I clarified that I was not there to argue I was there to work and pick up one of their customer's orders. I also informed both managers that I would be writing a review about my experience and notifying the corporate office as well. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve communication and accuracy in the order pickup process. Timely and respectful service is essential not only for delivery drivers, but for customers in general. read more

I read reviews before posting my review and it looks like my opinion of lackluster service and not a true representation of the Chick-fil-a brand. This location is new and is designed around drive thru or online orders. I tried the service where there is a drive thru line is dedicated to ordering online and scanning at a kiosk in this line saying you're there. It's supposed to be a contactless ordering. I ordered online and attempted to use the kiosk but for whatever reason, the chic fila app would not pull up my phone camera to scan the QR code. Unfortunately the QR code is the only way to confirm your order and there's no option to manually say you're there besides scanning that. I asked a nearby employee for help but she was clueless and told me to drive around to the pickup window. I drove around and it was so busy I got frustrated and parked and canceled my order. I then went through the drive thru and ordered my food. I paid and drove to the window after waiting in line. An employee told me to go wait in a spot since my milkshake and ice cream cone would take some time. I did have my hot food at this point. I then watched as countless people ordered inside and got their shakes with no problem. I waited 20 minutes before I got an ice cream cone. I asked where my milkshake was and the guy walked away and did not return. I then had to go inside the store and had to ask for my shake. It was magically made right away with no delay. This location needs to get it together. The inside design only has two registers because they want people to order online and do the drive thru or pick up inside. However, service and speed cannot go out of the window for the sale of online orders. I am highly disappointed as this restaurant is owned by the same owner as the other Hagerstown location and service is consistently good there. read more

have consistently enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A, and it is generally of high quality. However, I have concerns regarding the service and treatment of employees at this location. In particular, I've noticed a lack of respect in the way some employees are spoken to by management. On one occasion, I witnessed a staff member being publicly reprimanded and belittled in front of customers, which I believe is unprofessional and inappropriate in any business setting. It is apparent that the work environment could be improved, as it seems to foster a toxic atmosphere, with some employees being treated poorly. This is concerning, as a healthy and supportive workplace is essential for maintaining a positive and productive team. On a positive note, I would like to commend the staff who maintain the dining area. It is always clean, well-organized, and inviting, and they do an excellent job in this regard. However, my main concern is the treatment of employees, and as a regular customer, it saddens me to witness such behavior. If the situation continues or worsens, I will feel compelled to report this matter to higher authorities, as it is vital for the wellbeing of the staff and the overall work environment. read more

Food and service was great which was amazing... but what's not amazing is having your employees out in what feels like 10° weather taking orders. The poor boy looked absolutely freezing and was shaking and shivering. He even had one of those heater jackets on. The CFA over on wesel has boxes with heaters in them that this establishment should invest in... especially if it's the same owner. read more

The girl working the drive thru on 3/21/25 around 1pm was literally running items to everyone and so pleasant! One of the hardest workers I've ever seen. Bathrooms were very well maintained, and my Chicken sandwich was amazing. The only negative thing I could say is they forgot a few sauces we resuested. read more

Tried out the brand new location, curious about the new design, obviously centered on the drive thru and contactless pickup. I went inside to order, quite a different concept. One person, one register. Efficient, but a very impersonal, not a warm fuzzy environment. The dining room is smaller but clean, boxy , closed walls and just lacks any interaction with the friendly, nice Chick-fil-a staff I am accustomed to seeing at this chain. Not the usual dine-in experience. The two lane drive thru looks efficient, will try another time. Glad to say there is lots of room for the drive thru lanes and parking lot. That design is well done. I came here and they was giving head in the bathroom (people who work there), very slow, no respect, no professionalism, treat workers like shit, alot of people need to be re-trained, nobody knows what to do without a manager, they put their guest before team members, my son worked there a few months ago... and they kicked back his hours,being rude, getting smart for no reason, complaining about the littlest things when they could have pulles him aside. the people who work in drive-thru has no manners at all, very disrespectful, horrible attitudes, its just so much going on its just a horrible place to work or even be a fucking guest. The manager talks down and bad behind their team members back. Here's some names for instance...The owner just comes in yelling at everybody. Paige can be very two-faced, strict, and challenging. In my son opinion he doesn't think she does enough work she's always lashing out and leaving and being a lazy bitch that she is. Ben he is very crooked tooth and he comes in being a dick to face everybody, has no respect, talks to these teenagers like their adults it's just ridiculous. They don't let these teenagers keep their phone on them.,. they have to stay in a locker as a mother I don't like this because what it my child has an emergency or I have an emergency and he doesn't know what's going on... They got on these kids for being late like even if it's less than five minutes do they not know or believe in grace period... we cannot control traffic or anything that's going on, they have these kids work late night and expect them to make it on time early in the morning... like their kids i don't think it should be that serious... and they have this thing where you have to call the store but what's the point they barely answer the phone.... It causes a lot of issues everybody talks about everybody so this job is not so "Christian" as they make it seem.
