Staying in Grandby to see the Rockies and got in a little late but was looking for a quick bite to eat. McDonald's was the only few places open. Saw the 2 star rating but also saw the two recents positive reviews and said what the heck and gave them a shot. We weren't disappointed! Food was hot and fresh and the best McDonald's food we've had in a while. Service was pretty quick and the lobby was clean. Great job guys! read more

Live in Grand County and travel extensively. We occasionally try to patronize McDonalds in Granby. WORST EVER! Some dude with a dog knot for a hair style never wears any type of head covering! Big Mac with a side of hair follicles and dandruff at no extra charge? Yuck! Today we crossed our fingers and pulled into the slow....slow drive thru. Dude took our order. Before we could move a chick says,.."Be with you in a minute". Hmmmm....??? We eventually got to the pay/food window and the chick says," Sorry...I didn't get your order. I can't take your order here....YOU'LL HAVE TO PULL AROUND AND GET IN LINE AGAIN"! After giving them the 'jailhouse salute' we drove 15 miles to Wendy's in Fraser Colorado. It's a legit McDonalds and I enjoyed it. I never review fast food based on cleanliness of the lobby. Accuracy of the order and freshness of food is really the only thing I expect and this location met those expectations. read more

This might be the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had and would not recommend going here. I placed my order with my friends and the fries I got were visibly old. The woman that waited on us had no idea what she was doing and had no help, if she happened to be new. My girlfriend went to order and stood there for about ten minutes and never had even an indication someone would take her order. After standing there for ten minutes she left to get Subway next door. I do not expect a lot from McDonald's considering their reputation, but this was so bad it warranted a review. read more

Absolutely ruined my night. Waited at the drive thru window for half a century before someone finally took my order. After telling me that they were out of all the items on the menu that I wanted I settled for a sweet tea. Ready to cry I came up to the next window spurred on only by the thought of salvation from my drink. A group of friends and I came around 9:45pm. The DENSE lady at the front counter messed up every single order. She was also VERY confused every time we attempted to get the order corrected. After each said attempt our food still came back messed up. Slow service. Over charged us. Food was old. i.e. (bread and meat) Also, very rude and talked mad shit in the back of the store. I live in Granby and 9/10 times when I go through the drive through, I am asked to wait in the parking spaces for my order. I would understand if it was a large order but it's usually only 2-3 items off of the dollar menu. This time the person delivering the food didn't know which car, in which parking space, had which bag. I was asked to dig through the bags to find my own. I'm pretty sure it's against health regulations to ask a customer to go through another customers food and then still serve it to them. If I wanted to park I would just go inside. With that said it defeats the purpose of the drive through! read more

I go here often. The people are nice but the drive thru is very slow. My daughter loves the strawberry pie but you can't get them. Ever. They say if they make them and don't get sold they have to throw them out. Seems like if you aren't going to have an item you should take of off the me. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We stopped here after a day of fishing at the lake to use the restroom and get two frappe's. Twenty minutes in line for the bathroom as its a single use. Fifteen minutes I stood at the register to order while the cashier told me four times one more minute. After I finally ordered, it took them another ten minutes to make the drinks. I watched people who ordered after me get their orders before I did. Made the drinks wrong but at that point I was so frustrated I just left. Ridiculous.
