Drive by night one at 6:40 and they were putting up chairs (7pm close seems a bit early). So... went the next night and made sure to get there with plenty of time. Ordered a veggie burger (solid!), spicy original, and original burger and large fries. Ended up around $30. My family loved the food and when I picked up the order, they did tell me the fries are cooked in beef fat or seasoning or something like that and asked if I still wanted them (knowing vegetarians ordered veggie burgers). I do wish they put this on the menu before we ordered but grateful they shared. They very well could've not told me. My family enjoyed them. The only thing that can be improved is the cleanliness. I think the diner chairs were a bit dirty and could use a scrub down. Other than fries I wished I could eat and a bit of a scrub, we were pleased to come here.

My name is Trevor, I had an encounter with a very rude lady at the drive thru, she threatened to call the cops on me and my kids if we came through the drive thru being "loud and disturbing her work." They are children what do you expect! She has been rude on other occasions and made other threats toward me and my kids. One of my kids went through the drive thru with some friends a while back, the same lady was totally disrespectful and threatened to call the cops on them! Overall such a terrible experience and I hope this woman gets what she deserves because it is not okay how she treats customers! On the other hand, there are two particular guys that are probably the best employees I have ever met in my life, they are so happy and helpful! read more

I don't usually post negative reviews but in this case maybe the manager can learn that is not the way to teach new workers.The worker asked the manager, who was filling in the food containers, for more bacon to complete the order.This is when the manager proceeded to tell the young man he needed to think in advance to request refills on the sandwich condiments in a condescending manner and included he might not be working there if he couldn't put the sandwiches together. The manager then took over the sandwich order so I told him I wanted it toasted... he then said to me with a smart attitude, "I can't toast it before I get it set up." Really? I was trying to bring him up to speed on the order, since he took over. I was heartbroken for the workers and feel horrible I didn't say anything. I then ordered a soft drink and the manager proceeded to tell me they had "no ice but it comes out of the tank cold." I didn't want the drink without ice and he told me 2 more times it would be cold. I said "I just didn't want a drink." The store was too hot so we went outside to eat the sandwich. The picnic tables and seats are made out of trex decking materials and we're extremely hot. Find another place to eat!This was a very unpleasant experience and wish I hadn't spent the $27 and just left. Just saw 2 reviews in October 2022 and very limited customer input.
