Worst McDonald's I have been too. The wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous. The fact that a fast food restaurant has a spot for customers to pull over to wait even longer for their food is even more ridiculous. Workers are slow as molasses. Not to mention the place is trashed inside, miscellaneous cups and cardboard all over the ground in the kitchen area. As I am typing this review, I am currently waiting in the designated spot for customers to wait even longer for the food. This McDonald's seems to have difficulty with staffing and managements frustrations definitely show all the way around. Today a lady manager was yelling at the young cooks to hurray it up because she wants to go home. Tons of people waiting inside for orders and many cars waiting around curb for food to be brought out. Also no hand soap in ladies restroom. Other Manager wasn't in a hurry to get soap for ladies restroom as he was taking care of food orders and seemed very flustered...The family that owns the majority of McDonald's locations in this area seems to be trying to improve quality of their stores as I saw a admin person at Litchfield location who definitely made service and quality better for the day I was there...now they need to spread that all around to all of the stores...please. We have been going to the McDonald's on W. Elliot for years. Crew members and managers come and go. One of the best supervisors, if not THE best, is Diana. She is simply all about team work and getting the job done. Unfortunately, many customers are simply impatient. They should walk in the crew members' shoes for one day and then they would appreciate how hard most of these employees work. Two stars because the food is never bad. But the service is terrible. This place is so understaffed & the staff they do have moves painfully slow. Expect a 20-30 minute wait for food whether you're going through the drive thru or going inside. I was asked to pull around and wait for my drive thru order -- I only ordered a vanilla cone & a coke. Nothing that should have required me to pull around & wait. Avoid going here at all costs. read more

Been going here on occasion since they opened. They were very bad in beginning, but never got much better. If they get order right twice in a row consider yourself lucky (drive thru). the only thing they do consistently is get it wrong. We rarely go there. read more

These people are terrible! It always takes forever for the simplest orders. 18 minutes for a big breakfast that is already precooked. We tried going in and the drive through to make it faster. They had us move forward to wait for our food. After 18 minutes of waiting with 2 crying kids in the car my husband walked in to get the food and they are just standing there like nothing. Horrible customer service, outrageous wait times, and unless you go behind the counter and pack your own food it's guaranteed to be wrong. Don't even try the drive thru. Always disappointing! Would give ZERO Stars if possible. I come to this particular McDonalds occasionally because it is near my home, but it is always a last resort. Over the last three years I've come to expect filth in the dining room and slow service. But now there is a couple new twists: Wrong orders and cars backed-up in the drive thru. Take your time at the window and check your order carefully. Also expect to pull forward to wait for your food - if there is a spot open. It is people waiting for their orders that cause the back-up. The place just seems to get worse over time - I have seen no improvements. I give up. The Taco Bell next store is awesome in comparison. read more

I'm not sure if management reads these reviews about there restaurant. I would say to rehire management and get a new group of people to have this place stable, professional and with orders outgoing the right way. It's the only closest fast food in the neighborhood, but somehow employees who work here take forever to give you your order and if it's not that the order is completely wrong. oh wait it gets better you pay for your order that is over priced & for them to miss some of the items. It gets frustrating you have to drive up 10 to 15 min and then to get home and realize your order is missing or your food is not cooked right or the food has been sitting there for days and its not freshly done. When will the big bosses step in and take action that this fast food restaurant is by the worse restaurant in the neighborhood. Some of the employees don't even know what they are doing half of the time and what is the point of have rewards points on the app if you can't use them or they employees apply the code but do not give you the full order. The community is upset we are being ripped off & we might even get food poisoning by not having the food in ready right. this is so unacceptable. This was the worst trip ever to McDonalds. I repeated my order 3 times and it still was wrong on the receipt. All were standard items, no special order. The big breakfast came without the sausage and had to request it. The mocha frappe"s cup separated when I picked it up and contents went everywhere. This store has terrible service, part of it is that the supervisors look like teenagers. Every time I order they make me wait a long time on the side parking area. I heard the cook wants everything handed to her. Today, I waited a little while to order, the lady said it would be a little wait she had other things to do. I was not happy. then the next lane had no waiting, then 2 cars came ordered and went and I still hadn't ordered yet. Then I pulled up to the window to pay and had to wait there for 10 more minutes until she opened the window. Finally they were handing me my order and my strawberry sunday was all sticky on the outside. I asked for napkins to clean it and then the lid came off and it spilled all over me. I had jelly everywhere. luckily, I had a small towel in the car. Tried to clean up. impossible. I had to get off and go to the bathroom and still couldn't get rid of the sticky. This McDonalds seems to be owned and operated by high school kids. If you go through the drive through there is a good chance the voice coming through the speaker will be doing some sort of announcer voice impression. I dunno. It was kind of funny I guess. They frequently get your order wrong so check before you leave it you are getting take out. OH! And I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee and the kid said that he didn't know if he could do that! LOL. They will bring your food to your table if you are dining in. That was nice! First of all and against all bad reviews: it's a mcdonald's, not a family owned or fancy high heels only suit and tie restaurant. Second we go hear quite often for an ice cream or sth for the kids and never had melting ice cream or cold fries, a longer wait time as any other chain restaurant or any other unusual experience. Third and last by the number of people you see in the restaurant or in line in the drive thru it can't be very bad since it opened up here. Having moved to Estrella only a few weeks ago, I have only visited this McDonalds one time. However, like many other reviewers, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The food was acceptable. I have spoken with others in my community who agree with me that this location does not seem to be up to McDonalds' standards. This place is as described with all the other reviews. Finally got it through my head "don't go there" it's terrible. Wait times are so slow I am surprised it's not backing up. I could have gone home, made a sandwich and came back in the time it takes for the food to be delivered. Not to mention the time it takes at the window. EVERY time this has happened. Service was great even though they gave us our food in a bag instead of a tray to eat inside. The area in front of the soda/tea was dirty/wet. The dining area had several tables that were dirty with food left behind. A customer who didn't order anything was sleeping in a corner booth. It's nicely decorated but more attention needs to be given on the cleanliness of the drink/dining areas. read more

Fries are always cold I see some comments justifying poor quality of food and service because "what do you expect it's fast food after all" but you know what, fast food isn't cheap anymore and if it's somewhere you're going to spend your money than you should have good expectations. Poor service all around. Have had to wait in the drive through for over 15-25 minutes multiple times, including today February 24th 2017. Also did not receive full order today, as with many other times. On one occasion I have had the entire staff abandon the window mid order in the drive through because of another staff members personal problems outside the restaurant. This is probably one of the worst locations I've been too. I've visited four times now and each time is more disappointing than the last. The food is consistently cold or sloppily put together. Every time I order a breakfast sandwich the eggs are grossly over cooked and rendered inedible. This time I had half of an egg shell in my sandwich. From 100% wrong orders, to 100% horrible attitudes, to old--I mean OLD--food, especially fries---this place takes the cake as the WORST McDonalds's we've ever been to. This location is never typically busy, but is never clean, service is slow, food is awful, and they never get it right. They cop attitude when you tell them they've screwed up your order. While the Taco Bell in the same parking lot isn't much better, it's still a better option. Please don't *waste* your money by going here.
