Daily Double - Completely Incorrect Order I ordered a Daily Double with extra mayo, tomato, and extra pickles, and no onions--and what I received was completely wrong. First, the sandwich only had one patty, when a Daily Double is supposed to come with two. That alone makes the order incorrect. Then the toppings: * No tomato at all, even though I specifically requested it * I asked for extra pickles, but only got a couple--not even close to "extra" * I requested extra mayo, but it was just sloppily overloaded and unevenly spread * No onions appears to have been followed, but that's about the only thing done right * Messy lettuce and poor overall assembly The sandwich looked rushed and thrown together with no attention to the actual order. Missing a patty and key toppings, plus not honoring the "extra" requests, makes this a completely incorrect build. Rating: 1/5 Wrong sandwich, missing ingredients, and sloppy execution. First and last time stopping at this location. Just moved into the area and was on my way to a morning meeting. Intended to pick up a breakfast meal although the coffee was the real motivation. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and that was for 4 cars. It is hard to understand what took so long. The order was placed rather quickly but paying and picking up food took forever. I'm not a fan of the covered drive thru windows because I can't see what's going on in the prep of my drink or food but the fun the workers were having behind the pick up window may explain the long wait. Music, laughing, conversation - everything but filling orders. So I was irritated because this set me up for arriving late. Now the food, don't bother. The breakfast bagel was cold, egg was slimy and room temperature at best and the dollop of seasoning cream was placed in the hole of the bagel so it squirted out on the 1st bite. Freshness and assembly are rated an F. Top it off with my coffee being lumpy and sour. When I lifted the lid, the cream had curdled (gone sour, not fresh) and was not edible. Disgusting. If I could give this entire experience 0, I would. Someone needs to close the doors and start this location over, from the top. My suggestion ... keep driving. read more

My daughter went to the drive-thru last night at about 10:05an (December 26, 2025), ordered several items, and for the SECOND DAY in a row, left out her chicken nuggets: I can confidently say that at least 75% of the time, they get an order wrong AND/Or forget an item or several items. Please read all the way to the end. If you asked me to review this place for any meal, I've received after 3 PM. I would give it a one star, it always takes forever for me to get my food and it's not even that fresh. Anytime I've been inside The bathrooms are disgusting and the lobby appears to never be cleaned. Ultimately incredibly disappointing. But, I have been waiting on my refrigerator to be delivered so I've eaten almost every breakfast here for the last five days at this McDonald's and every single breakfast meal I have had has been incredible, hot, fresh and delicious. The owner, manager and parents of the kids that work here should be embarrassed of this place. We went at 9pm on a Friday and surprisingly when we got in line, there were no cars in front of us which was great. From the time we paid till the time we got our cheese burgers and nuggets it took over 10 mins. In that 10 mins I looked in thru the drive thru window to watch the worker kids hanging out with their friends at the register screwing around and no one doing anything work related. The older cashier gentleman had to come from the other window to serve our food to us. The food was crap....the buns in the cheese burgers were dry and stale like they'd been sitting out for hours. The fries were cold and the forgot our sauces for the nuggets. I went into the store to get sauce only to see the workers chatting it up with their friends and doing no work. I had one of the worst experiences ever at this McDonald's because of an employee named Omar. From the moment I walked in, I could hear him loudly yelling at his coworkers, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment--not just for the employees, but for the customers too. He was rude, dismissive, and clearly has no concept of what good customer service looks like. When I asked a simple question about my order, he snapped at me like I was bothering him. Several people in line looked just as shocked. This isn't an isolated incident either. I've heard from others in the community that Omar has a long history of acting unprofessionally and treating people poorly. It's honestly baffling how someone like this is still employed here. I come to McDonald's expecting fast service and at least basic respect, and this guy makes the whole place feel chaotic and unpleasant. If management cares at all about this location's reputation, they need to take action. Omar is driving away customers and making the workplace miserable. This McDonald's is still just as bad as when I left my review two years ago--and sadly, it's actually gotten worse. The service is still slow, and there are other issues too. Where do I start? We stop here because it's convenient. Not anymore. Every time they are out of something... napkins, tea, lids for cups, you name it! Today was the last straw. I ordered an apple pie and when I get it, it was solid cold! I took it back up to the counter where I waited for over 15 minutes to get someone to even acknowledge my existence. Been living in this neighborhood for almost a year now. Not once, in a full calendar year, have I been handed fully cooked French fries. Not once. And it's not like they don't notice this. My husband and I went in for a quick bite to eat and we were in SHOCK! When we order at the kiosk there was no more paper to print out receipts on the machines. Hard time knowing when your order is ready. While we were waiting we observe an elderly couple ( one in a walker and the other one with a cane) trying to din in however, it was extremely difficult when the ice makers is not working, trash all over the ground, tables with leftover food on them! The one employee seemed to be the only one trying to help out on the floor. The others worked in the back with AirPods in and not helping those who came to the counter for questions. Lastly, there were multiple middle school/ high school students in there eating peoples order at the counter that were not theirs and leaving it for the employees to pick up. Went through the drive thru and tried to order a burger they said they didn't have any meat only chicken. Then I used a code, for my food and when I went to the checkout window they said the code no longer worked even though it stated on the screen it was $11 so they were trying to charge $25. The worker told me that the code was invalid. I spoke to the manager who was able to figure out why it wasn't working (because they charged me for meals and not just the nuggets) she was helpful and fixed it and asked me what type of sauce I wanted. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I used to like eating at McDonald's but living in Estrella I have no choice now but to get fast food at Taco Bell. This location is well known for mixing up orders, poor food quality, slow service and now they conveniently forget to give you receipts to avoid survey feedback. Normal drive through experience, get up to the window to get my food and I'm told to pull to the end of the drive through and someone will bring my food out. Pull forward and proceed to wait over5 minutes while car after car that was behind me goes through with their food. Pull into a stall and as I'm about to go inside somebody comes out with my food. I'm asked to check the food which I do, label says only ketchup there is a fry good to go. During my last "inside" visit, I observed two or three tables still had trash (cups, wrappers, etc.) on them; drinks had been spilled on tables, booths, floor areas; a group of four or five teenagers were sitting ON the tables AND being observed by at least two employees - yet no one asked the teens to get off the tables.
