We went to this McDonalds last week around 8pm. There was NO one in the restaurant. The place was beyond filthy. There were at least 6 people working but only two were really working. I said to a girl at the counter that this is the dirtiest I had ever seen it. Again disappointed here, came in evening for two fish sandwiches, asked for one with lettuce, literally got 1 Tbsp brown chopped lettuce and charged 30 cents extra. Just wow. Manager with no name tag (bigger, youngish, tall, white guy) threatened my 16 year old son! All happened because they messed up our order (again! They mess up about 90% of our orders). The kid who took the order was super nice and apologetic and more professional than the manager. So we tell the guy who gives us our food (who happens to be the manager and he'll make sure you know it) that we didn't get our McMuffin and big guy says, very rudely, that we didn't order it and we weren't charged for it. So he's arguing with my son about this and we ask if we can order it again. Big guy rolls his eyes and says it'll take 3-4 minutes (of course it will). My son called him out for being rude and he tells us to get out of there and he's not dealing with us. We were in the drive thru. So we go inside and order McMuffin and I tell him that we weren't trying to get the McMuffin for free. This is a $1 menu item for crying out loud. We ordered it because we wanted it and next time he doesn't need to treat people so poorly. Hands us our food and we turn to leave and big guy's attitude comes back and tells us next time to stay behind the yellow line (COVID-19 pandemic). Mind you we had to go past the yellow line to A) pay for the food and B) get our food. So my son mouths off to him and big guy goes running after him with his chest puffed out and I had to stand in front of this huge man and tell him my son is only 16. My son looks 16 too, and possibly even younger! I couldn't believe this was happening. More verbal back and forth and big guy bans us from "his" McDonalds! One more round of verbal back and forth and big guy runs after my son again like his gonna kick his butt or something and again I have to yell that he's just a kid! I could not believe this is the kind of "manager" they have running "my" McDonald's and they need to get the heck out of "my" neighborhood. So unbelievable. I had went in last week with my service dog. I want to go grab quick Mcchickens.I was having an amazing day I go in first thing that happens is the front counter girl goes and starts talking to my dog the saying oh how cute you are blah Blah blah then looks at me and says excuse me sir he's not allowed in here. Pointed her fingers towards the door and asked me to leave. I told her he's my service animal and she said she knows he' not a service Dog and we must leave. Just walks away and goes to call her manager Adrian. I can clearly hear them talking and he tells her "it's whatever to take my order". She walks back to the register looks me up-and-down looks to another employee says "aha" "girl,come takes this" Walks away to the other employee and I watch them fight on who is gonna take my order. Then a young man walks up and says "hello,sir." "What can I get for you". I asked if there is a problem? Do I need to show you guys my service card?? And he says "no,sir. she's is just busy doing something else. Then asked what I would like to order. I said 3 hot and spicys two without bun. I paid and I went to sit and wait. Leaving the store feeling so angry and offended. I walk to north lake to eat my food. I open up to a big breakfast container with two hot and spicy patties with a big blob of mayo on both no lettuce or anything else. Made me so upset I called the manager to say something. I called the first time and nobody answered. So I called again and they answered And I said may speak to the manager and said hold on. The manager comes on which is Adrian and I told him about my experience of what happened and he goes well so is this the guy with the pitbull I said yes then he said hold on. Then hangs up on me. I call back and the phone was off the hook for 5 mins and I kept trying to call back then he picks up again. I said what is going on and he is like well I know your dog is not a service dog and he doesn't have his vest and he's a pit bull , so you're not allowed here please don't ever come back here again. Being just the rudest person to me. If they knew the laws of service animals there is no type of breed that is Required and also they should know that they are not allowed to speak to the service animal and that's the first mistake they made when I walked in the door. Also it's not the law that they should always have their vest on. We were out enjoying the lake and wanted food to eat. Place is horrible and it sucks because other than Taco Bell this is the only place that has food like eggs and sausage. I usually cook at home but when I have one of those lazy days I want to have food cooked the right way if I'm paying for it. This has to be THE FILTHIEST McDonald's I've ever been at!! Flies outnumber the people 20:1. Floors have not been mopped in days, Drink and ketchup dispensing area has piles of debris. None of the tables have been wiped down..... oh, did I mention that there were 3 other people inside. Not so big a rush that SOMEONE behind the counter couldn't have got off their cell phone to clean...... If I could give zero stars I would. I try not to go here anymore because I've never once been where they haven't made me park in the front and wait for my "fast" food. Even after waiting you'd expect hot fresh food but our kids wouldn't eat their cheeseburgers.. we ask why and grabbed them to see what was going on and the burgers were cold the patties and buns were cold and they tasted horrible. Today I figured I'd treat my kids to some ice cream after school on this hot day and went through the drive thru thinking surely they can't screw up two ice creams... sure enough they ask me to pull forward and wait. 8 minutes later they come out with the two small ice creams. I don't think I have come here once and haven't had to wait less than 10 minutes for my food. There are ALWAYS like 3-4 cars on the curb waiting. We always have to pull forward. October 16, 2016 11:00am Visited this McDonalds and ordered hot cakes and sausage. There were 6 flies on the counter, no exaggeration. I thought probably a bad idea can only imagine how many are in the food area. When I received my hot cakes there was a portion of a dead fly in my food, see pic. I spoke with the manager on duty Rebecca. She offered to replace my food, not an apology or a refund. I told her I didn't want any food from her dirty bug invested restaurant. The cashier agreed how gross it was and said you have no idea how bad it is out back. He said it's been like this for several days. I asked Rebecca what her plan was to clean the place. I was told the called Eco, there apparent bug guy, a few days ago and are waiting.... I asked why she was continuing to serve food and thought she should have them stop and clean. For the 15 minutes I was there no cleaning took place. Every other customer was getting unsanitary food because of her gross negligence. I asked Rebecca for a phone number of who I could speak with on the spot. She gave me the GM's first name Yasmin put no phone number. I then asked for the District Manager phone number she refused to give that and also the corporate phone number. I don't blame Rebecca for the fly problem but I do hold her accountable for how the situation was handled and for doing zero to fix. When we travel we always prefer MacDonald's. We stopped at this restaurant during the fall festival on 10/21/2017. when things needs to be corrected, the management team are quite accommodating without any complaint. Our thanks to Manny, Diane and Olivia for their extra effort and hospitality. Please give a try to this location . We visit MacDonald's near our home base on 7th Ave and Indian School every Saturday morning after our Tennis match to have breakfast for quite a few years.If we don't like it, why would anyone go there? I am ashamed that this establishment is in our community. The trash is over flowing, tables have not been wiped down/trash picked up and the soda/condiment area is just flat out disgusting. Whoever owns this particular franchise apparently takes no pride of ownership in this pig sty. Hopefully food services makes a surprise visit, I can only imagine what they would find. As for the service it was very slow and they don't turn off the fricking alarms on the Fryer's. We sat hear for 20 min waiting for food to the continuous "beeb...beeb....beeb". If I could have given a negative star I would've. The service was horrible, we waited for 30 minutes to get 2 sundaes, 1 medium fry, & 1 Large Dr. Pepper. When we finally got our food we saw the employee making our hot fudge sundae scooping the hot fudge with a spoon and throwing the hot fudge from the bag into our cup. One of our sundaes was overflowing and spilt all over us, the second one was not full and had no ice cream. Our fries were rock hard, after we saw them pull them out of the fryer. The hot fudge sundaes spilt all over our clothes due to them being wrongfully made. I hope that this issue is addressed. read more
