Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered ahead and my drinks were made 15 minutes before the food items. So I had to sit and wait while the staff continued to ignore food items orders. This is how I feel about STARBUCKS So this might be my feelings for most Starbucks reviews. Although, I can remember a few of them out of my community have been...how can I word this...less than nice, less than perfect, less than customer service knowledgeable, you get my point LOL GOOD THING IS, that for this particular location I am pleased with both the service and the ability to follow the recipes to the "Tea"... (get it TEA? I know silly, I meant the punnnnnnnn) . The morning Baristas are always friendly. The ladies have been there since I can remember. They know me by name and they know my drink without me asking. they got me every time!!!!! This used to be a different coffee spot inside the Frys, so happy that they switched to a Starbucks, totally worth it!! A key to keeping the customers waiting in line from going coffee craving crazy is to do what they do, "we'll be right with you folks". They always say that with real meaning and a real smile. When I get to the counter they are attentive and very friendly as they were to the previous customer. Also when in need of a new drink or feeling courageous in regards to the new menus they always guide me towards what I might or might not like. I have tried several coffee shops and I am very picky about not tasting BURNT coffee or burnt espresso in what ever it might be I have ordered and thankfully, here I have not had to worry about it. I will continue to drink my Salted Caramel Mocha Frapps all year round, and try their new flavors accordingly. Nothing too healthy sounding for me, thank you. Netty or Letty was very helpful and was patient with how I wanted my coffee sweetened. She gave me a sample of their sweet cream foam to make sure that is what I wanted. I went to this location for the first time to pick up a couple cold brews. I don't know what they did, but this was by far the worst cup of coffee I've ever had... they tried to make excuses for the cold foam and to why it was watery... it's because they just don't know how to make a cup of coffee like a real Starbucks does. There is a woman who is MUCH older than everyone else who work at this location, and she is always cold and snippy! She always gives me dirty looks and refuses to make a drink the way I requested when I can go to any other location and get the same drink made exactly how I want it! Not Recommended. They can't make a basic white mocha correctly. Not true Starbucks employees.

I get my coffee here about once per week. I enjoy their morning smiles. Not too many places you can go at 6am and see people that cheery. Got my Peppermint White Mocha and loving it. They also have a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino now! Fast and efficient in the mornings for sure! read more

THE worst experience and customer service ever at a Starbucks. There were about 8-10 customers/orders. The very grumpy cashier abandoned the barista after he was done cashiering. The barista asked the cashier if he could help him restock the stack of lids and the cashier pointed to where they were and then left the kiosk. About 10 minutes later I get my order. It's not what I ordered however. So I take it back and the grumpy cashier just returned so I let him know. He then belittled the barista in a very passive aggressive way and then they remade my drink. The 2nd try looked like the correct drink but after walking away with it... it was extremely bitter and not sweet. I ordered a cold foam cold brew with sweet cream. Plus they put a regular lid on it which doesn't allow you to taste the cold foam. At this point we got tired of waiting so I wasn't in the mood to reorder again. I'll never go there again. An embarrassment to the Starbucks brand!! read more

This Starbucks is so slow! It's located inside of the Fry's grocery store. You can literally place your order, go shopping, come back and your drink still won't be ready. Their customer service is average and being that this is the only Starbucks in town, I'm stuck coming here from time to time when I need my Starbucks fix (unfortunately). read more

Got a Starbucks double shot and it tasted empty win no flavor. Also bought a coffee cake they didn't ask if I wanted heated up or not they just gave it to me cold (tastes gross). Also my usual order at any other Starbucks in town is $6.49, why was it close to $2 more here? Pretty disappointed. This is a convenient location when I have grocery shopping to do. I've come in the morning during commute hours and the line has been crazy. But it can be like that anywhere during that time of the day. I did have a problem trying to reload my Starbucks card at this location using my debit card. My debit went through but failed to send to Starbucks. A manager came to fix it so I could try again. Same thing happened so I just paid cash. Turns out the transactions were never voided so I had to come back and speak with a manager of Frys for them to credit back my debit charge. They were nice about it all but it was definitely a pain in the butt and waste of a lot of my time. Hope they fix the problem. read more

I love Starbucks BUT they raise their prices constantly and the prices are just ridiculous. Ordered a smoothie for the first time on Saturday walked out, tasted it and I was absolutely dissapointed. I ended up throwing it out. I called to complain but no answer for at least 2 hours. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday and explained I was not happy, Lynn took my info and told me to come in and I can get another drink. I came in Wednesday and explained to a Jackie what Lynn told me. Jackie who was obviously having a bad day seemed annoyed and acted as if she could careless. She then advised me that Lynn is just an associate and shouldn't have told me I could get another drink!! Jackie sends me away and says you have to call when a manager is here. The workers in the morning are very nice and happy. While in the afternoon they're moody and rude and do not smile. In the morning they make the drinks correctly and taste wonderful like they're suppose to be made, but in the afternoon they rush it and do not make it tasting accordingly. read more
