Went and grabbed an apple pie and I do not even know how to explain. It was like they found this thing sitting behind something and It had been there for a few years. Absolutely disgusting. Every single time a drive thru order from this place is missing at least one item. It's like a running joke. And if you use the app, once in a while they'll cancel on their end so when you show up for your order, they'll say they don't have it and the order disappears from your phone. I still swing by and hit the drive through with the kids from time to time. Some how I forget every time I show up that I can't go through the drive through without driving all the way around the building. This just bugs me. Single stream entry. By the time the year comes that I remember they will either renovate it again or it will be something else. They now have a few parking spaces to park just beyond the pick up window. If I could put zero stars I would. At the cochituate rd in Framingham location of McDonald's, the night manager Jennifer was swearing and screaming at her employee while I was in the drive through. It was directed towards a Hispanic male who is of younger age who was working at the first drive through window. A chic knot parking is inaccessible because they've dumped a storage container in it. They're constantly out of things from beef to ice cream. But of course they don't update the menu. I get that shipping has been a challenge, but other McDs nearby have not had this problem. read more

One of the best McDonald's locations I have visited in a long time. I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews, either good or bad, unless the restaurant made an impact on my day. I was stressed, exhausted, and just needed something to eat after being up since 2 in the morning. This restaurant really delivered. Food was hot, fresh, staff was friendly, and service was quick. I went inside to use the restroom, and decided to order on the kiosk in the lobby since staff looked busy in drive-thru. Despite the long line outside, they were extremely attentive. I don't understand the bad reviews and low rating. If I could leave more than one review and rating, I would. Highly recommend! read more

The owner and managers of this store must realize people are driving in the exit. People drive on the left side to avoid going around the building. I've seen many accidents almost caused here and plenty of fights. And yet they do nothing about it.. what kind of company operates like this. Usually, this McDonald's (343 Cochituate Rd - Rte 30 in Framingham) is better than the one located on Rte 9 in Natick because the staff generally speaks and understands English and, therefore, tends to get the drive-through order correct as compared to the Natick franchise which is AWFUL for accuracy! However, today, Sunday, 3/24/2024, around 6 pm (light customer traffic), the McDonalds located on 343 Cochituate Rd (across the street from the large Post Office location on Rte 30), got the our order incorrect three times, once at the drive-through menu, a second time when I went to pay, and then at the window to receive the food they gave us the wrong bag of food! Only this time the staff appeared to speak English fluently. Further, the female at the window where the food was handed out was attractive and wore immaculate makeup. I only mention this because how she presented her appearance/makeup was an indication of her attention to detail, which was spot-on. I just wish she/her staff exhibited the same attention to detail in getting our order correct the three chances they had to get it right during a period where customer traffic was NOT heavy at all. when I pulled up to the drive-through, the girl who took my order was rude. I ordered a happy meal. She didn't ask if I wanted extra fries or apple slices, but i tell her that i wanted the fries anyway. I also ordered ranch with my meal and an Oreo shamrock McFlurry. when I pulled up to pay the girl who took my card, was also rude , then, when I pulled up to the window to get my food, they tried to hand me a shake and I told them that I had ordered a McFlurry not a shake so he went and made my McFlurry. Something has changed At this McDonald's. In the last 3 months I have visited there 3 times and each time my order was wrong. On one visit I literally had to drive through 3 times to get the right order. I ordered a McGriddle meal, got a Cheeseburger and French fries. 2nd try I got a McMuffin meal with a hashbrown so badly overcooked it was too hard to bite into. I actually would have just kept the meal if not for that. Got it right on the 3rd drive through because the girl (seemed to be in charge) made it happen. Went there last night. No one was working the cash window, making it impossibly long at the pick up window, the young man had to go over to a cashier at the counter for each order. McDonald's is well known for setting up guidelines/codes for interacting with customers for greeting, but there was no greeting and not a word uttered in English when I visited there there other day. I know that keeping price down for Big Mac would entails degredation in customer services. I haven't seen yet an order being tossed at me though. Worst place. We have waited for almost 10-15 minutes on a busy Friday to order a mocha Frappe. By the time we reached our pickup time, the frappe was ready but they cannot find lids for frappe. We had to wait for few minutes and they said they ran out of lids. Now what they did is amazing, they just completely transferred the frappe to a bigger cup literally, with whole whip cream in the bottom of the cup and they were all having a fun time offering that to me. Came in for a medium iced coffee. Waited for over 7 minutes, which really isn't a lot of time in a grand scheme of thing and I would not complained had I not witnessed 8 other customers who ordered after me getting their orders while I waited. The straw that broke the camel's back was when a guy who were 5 customers after me got his 2 large iced coffee while mine was nowhere in sight. And worse was when the incompetent "worker" laughed when I asked 'where is my order?' The fact she felt it was funny was enough to make me write this review. It is useless to speak with a manager at this location, they are inept. I would have provided my feedback to their website but of course this "worker" didn't provide me with a receipt. It's always dirty....not messy, dirty. The counters are usually littered with trash and soda stains, the tables are never wiped down, and the floor is movie-theatre sticky. Now, this two star review is with the understanding that it's McDonald's and the food is horrible. I kind of like the Fried Chicken Sandwich, and they mix Coke better than most fast food chains. But a normal McDonald's would be a 1 star (or less...I've eaten at some lousy MickeyD's). But I want to recognize the fact that this McDonald's really is very efficient. Seriously, they're fast. Even during rush/dinner hour, when I only have 30 minutes to get something warm to eat before I have to be somewhere else the drive-up here is quick and has never gotten my order wrong.
