the store on Florida with Ashley as the manager is terrible. I order my food and i'm told to pull up to the next window, so I do and after 10 minutes and 5 cars go around me I knock the window that i'm sitting in front of and Ashley comes to tell me not to knock on the window and that my 1/4 pounder needs to be cooked that's why it lm still waiting and the other people order food like nuggets which are faster to cook. However, no one took the time to tell me my fast food was going take twice as long to prepare because it needs to be cooked.Ashley was very rude and she's in charge. Now i know that these stores are owned by someone as a franchise and the owner is going to lose money because of Ashley's poorly managed store. I wouldn't hire her to wash my car. McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Meade, Florida

With 4 kids, they delivered the 4 kids meal in 3 minutes. 5 more minutes the adult meals arrived. The apple pies came a few minutes late. Smoking hot fries, great burgers, great cookies, donuts a little stale. I am disappointed with standing there for 5 minutes and employees walking by me twice with no offer of help. not Sure who the gentleman was when I attempted to visit the store in Fort Meade Florida I am assuming the manager, but he was very rude! It was around 6:40 am on 6/21/25 and the doors were locked but I saw employees inside, hours are posted dining room hours 5:00am, I walked to the drive thru window attempting to contact someone since they were just standing around, well one person was mopping, so the manager I am guessing opens the drive thru window and asked me if the doors are locked and was I able to get in I said no and he said then we are closed, we can not operate with just two people I said well maybe a sign on the door for customers could be helpful , he was very rude, a simple sorry we are not open at this time we only have two employees, the rude attitude was uncalled for read more

I'll start off with saying I avoid McDonald's at all costs. We don't eat here unless it's the only option or we're traveling. In this case we were traveling. The building was clean which is pleasantly unusual compared to most McDonald's. We had the help of an extremely friendly worker who assisted us with the new little consoles that you order on (we hadn't been to a McDonald's since they put those in I think). We tried the international menu with the chicken sandwich from Canada. They delivered the food to our table and the sandwiches were great! We had several workers check on us to see if we needed anything. I've never had that happen at a fast food restaurant before. This stop was a pleasant surprise! I'm pretty sure I audibly groaned when we pulled into the parking lot, but I'm happy now to write a great review for this place! read more

Over the past few months I would say they have stepped up their service. I have found that my orders have been more accurate and even the drive-thru seems to move a bit faster. With that being said the drive thru is still at times extremely slow. With there being limited options for fast food in town, at certain times in the day this McDonald's is jam packed with cars. I am thankful the service seems to be improving from where it was a few months ago. I hope it will eventually get to the same quality/speed as some of the newer McDonald's out there. I have discovered the breakfast burrito is served all day long. This is one of the hidden diamond in the menu that I like that I feel has slightly better quality. I honestly think the crispy tender meals are beyond overpriced. My goal when I go to McDonald's is to leave with a full meal for under $4.00. I find that when my bill starts to go over that price point that I am contemplating why I didn't eat somewhere else with better quality food. However in Fort Meade, there are very limited food options so this is essentially one of the main options for any type of food. Am I da da da love'in this Mcdonalds? The automatic ordering machine was not filled with paper for a receipt to bring up to the counter for your food order. Bathrooms were not acceptable: smelly, sink clogged with tissue paper (couldn't wash your hands), trash cans overfilled (needed to be emptied). Tables were not cleared off - half empty cartons of French fries, half drunk soda cups, flies on table. Elderly people some with a walker coming in for a Saturday night dinner to a very dirty place. In front of the door I noticed a large puddle of water and straw covering stuck to the floor. And lastly, one employee playing on his phone with his elbows on the customers side of the counter. Positive: they gave us fresh fries, not the flimsy old ones you get from most McDonald's . Negative: the only reason I ordered fries is because their ice cream machine was broken. This Mcdonalds was very clean, organized and the people that were running it were unbelievably nice. So dirty .. we walked in driving from Orlando to Ft Myers - planned to use bathroom and get iced tea and snacks . It was so dirty -- we left . It was really disgusting . Especially coming from WDW where pride obviously is taken in the cleanliness of their facilities. To walk in to an empty eating area yet see the trash cans overflowing. tables all sticky and dirty .. used napkins strewn on tables and floor. No one cared. The morning crew is usually pretty good but the crew at night are just dumb. No sense of business or customer service.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Cold food, poor service, orders always mixed up and seems like they just don't care. Once they gave me the wrong coffee drink and tried to insist I pay for it because they didn't have the one I ordered and instead of telling me that just gave me a different drink.
