Literally did a u-turn while driving through to come here. I love me a good drive-thru coffee place. The first time I got the honey iced latte that was very good. On the way back I got a different latte but it was too sweet that time. My kids also enjoyed their smoothies but I think they are more like a flavored milkshake than a fresh fruit "healthy" smoothie. Service was quick and kind and I loved that the drive-thru had a long lane to accommodate a line. read more

Whoot, whoot! They have finally opened and are now officially the closest coffee joint to my condo at 2 miles away! I was there on day #1 with my Scooters app fired up and ready for action. Arriving- They are on the southbound side of US 27 directly in front of the Walmart Super Center. You can jump on a frontage road either before or after them, so access is easy peasy. App- Like most significant chains, their app is well designed and will generate discounts and deals if you are a regular. Ambience- Like most locations, it's drive-thru only. As they are brand-spanking new the lanes and signage are excellent. Customer Service- Welcome to Soft Opening Day! Let's just say it was a work in progress. Note that I ordered on the app. First off, I touched three different folks, and they were all awesome. The Nitro Cold Brew I ordered was not available, so I had to substitute another Cold Brew. Ditto the Cake Bite. I had to substitute. They get a pass because it was Day#1, and they were so nice! Food & Drink- My substituted standard Cold Brew (Not the Nitro) was a solid drink. Absolutely no problems. My Oreo Cake Bite, again a substitution was a sugar bomb and delicious. The app hit me up for $10.65. With all the substitutions it should have been a dollar less but that got missed somehow. Don't worry, I'll still be able to pay the mortgage! Conclusion- If it was not their Soft Opening and just a regular day, I would have given them three stars because the people were so genuinely awesome! I'm going to be generous and go 4 stars. Their products were solid as well as the customer service but there delivery system needs to get squared away! read more

We have been here so far twice. The very first time the person working the counter got our order correct. The cashier was friendly and food was so good. The Scooter's were cleaned and looked really nice. The second visit it was a different cashier taking the order and she was in a rush since it was early morning breakfast time. She got only half the order correct but I didn't realize it until I got home. Make sure to check your bags before leaving! read more

I stop here when I'm in town visiting Mom. This stop, I got the Caremelicious Cold Brew. OMG, this thing is delicious. I also grabbed an order of the Southwest Steak Omelet Egg Bites. They were just ok. Service was a tad slow. It's a drive thru only location, so no walk ups or inside ordering. The grounds and building were clean and tidy. The only real complaint is that the order kiosk is located adjacent to a busy highway and the noise from it makes it difficult to communicate with the workers inside. Placing some sort of noise barrier (privacy fence??) there would greatly improve this. read more

I am not sure the names of the two young man working g the am shift, however i wanted to make sure they are recognized. While giving my order in the drive thru . A Black pickup truck rudely zoomed up to the window skipping two vehicles waiting to place their order and handed his card to pay but did not order before arriving at the window What could have been a confrontational moment was quickly changed to taking the high road and taking the order and service this rude customer without any argument. When I got up to the window the young men quickly apologized. I told then was fine and there was no need to apologize for the actions of someone else's doing. It was nice to see in a world full of Karen's, our younger generation responding back with professionalism and kindness. You have two valuable employees who should be recognized. P.s. I decided to take my family to the avon park location because every time I go they are so nice. When I arrived Saturday May 3rd around 12:20 pm I tried ordering my drinks but the girl that was taking my order decided to make comments about me. When I had tried ordering the cinnamon cold brew she put it in as a regular coffee so I corrected saying it was supposed to be a cold brew. She then under her breathe said with an attitude "well you're not saying that". She also ignored me and talked over me when I tried completing my order. We got taken so off guard that we left and went else where. (I believe there were two short brown haired girls working) read more

She handed me a beautifully iced cup called a Black Widow (Strawberry, Raspberry, Grape, and Peach). It was superb! I posted a pic of just part of their giant menu so you can see their unbelievable selection. BTW- I could have had an iced coffee which would be typical for me, but I took a walk on the wild side. Note- This is a street-parking place but that is usually not a problem in teeny tiny Avon Park. Note- If you are specially health conscious and doing the meal replacement thing, this is your place! These folks are very very knowledgeable! When it's hot and humid out, and of course that never happens in Central FL, this is a five-star place to grab a cool and often healthy drink!

This is one of those places where the food is in a glass case, that you walk by cafeteria style and let them know what you want. Even if you are eating there, everything is packaged in a Styrofoam box. When I was there prices and labeling were almost non-existent, so it was a guessing game. Customer Service- The lady behind the case filling your box was super nice but the language barrier was a huge challenge! Her great attitude and smile helped but it was still damn difficult to order. Adult Libations- This place has a beer & wine license so you can grab a brew out of a self-serve cooler if you so desire. Food- Probably a dozen entrees. I went with a Hispanic style seasoned rice and Fajita De Pollo @ $11.99. What I received was an enormous amount of food! Way too much for lunch and way too much for even dinner! See my picture. It also came with Tortillas (not shown). So how did it taste? Not good! The rice was mushy. It was studded with green olives which I would have enjoyed but they were not pitted so a pain in the ass. The truckload of Fajita Chicken was cooked through and mildly seasoned. Unfortunately, it was poorly prepared and I found some bones, gristle and pieces of rubbery skin. The peppers & onions were also overcooked. See my picture. Not my idea of Fajita Chicken. So, I had a mountain of mediocre food! It was certainly cheap but as I mentioned in the beginning of this review, I could walk across the street, pay a couple of dollars more and enjoy way way way better food. There is also a restaurant located inside if you want hot food and a sitting area if you wanted to dine in. Everything reminded me of Miami it looked clean inside the store. There is also fresh meat inside of this supermarket so I ordered some shrimp and chicken wings for dinner the service was superb I didn't have to wait long for assistance. I will be back to this spot if ever in town again.
