They very rarely mess up my order. I've never had a rude employee. Availability- Occasionally they run out of something like a particular type of donut. One time their truck was late, and they ran out of milk! That was a riot! I almost always get what I want. Staffing- Like most small retail operations, if someone calls out sick, it's a big deal and you'll get some delays. A bunch of bad reviews are during the pandemic. Give them a break! That was a crazy time for all of retail. Idiot Customers- Folks complain about drive thru times and I get it but much of the time it's due to customers that have the IQ of a golf ball! If you're going through the drive thru with three young kids and you let them all order separately, you're an idiot! If you have a drive-thru order of over $100 you're incredibly inconsiderate! I've seen both! The App- Works well. Like most retail apps, if you take the time to figure out the angles, you can get lots of discounts and free stuff! I'm sticking with four stars!

I get up to the window and she shoves the machine at me on a stick. I said look, I dont have my glasses on, the glare just run the card. She was like well we need to know if you are going to tip. I gave an honest answer - No. Then she proceeded to show me how to do HER JOB! At that point, I told her to keep and toss the food away and went to Burger King. Our server, Herbie, greeted us at the door with a smile and seated us promptly. The restaurant was fairly busy. The atmosphere was cheerful with lively conversations. Herbie was very attentive and friendly. Our party of four ordered an appetizer of Beer Battered Mushrooms for the table. They were piping hot and tasty. Herbie also brought garlic breadsticks for us to share. I ordered the Greek Salad. It proved to be one of the best salads I have eaten at a restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, crisp, abundant and delicious. No need for a take home box. I finished the entire thing! The rest of our party was equally satisfied. So much so that to this day, folks drive through and ask how much is an oil change even though all they have is great food and a few sundries! I think it's partly related to their name! So how did they reinvent themselves? Up until about two years ago they were famous for selling case beer. You would pop your trunk and a guy would drop the case right in. You never had to get out of your car. For some reason they quit selling beer to focus on other things. Up until about a year ago they had great food but no fries and this was a major complaint they had to deal with. They fixed this and now they have huge portions of wonderful, glorious skin-on fries! So now you come here for fantastic breakfast sandwiches, great burgers, pulled pork sandwiches and fries. Of course, drinks. On my last visit I ordered a cheeseburger and fries @ $8.87. I'm embarrassed by the picture as there was a huge, juicy, hand-formed burger under there! There were even more fries, but I scoffed some down on the way home!
