They very rarely mess up my order. I've never had a rude employee. Availability- Occasionally they run out of something like a particular type of donut. One time their truck was late, and they ran out of milk! That was a riot! I almost always get what I want. Staffing- Like most small retail operations, if someone calls out sick, it's a big deal and you'll get some delays. A bunch of bad reviews are during the pandemic. Give them a break! That was a crazy time for all of retail. Idiot Customers- Folks complain about drive thru times and I get it but much of the time it's due to customers that have the IQ of a golf ball! If you're going through the drive thru with three young kids and you let them all order separately, you're an idiot! If you have a drive-thru order of over $100 you're incredibly inconsiderate! I gave an honest answer - No. Then she proceeded to show me how to do HER JOB! At that point, I told her to keep and toss the food away and went to Burger King. So how did they reinvent themselves? Up until about two years ago they were famous for selling case beer. You would pop your trunk and a guy would drop the case right in. You never had to get out of your car. For some reason they quit selling beer to focus on other things. Up until about a year ago they had great food but no fries and this was a major complaint they had to deal with. They fixed this and now they have huge portions of wonderful, glorious skin-on fries!
