Read on- Ambience- I sat at the tiny bar which has 8 comfortable high stools with backs. This is great if you're running solo and in a hurry. Customer Service- My bartender was excellent as usual and quickly gave me a menu and an ice-cold Stella draft. Food- I ordered the incredible Philly Cheesesteak Fries! They have an employee always standing by to jump in and help if needed, which is much appreciated. The App- Typical and mostly decent. Getting an offer or a reward credited is tricky and needs to be improved. They are generous with their rewards! Customer Service- I generally drive thru and about 90% of the time a make it through without being told to pull over. That other 10% I usually wait 2 or 3 minutes.
