A reliable spot for quick bites--burgers and fries hit the basics, but service and quality can be a bit inconsistent. Decent for a fast-food fix, but nothing special. read more

It's great having this place so close to home. McDonald's has been a great place for a quick meal, snack, Coffee and very convenient. read more

They like to serve raw hamburgers and today they decided to give my daughter chicken nuggets that already had bites taken out of them the Florence McDonald's needs to be shut down. I wouldn't put a single star on this but in order to post the review apparently I have to so Florence McDonald's just know that this one star Anne says you don't deserve! read more

Was looking forward to having a hot sit down breakfast at the hotel but they did not open until 6:30 a.m. I decided to try a nearby cafe that was listed on Yelp. Unfortunately, I could not find it, but that is another story. Already went down one wrong street that was the road to enter the State Prison. Spotted golden arches at a nearby McDonalds. Busy drive through. Went inside to have breakfast. Apparently you can order your food inside but there is no inside dining. Staff were busy and friendly but a bit short handed for the early morning rush. Ordered the Sausage Egg McMuffin breakfast combo. Muffin was a bit crispy on the edges. Scarfed it down in the truck. Hey the BK down the road had inside dining. What's up with that? The breakfast combo was likely better than dining at the nearby convienence store, however will probably pass on the golden arches at this location for my next breakfast adventure in Florence. read more

Honestly it's my fault for not checking the reviews before coming here. Zero stars if I could give it. This establishment is filled with some of the most incompetent employees I've ever come across. Very poorly run. read more

My experience here was the best I've had yet at any fast food location. The McDouble was perfectly cooked and tasty. The staff was kind and smiling faces which made the experience even better. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the Florence area. Kudos to whoever is running that McDonalds because they are doing it right. Definitely will be back. read more

We used the drive thru so I can't speak to the inside of the restaurant. We ordered a sandwich and combo meal. We were instructed to pull up to the second window and I think were forgotten. There were 5 cars that left that were behind us. When they gave us the food the tea was warm & the woman rolled her eyes at us when I asked for sugar packets (the tea was supposed to be half sweet and wasn't) & napkins. What is it about not giving people napkins when they're ordering food in the drive thru? read more

This being the closest McDonald's to me, I still live about 20 minutes away and had to turn around once already to get a new fountain drink because my drink was straight carbonation due to negligence to make sure they are stocked . Once I got home I opened my food to realize I have no meat in EITHER of my Big Macs, just lettuce pickles onions and a bun not even the Big Mac sauce. Absolutely ridiculous. Every time I go to this McDonald's it's an issue. I called EIGHT times to be sent to voicemail 6 of those times and the last two times they turned the phone off so nobody can call. HORRIBLE customer service! read more

McDonald's - No meat - Fast Food Near Me - Florence, Arizona

Always a bad experience. Expect a ridiculous wait and for them not to even greet you when you approach the window for over five minutes. Food is all wrong too. This is the past three experiences so I'm not gonna be trying it again. Nothing follows. read more

This would have to be one of the most worst locations. When we ordered breakfast and received our coffees, the lids were not secured and the coffee spilled all over my brand new car. The food got wet, coffee spilled on my clothes and my electoral controls on my car. We did not receive an apology. When I asked for the manager, she had an attitude and did not care about what happened and said what do you want me to do in a nasty tone. I left the restaurant but this was a complete horrible experience at this place. I will gladly travel 30 minutes to go their competitor. read more

This was nothing but a shock to me. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal w/ med drink and fries, and a two cheeseburger meal w/ med drink and fries. From the resurant in Florence. The bill was almost $25! This is outrageous. There is absolutely no excuse for this price. Next time you think of eating out, skip this clip joint. What you get will not be worth the cost. read more

I usually don't review fast food restaurants cause they are, well, fast food joints but I will make an exception here. The pictures I took pretty much say it all, and this is the norm here. If you absolutely have to have McDonalds I suggest driving into Florence or rethinking this decision and heading over to the subway across the parking lot. read more

There is little choice in the evening in this area but we chose to stop at a MickeyD's for the first time in ages. Mistake, mistake. Should have kept going to reach a Burger King or an In-and-Out. Service was sketchy and the $5.29 qtr pounder was a joke. Fries were OK. read more

You know, I don't know what's been going on lately but this place is falling apart and the staff is not trained. I get iced coffee there almost every other day and it used to be great but for the last 3-4 weeks it's horrible and no one can seem to get it right except for two times now. I'm so upset by the frequency of it being screwed up that I'm tired of wasting my money for garbage tasting burnt coffee with no syrup that I'm going to start either having them make it again or just ask for my money back, it's not that hard to make. read more

Clean restaurant. Lots of places to sit. Not too crowded at 1 oclock. Pleasant counter service. Nice touch with food delivered at table. Only drawback. No diet coke. That us why it got a 3. Everything else was good. read more

My brother was stuck in this town waiting for a ride home to California. No phone or money. We knew he was at this McDonald's because he borrowed someone's phone. I called and spoke to Someone named Jayden who helped me get food to him. She went out of her way to find him and ensure he got it. He told me when he got home that the burgers were good. This was a solid she did for me and gives me hope in people that there are still good people out thank you. read more

Went for a quick bite asked for a root beer didn't have it so I switched up to sweet tea didn't have so I figured milk shake didn't have that guess I didn't need anything to drink and service is poor to say the least read more

I have gone to this McDonald's 4 times in the past 2 weeks after 7 pm and their shake machine is "broken down". At least that is the excuse they use. Funny how their machines breakdown an hour before closing! First, be honest and so t lie to your customers and second, if you're open until 8pm then you should be serving until then as well. I am officially boycotting Florence McDonald's. I will never go there again. Looks like Sonic is going to be my new burger joint. read more

Eat at your own risk... my husband and I each ordered a basic hamburger and split a fry. Within hours, we were both sick which continued into the next day. Called the hospital and informed us we had food poisoning. Reading other reviews it's apparent they have issues. read more

I literally drive to Coolidge to avoid this crappy McDonald's. Every time I come here it's either the worst ever or fairly decent. I get an iced coffee made a specific way and for some reason in Coolidge they have never gotten it wrong but Florence? It's like they purposely leave out the flavoring or any added sugar out of spite. Normally I'd be okay with it but their coffee always tastes burnt. So here I am yet again another morning with a crappy coffee that I have to fix at home because they are too incompetent to make a coffee right. read more

If there was less than one star I'd give it to this McDonald's every time you place an order some thing is missing check your bag if you want all the members of your family to eat read more

Service was terrible! I went to this establishment on 11/12/21 at around 9:00pm and the both forgot to add a patty to one of the burgers and bacon to another. If it weren't for this being a cheap fast food place that stays open til late at night, I would never go again. I would give it a zero star rating if that were an option. Don't visit if you can help it. read more

We went through the drive through and got two iced lattes and an iced coffee tell me why it costs more for a two small coffees than one medium coffee and when we tried to let them know they got the sizes wrong they lied straight to my face and told me you get a small fountain size for the lattes but a medium fountain size for the iced coffee it makes zero sense and they're customer service is shit, and they don't care about how they serve out their food it's highly disappointing and frustrating. read more

Scammed us out of ten cents. What a ripoff! How can I pay my bills now huh? They should be ashamed! Thinking ten cents won't matter is like thinking forgetting to add salt to fries is fine. Who does that???!!!??? I'm going to In N Out now, forget you, Mickey D's. read more

If you have an urge for McDonald's , go to the one by Safeway off of Hunt Hwy. this one will make you wait forever for simple orders. Food is good and quick. However there is always a girl in the drive thru window named Ashley and my husband and I have experienced rudeness from her each time. horrible,I took a big mac back 3 time to be cooked and assembled.Bunch of spoiled kids who don't want to work!Never will I go back

Avoid this McDonalds location. I live near by and will not return. The staff has extremely high turn over. Never yhe same person there twice. Management does not properly train the staff. Normally you can expect a consistent experience at a McDonald's restaurant. Not at this location. Food is always improperly prepared and orders are rarely correct. Poor excuse for a fast food restaurant. Super slow and broken soda machine. We ordered 2 meals and waited about 15 minutess. Had to ask for my tea after we got our food otherwise I would not have gotten it. Very disappointed with the service I received. read more

The service was awful. After we consumed the meals we purchased we went back up and ordered chocolate dipped ice cream cones. The manager that made our cones promptly wrapped them in a small pile of napkins, so once the chocolate set I either had to chose to eat napkin wrapped chocolate or cease consumption at the napkin/chocolate junction. Needless to say we did not continue to eat the encased paper product, recycled or not. Luckily I do not live near Florence but I would hate for anyone to add this location to their travels and have their day soured by poor service. P.S. They were given one star because zero was not an option. read more

What can I say this place. It sucks, the terrible service and the workers seem to be more intrested in personal life than their job. Then there was the confusion during mine and another customers meal and the staff not trying to help other than just argue amongst theirselves. This establishment couldn't be anymore terrible. I can't even come to an understanding as to how the management could allow such behavior. The manager can't control her staff and be the leader she should to run a decent shift. The workers should value their work and develop their work ethics. There needs to be some adjustments so that there won't be any other mistakes like this again. Other than the gentleman in the back with the blue shirt who made my food. read more
