I paid $25 for both of the meals and the supreme tacos were like snack tacos for the price I paid I should have just drove to Coolidge to a real taco stand very disappointed never will go back. We waited behind two cars for a doordash order i made myself and went to the drive thru to pick up like i always have and they stated they couldn't hand me my order for no good reason other than a policy change. I'm an infantry veteran forget policy hand me my food?? The fat lady at drive thru knowing the frustration decided to make me wait in the lobby before getting me my food. Then asks if i want a bag and never gave it to me as i was talking to a manager about a separate (as it turned out a separate non issue). Anyways this is the reason i'll never buy from this store again! No one even knew what the policy was or what for so i doubt it was actually even an issue. read more

I am re-writing this review as the one I had posted previously was taken down for some reason. I don't know why that happened as it was a good review but it occurs occasionally. The fact that I am re-writing a review for a flippin Taco Bell is actually kind of funny. Especially if you check out my review for the Taco Bell on Hunt Highway by Bella Vista, as you will see that I just don't rave about Taco Bells in general. This location is special however because of the employees. I mean they lose one star because of the portion sizes in general as would be expected but they gain 4 stars just on the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. They are always super friendly, and if something is wrong they will make it right, but they really had me at the table when I look around and see that every surface in the building is absolutely spotless. The tables, floor and especially the kitchen behind the counter look like they have been cleaned by seven dwarves with OCD and way too many energy drinks on hand. I have never, and I mean never ever seen a fast food restaurant so clean! Way to go to the managers and their teams here. The food is as you would expect, but I will never worry about whether the kitchen is clean at this place. read more

Every time I get cinnamon twists they taste of burnt oil. Today was the worst ever, it was completely burnt tasting and was like a burnt candle...I literally tagged and had to spit it out before I threw up, it was that disgusting. I used to love Taco Bell and now I don't think I'll ever go back because of this place. I recently went there with my boyfriend and we ordered 2 nacho fries cravings boxes, a couple flatbreads and some tacos. Everything was great until the next day when im throwing up constantly and I have uncontrollable bowel movements and I have the worst stomach cramps of my life. Ive given this store so many chances! And they don't Get Better or make it right when they make the mistakes. I gonna leave. A bad review but prob keep going cause it's the only tacobell in Florence. I order #5 no tomato, no sour cream. But Extra nacho cheese, add jalapeños, and a bowl of black beans but I put no black bean add jalapeños. How hard it that to freaking do I pay $5 for the bowl of black beans "jalapeños" and they give me the smallest cup that's 0.30 cents. I've called and told them went in and told them and they tell me to order it a different way I did and they still make it wrong. The lady said on the app you need to put a side of jalapeños "that's the small cup" but I don't want a little big that's why I pay the $5 for a bowl of them!! I order it thru DoorDash also and I make sure the DoorDash people know and they said ok that's easy I'll make sure and Taco Bell gives them some BS. Terrible customer service they talk and look at me like I'm stupid. read more

My food was really good, exactly as I ordered it. I got the double chicken bowl, and it was delicious. I'm glad we stopped in on our way home. The restroom was very clean, and so was the restaurant. Both are instrumental on my returning in the future. I will be back. read more

I eat at taco bell at least 2 to 3 times a week. Im not new to the chain, however this was my first visit to the Florence location, and will certainly by my last. I stopped at their drive through, and ordered the $5 cravings box which i have ordered several times in the past. I asked for a soft taco instead of crunchy when i placed my order. Ok, no problem they say. Well i get home, and noticed i got a crunchy taco instead. No big deal, mistakes happen. So i bight in to the crunchy taco, and the shell was so stale and chewy, not crisp at all. I then opened the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and took a bite. The shell in that was stale and chewy as well. The outer flat bread was cold, cracking, and not even the least bit warm. Ok, so i thought, well, they can't screw up the cinnamon twist, can they? Well guess what, yes they can. The twists tasted of dirty fryer oil, i assume where they fry potatoes and chaloopas. The oil used was obviously dirty and needed to be changed. Ok, so i cant eat any of this. I am pretty disgusted at this point, but hey, i still have the 5 layer burrito to eat. Yum, cuz at this point i am starving. I take a bite, and it tasted very good. Yessss, finally, at least something in this box is edible. I take a few more bites and ooooh it was good! I am half way through this borito, and i am like what the ???? I am chewing and start pulling a big course black hair from my mouth, and saw that the other end of this long black hair was still inside the burrito. I spit it all out, and said ok, that's it, i'm done!! Never again will i eat anything from this taco bell. It was the worst fast food experience of my life. This Taco Bell has really nice employees, but they don't seem to have an immediate grasp on the menu and "special offerings", but that's not really an issue. Because of the great employees I hate giving only 3 stars, but the fact is they have failed to keep their deep fry grease clean and fresh, consequently taco shell taste rancid. This is basic for a restaurant, their failure to keep their food fresh and tasty means that they are either sloppy with bad systems, or they are just too "cheap" to change their grease in a timely manor. Either way, I doubt that I'll be back again. read more

Been here a few times since they open and I'm not impressed. This trip I ordered a regular tostada the callback from the order taker was "you want the bean and cheese tostada"? Yea regular tostada with the beans and cheese. Additionally I ordered chips and cheese along with a beef burro. The bag of chips was only 1/3 of the way full I thought for certain they fell on the bottom of the bag. Nope, not the case so I counted the total of 7 of them of which three were very small. The Benefit to that was I had plenty of left over cheese to lick out of the container with my finger. As you can the "beef burro" was very small and who would of guessed it's actually "all bean". Okay now I'm frustrated I'm gonna climb back in my car and take it back. Oh surprise, no receipt. Their lucky I give them a 1 star. read more

What a day... two one star dining experiences in one day. WTH. As I parked, I noticed three dudes standing outside smoking and talking. No big deal. I went in, placed my order, and in come the three guys who sat at a nearby table. I wait forrrrrrreverrrrrrrr on a simple few tacos (not very busy either). While waiting, these three are carrying on loudly with near nonstop hyena-like laughter and tons of profanity. I'm certainly no choir boy but there is a time and place and a small public family dining room is not it. I finally walked over to ask about my long lost tacos only to see three employees moping around the food stations, almost as if they were competing to see who could take the longest to complete an order... not even kidding. After a couple more solid minutes (with no one even acknowledging my existence at the counter) one of them brings my food over with a mumbled apology about the wait (a good 10 minutes..... for freaking tacos). As I returned to my table, the three stooges get up and I notice a drive-thru headset on one of them and a subdued graphic Taco Bell shirt. It is absurd that the manager would allow one of their employees to hang out with his buddies (who easily could have just been released from the "gated community" across the street) while very loudly laughing and cursing up a storm with several people around them simply trying to enjoy their meal. The young lady whom I presumed was the manager may be way over her head, who knows, but this place is a train wreck due to a severe lack of management and simple customer courtesy. I love Taco Bell but this is an atrocious example for their brand. Somebody up the chain really needs to get to work on the brand damage going on here. read more
