I can't eat ketchup due to an intolerance and there's no way to give feedback on the app. The last time I called when there was an issue they said they would give me another one free and would put me in the book. Finding the entrance and parking our lift van was a bit challenging, but I really wanted to commend server Cody for the extreme politeness and courtesy he showed the staff and participants from our community supports program for adults with disabilities. Sloooooooooowwwwwwww! Do you like drive-throughs that take more time than if you drive to another location 10 minutes away, order, and get your food all in less time than you would've spent here? Perfect! Go inside at this location to get in and out "faster" (not the correct word here because nothing is fast except frustration). The food is ok and you are getting what McDonald's gives you: overpriced fast food. I know better than to eat this crap regularly, but sometimes you need the hash browns, burger, or fires to satisfy that craving. Every time I come to this McDonalds, whether busy or ghost town, it is the worst idea in the world to place an order and pick up curbside. You're treated as bottom of the barrel and have to wait 20 minutes for your food. "Fast" food, I think not. I'm disappointed in this place. read more

It's "McTOBERFEST!" for the Monster Hunting Yelper featuring quick reviews of all the area McDs we've been forced to enjoy. I was going to give this location 4 stars, but I'm not, as Yelp! suggests, a "fan" of McDs. Most of the time I am overruled by Captain Carl who sees food as a utility and as fuel. He consumes the food, uses the energy, and enjoys the fact that anything he eats from a McDonald's menu will not stay with him very long. This location is modern and has only the faintest sheen of grease across the counters and tables. I love the video screens in 4K that show professional video of the food we are about to order but that will look nothing like that. They want me to order on a kiosk near the cashier, but the last few times I pretended to be curious about it, I could CSI about ten different fingerprints off those things just using the camera on my phone. It offers a spacious dining room with televisions and is a warm, comfortable setting in all. The food? It's McDs. You pay for familiar and what is familiar are hot-lamp-limp fries and meats that taste like every other cow they've ever slaughtered fried up to silence your sugar-addled 9 year-old. No other food I have ever taken into my car (aside from some Italian and Greek dishes) has ever retained a pungent stink as long as old McD's food. I know this because Captain Carl shoved a half-eaten thing of fries under his seat in the middle of summer while we went relic hunting. The smell that greeted us three days later was like a corpse had been transformed into a Bay Season-ed potato. It gets points for service. The staff is friendly and competent. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. I ordered the new bacon bbq burger. When it came it literally had two small breaded onions each about an inch long. I could not believe it when compared to the pic on the sign. I took a picture of it because I didn't think folks would believe me. Then when I told them not only was that an issue but I ordered a double, they took the sandwich back in the kitchen to fix it. Poor customer service with MGMT that doesn't really seem to care, very dirty and messy location with a bad odor in the dining room. Contacted MGMT through McDonald's Corp regarding issues that seemed relatively simple to fix, basically got lip service in the form of a thank you letter and a free meal from the location MGMT. I was not looking for a free meal or a cookie cutter generic response. I just wanted the cleanliness and service issues addressed, that's all. They haven't been after a couple of months. Ever waited 12 minutes for a 1$ chicken sandwich? I have and it was NOT fun! The 24 hour McDonald's in Enola made me wait and wait and wait to order. For so long that my slight urge to pee turned into a full blown "oh em gee my bladder is gunna burst in 10 seconds" sort of thing! Granted, we went at 230-3ish in the morning - it was a Saturday and I'm sure they're used to a pretty long line once the bars close. So after the 4 minutes I waited to order, I pulled up to the second window.... Well as close as I could get. We waited AGES! It was like they were deciding to cook each order when it was made to them rather than the usual have a few of each kind of meat already cooked up. Granted, when I finally got to the window I didn't wait long - but the girl ahead of me and myself ordered McChicken so I don't think that one was so hard for them! One star for being the least I can give, and I would like to add another half star because they didn't mess up putting ketchup instead of mayonnaise. So let's go for 2 stars. Always easy to get in and out, and extremely fast service. The staff is always great about getting my order correct, and all of my items are always nicely packaged. There has been an occasion where a current promotion was unavailable at this location but other than that I have never had an issue. This location is always clean, and has a really nice, updated interior, which kind of blinds you a bit from the fact that you're still eating McDonalds. read more

On a typical day, or on special occasions I love going to McDonald's with my family. My sister wanted a sweet tea. First time we went into the drive through, we got our stuff, but the sweet tea ended up being unsweetened. We sighed and went back through, we said "can I get a SWEET TEA please?". What do you know second time I got an unsweetened tea. So we sighed more and went through again. We said,"This is the 3rd time we had to go through the drive through, can we please get a sweet iced tea?". What do you know we still got a unsweetened ice tea. None of my family drinks unsweetened tea. So we had to throw them all away. Such a waste of money. At least we got are food though. My sister was very thirsty, so we had to waste some more money and go to subway and get a sweet tea. I'm a little disappointed. read more

This location uses a lot of high school student employees, which is a great benefit to the community here in Enola. That said, sometimes the service is what you'd expect from first-time employees (slower service, incorrect orders, etc). But if you can overlook that, it's a quick place to grab a bite! read more

Since their remodel I am really liking this location. They offer all the conveniences of McD stores like Wi-Fi, dollar menu, up to date promos, and televisions. Very nice lobby area to eat in. Breakfast is a crazy hectic time due to the school district only being a mile away. They also offer BOGO McCafe if you hold on to your receipt. I've only ever had good relationships with the managers when I've encountered a problem. Their bathroom facilities are clean and spacious as well. One thing that I've noticed, being such an avid soda drinker is that the soda machine in the lobby doesn't seem to have the proper carbonation with the CO2. They offer kids meals and value meals with fries and a drink. They also do charge upwards of 40 cents more for their meals than other locations in their area. read more

The absolute worst McDonalds for Customer Service I have ever been to! If I could give it zero stars I would! My son has a very strict special needs diet...the ONLY item he can safely eat on the menu is a grilled chicken patty. There is an a la carte button for an extra piece of chicken on salads they can push so we only have to pay for the grilled chicken patty. The manager refused to push that button! She told me that we would have to pay for a chicken sandwich then they will take everything off so its just the patty. In other words, they want to make us pay more so they can make extra money on my son's disability! Its sick and just plain wrong!!! read more
