So here's the story about the drive-thru. It seems like every two months or so they so grossly screw up my order that I have to come back from home and get them to redo it. What happens in between is I check every order to make sure everything is right and then when they lull me into complacency, I don't check an order and i all blown up. On a recent visit to store 5250 in Sheffield Ohio, my husband ordered off the app to get the promo of buy one sandwich get 10 piece nuggets free. Realizing the food was absolutely cold! Big Mac seemed like the bun was frozen it was so cold. We also were missing a quarter pounder with cheese. Nuggets felt like they were not heated. Whats the point in using the app if the food is so cold it's not edible. I took the food back and the manager Charlene told me she was not giving me the quarterpounder with cheese. FW48 was our app number and was told by Charlene that I was lying and the food was ordered at the window. I would not move from the window until our food was cooked and hot. So therefore the employee had to bring the food out to the car behind me and when he went by he said derogatory remarks and ended with get a life. Worst place ever!!!!!! All I ordered was a coke, a cheeseburger, two small fries, and a nugget with barbecue. Only got 2 things right. My nuggets were cold. No fries AT ALL. Very slow, kiosk had things in it that they didn't have in stock, always a customer complaining, not clean, and forgetful of items. One time asked for a speciality chicken sandwich with light mayo and extra lettuce and they switching up the two TWICE. So not happy with this location. I go here quite a bit because it's in an area where I shop a lot. Almost every time the drive thru messes up my order. I know better than to pull out without checking my bag! Today, drive through parked me & told me they would bring my order out. Well they forgot to give me the drink with the happy meal!! The whole point of drive through for me today was so I didn't have to get my kid out of the car. Guess what, I had to get my kid out & go in to get my drink. Horrible customer service and poor business conduct on behalf of the morning manager (male) who swore at me in the drive-thru because I asked if I could wait at the window for my order in which the clerk told me would be out in about 1.5 minutes. This shouldn't had been a problem except the manager decided he wanted me to move. I told him I prefer to wait the 1.5 minutes at the window because I have been asked to pull over for my food before where I watched others who came after me receive their order while I ended up finally having to go in an get my order after 10 minutes because they forgot me and then threw my food away. Today the manager on duty told me to move my vehicle or he is gonna refund my order and I would have to go elsewhere to get the new "doughnut sticks" I order. I told him if he did that I would place a call to McDonald's Corporation about this. He started this store was a franchise and didn't have to answer to corporate and he can do what he wanted. I asked him if he could just check to see if my order was done instead of arguing with me. He said not until I move because he has numbers that he has to meet. He told me he could argue with me or go make my order he didn't care he just wanted me to move my " damn car"( his words). He also proceeded to call me a BITCH as he closed the drive thru window (it didn't close all the way) and told his crew to take all the orders to the vehicles now behind me. After another few minutes he opens the drive thru window and tell me that if I wanted the "doughnut sticks" in the future that I needed to call ahead because they are custom made for each order and take 3 minutes.I drove away at that point because I FINALLY had my order. After dropping my daughter off at school, I called the store to get the manager's name from earlier. The man who answered the phone said he was the manager and refused to give his name when I asked who I was talking to. He acted like a child and said it at to give him mine first, so I repeated my name. When I asked again for his, he replied he didn't have to give me his name and wanted to know what the problem was. I asked him if there was another manger I could talk to, he said no. I told him I couldn't believe that someone in a manager portion was acting in such a manner and had such poor business conduct. He then says " Just what is it that you want?" I took a deep breath and said I had a problem with my order from the drive thru this morning. He instantly comes back with " Are you that attitude from this morning? " I didn't reply. I hear him say " I ain't got time for this shit" just before be hung up on me What kind of store let's their management team represent their location in such a manner? This man should not be in a management potion or in any form of customer service for matter. If you are looking for poor customer service from the management team who should be setting an example for their crew then this is the place for you. Personally I will travel extra miles to go to a different location vs deal with this manager and his unprofessional conduct again. If I could give less than 1 stair would. read more

They get my order right about half the time and EVERYTIME I go there their frappe machine is "being cleaned" no matter what time I go. This McDonalds is pretty decent at getting your food out. Good thing Dunkin Donuts is right down the road. read more

This is the fifth time that I have come here and ordered Mac - Jr's with extra cheese and extra pickles; all 5 times have resulted in a messed up order. First of all, they always charge me $0.40 for one slice of American cheese that probably cost them less than a penny - every time though, I received no extra cheese (so 2 sandwiches x 5 visits x $0.40 = $4.00 in Micky D's pocket). I guess it's weird that I complain that McDonald's charged me for something I didn't receive but come on, when you pay for something you should get it. I also NEVER ask for a sandwich to be remade because I've had a bad experience with that and will never inform that my order was messed up and I wish to have it remade - NEVER. The days of employees caring about attention to detail and taking care of customers with good work ethic are dead and gone. Somewhere as American as MicDonalds has went down the tubes and no longer is an excitable experience anymore. I wish that I could give zero stars. I understand why this place has such bad reviews. I ordered 20 piece spicy nuggets with two large fries but before I was able to complete my order through the drive through I was interrupted and told my total. When I told the woman that I was not done ordering yet she told me to add the rest on at the window. In addition to my nuggets I ordered ranch, bbq, and honey mustard sauce. When I got up to the window I looked in the bag and I had one sauce for 20 nuggets.....? And the sauce was sweet and sour... not even a sauce that I ordered. I had not one sauce that I asked for. Thankfully I noticed this before driving away. However, after I drove away and pulled off to the side to eat my food I discovered that my nuggets were NOT spicy, just regular and they were cold and hard. I bit into them and literally had to spit it out directly after because it was so revolting. Never have I ever had such a terrible experience like this. DO NOT COME HERE. LAZY WORKERS WHO JUST WANT TO GOSSIP WITH EACH OTHER RATHER THAN TAKE THE TIME TO DO WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO. WORK. In addition to all this, both orders of my fries were freezing to the touch and many of them were brown. I don't know how long they were sitting there but you shouldn't ever serve those to customers. I haven't been to McDonald's in over a year, this is WHY. I ordered quarter pounder & fries. When fries were put on my tray, while waiting for sandwich, I tasted a few fries and promptly spit the "food" out. They were COLD! My sandwich, bit into it and spit "food" out, it was barely room temperature!! The cheese was HARD! When I asked to please warm sandwich up, they begrudgingly made "new" quarter pounder. I ran through the drive thru recently because the dining room was closed for renovations and got a few things off of the value menu. The chicken sandwich was good but the double cheeseburger was smashed down and came with a not-so delicious bun, seemed like it sat out and hardened a little before being put between a couple tiny patties. I also ordered two small fries, McD has really good fries, but unfortunately we only received one order, now that's bush league crap there. After travelling all day via airlines - we arrived home after midnight, the only thing we could find open was this McDonalds Drive Thru, NOW I remember why we don't eat McDonalds! We ordered 2 value means - one a "large" size and one regular. Had at least 4-5 employees inside, we could see goofing off, dancing, etc. We were given our drinks - both a "regular" size, couldn't get their attention to exchange for the "large" size we'd paid for. After a long wait finally got someone's attention, they took the soda - then disappeared for a while. Came back - handed us a large soda and our bag, then disappeared again. We drove away, got home - the "large" fries was less than 1/3 full, but hot, the regular fries - appeared to be a small fries - was in the bag upside down and COLD! The hamburger buns were hard (stale) and both burgers - were pretty bad. We were the ONLY customers this establishment had at this hour and still got terrible food and service - just reminds us why we don't eat fast food - especially NOT McDonalds! read more
