One was a water for $2.59 and the other was a small soft drink. I even said to the manager I can't believe how rude you are to me he never apologized. He just dismissed me and said nothing there was nobody else in the restaurant. I was there at 3:45 PM June 24, 2025 order number 44, does that mean I was the 44th customer. That's not good. Anyhow, I don't usually leave bad reviews and I always try to be positive but this guy was a total nightmare, rude and dismissive. I know that he's been there a long time and I think it's time that he found another career making hamburgers or standing at the register and being rude to people is not a good place for him. He should be in the back washing dishes. He shouldn't have any thing to do with Customer Service because he lacks customer service. i'll probably never come into this location again. In fact, if there is an district manager, they should contact me. I want to refund because I didn't have a good meal because your manager was so rude to me. You could tell that the employees are scared of him because they really didn't say anything. They just looked at me with a blank stare. I have a feeling when I die, and if I make it to heaven, it'll just be eating Chick-Fil-A for eternity. I don't know his name, but he was probably in his late 40s to early 50s and I give this guy all the credit in the world.
