We were traveling to the Chicago area after visitng Niagra Falls and stopped at Wendys. Our food was delicious and served promptly by the manager, Katlyn. While we were there she was cleaning up the tables and when she was next to us we struck up a conversation with her. She's a really neat person. She could teach a training class to other managers. My biggest complaint is the drive thru line during meal time is long and moves really slow. With 3 small children it is easier for me to wait instead of getting everyone unloaded and back loaded again. I think some people get in line before their food is ready. Maybe they could have parking spots for those with food not ready yet to keep the line going faster. Food is always awesome!
