I stopped in here for the BOGO deal on 12/13 on my way back home, which I live about a half hour away. This is the best Chipotle I've been to in a LONG time! Seemed clean. Got chipotle here for the first time. The lady working the counter had fast service, polite, and unlike some things I've heard with chipotle being skimpy about the toppings, they were very very generous with the amount. You ask for cheese, you bet they're gonna load you right up. Food was amazing and yummy, overall I'd definitely come here again when I'm around the area, this location is great! read more

So I used uber eats. The chipotle in lakewood takes care of me usually. I ordered 1 burrito and 1 bowl. I paid for extra meat in the burrito. I received the order as 2 bowls,and mine had NO meat. The wrong rice,no sour cream and the wrong beans. No fajita veggies like I ordered. My wife's was overloaded with sour cream and hot salsa which she didn't order. I paid 32.00 and Uber eats would only reimburse me 5.00. You can't get ahold of them,and when I called chipotle they said (through a bot) that they have no responsibility even though they created the issue. They don't care and I'm out 32.00. I may just ban them all together. You can't even leave a google review,what's that tell ya. read more

Love the drive thru! I usually order online. So my order is accurate and available for quick pick up. They always do a great job packaging. My biggest complaint is the drive thru line during meal time is long and moves really slow. With 3 small children it is easier for me to wait instead of getting everyone unloaded and back loaded again. I think some people get in line before their food is ready. Maybe they could have parking spots for those with food not ready yet to keep the line going faster. Food is always awesome! read more

To Chipotle, Tried to call the store. Fifteen minutes of absolute terror. Never got to speak to a manager, had to hear repeated, canned answer over and over. All I had was a question about salsa. The non stop sound of fake typing. By the end of the call I was screaming and in tears. I will not be able to drive or walk past a Chipotle in the future without spitting and cursing in your direction. You have lost a longtime big spending customer due to sheer abysmal customer service over the phone. May whatever god you believe in have mercy on your soul. I placed an order for a quesadilla with steak, chicken al pastor, and fajitas. Hardly any cheese in the "quesadilla" and barely grilled if it was. The point of ordering delivery is for the convenience but just because I got delivery, does not mean my order quality should be any less than anyone who dines in. I can't stand paying for food and the quality is disappointing. Chipotle in Amherst, please do something about this!! Whats worse is you cant even call the store and speak to a manager. Service and food was just like all other chipotles but all the tables were littered with food scraps. Not sure if i should be more upset at people failing to clean up after themselves or for chipotle for noticing their dining area was a mess. Sheldon, Went to website as requested and didn't see an option to discuss the issue. Tried communicating with "Pepper" and it was not useful. The employees were very helpful with my family's order. I hate having to update this review at 3-stars, but I'm doing it only to prepare others for their experience. Since the line is ALWAYS out the door, or wrapped around the inside, I've done a few online orders when I'm in the area as this is the only Chipotle in this county. Our last few orders have been consistently incorrect, so we joke you'll just get a loose interpretation of what you request. Since that first order, we now check them. On our first order, our two bowls did not have meat in them. The bag felt extremely light, so I'm glad we checked them in the car. I ran back in and the girl at the register quickly helped by throwing some chicken in an extra container and swiftly giving to me. But again, this staff is so stressed, and people are so unkind to them. Please just be patient and check your order. read more

Most of the time this is a good store to go to. Came in on the later side of night at 1040, says open till 11 on google and their front doors. No chicken no corn no chips no vinaigrette, not sure why everything was put away at 1040 if they close at 11? when closed at 11 that's when things should be put away and thrown out, after the doors are locked. services were OK, definitely didn't go out the way for anything. read more

Let me start by saying I haven't been to Chipotle in at least 2 years. I stopped eating there because it made my stomach hurt. What made me go there today is a mystery to you and me. I figured if I didn't get any meat, I'd be fine. I will say that I don't feel terrible but my meal was not great. I ordered a burrito bowl without any meat with rice, pinto beans, sour cream, fajita veggies, guacamole and salsa. My rice was undercooked. When I say undercooked I mean it was crunchy like they stopped the cooking process early. I had almost no fajita veggies and lots and lots of sour cream. I basically had a sour cream bowl. The hubs had a regular burrito, the boy had soft tacos meat and cheese only and the teen had quesadillas. I should have passed on this. After 3 bites I trashed it. Who wants to eat raw rice gooped in sour cream? I ordered online so I didn't get to see it before they made it. Oh well. I won't go again. read more

We stopped going to this location. The cashier was extremely rude. Actually something above rude she had​ this reaction​ as if someone were about to fight her. Since my mom was behind others I had to wait for her. Cashier treated the other customers badly as well. She then got to my mom who simply requested that she repeat what she said because it was so loud she might've misheard. Well,​ she got an attitude with my mom as well. Cashier's name was B. This wasn't our first go around with this restaurant​. Many times they get our online orders wrong. We order salads and they ALWAYS forget the dressing. Or their out of things they never should be out of. Manager's reaction? I'll take care of it. And obviously from the looks of the reviews before me,​ they haven't. I recommend the Elyria, North Ridgeville, Avon and Westlake locations. Avoid North Olmsted like the plague it's always dirty. read more

Yesss a Chipotle! My family was staying in Amherst for a few days and I was really craving Chipotle. I was so glad to have found one nearby! This Chipotle is pretty much the same as any - got my typical white rice bowl with fajitas, chicken, tomatoes, hot salsa, corn, cheese, lettuce, and tortilla and beans on the side. The rice was a bit softer than I would have liked (and softer than at other Chipotles...or other parts of my food was too wet), but the meat was very flavorful (there were quite a bit of fat pieces though). At $6.50 total, it's definitely a steal! Yum yum yum. Lots of places to sit, and the employees are pretty friendly and fast at making your bowl too! read more

We ordered off door dash and the order was not complete. I called the store and was told I could get a refund for the items missing but would have to reorder. I asked to talk to a manager and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Door dash refunded me the price of the order but I had to pay for the delivery cost. My online orders are always late; today was no exception. The food was late, and the chips were not cooked all the way through. Additionally, when I pay for extra chicken, I expect to get extra chicken. Instead, I got a nice helping of veggies and sour cream, both of which I detest in my food. Been standing in here an hour waiting for my online order. I get being busy and in the weeds, but they've got 7:45 orders coming out while there's still people waiting that were supposed to get theirs at 7:15. And their grill guy just left (not sure if he quit or was just off). Either way it's ridiculous. Would not recommend this chipotles at all. Plus it's packed and I'm one of maybe 4 people wearing a mask. I swear I'm not a Karen, but I'm about to turn into one. **EDIT^^. And of course more than an hour later, and they didn't even get the order right. Sigh And never a single apology or anything. On October 29, I was visiting this location for convenience as i usually go to the one in Elyria. (By the way has phenomenal service) The process went almost as usual. Waiting in line to begin ordering and i got to the front. A lovely lady by the name of Cynthia helped me out. Had no issues, got my meal and sat down to eat. Sadly, i made the mistake of not asking for beans. So i went to approach the cashier to express my mistake. She was busy with others and i managed to stop a gentlemen for help. I expressed my problem and he told me to go back to the end of the line in order to get my beans. This was unusual but i figured no problem. I got in line and waited to finally get to the front. When i got to the line, the same gentlemen said he could not help me as there were others in line with more important orders. I expressed that i only needed my beans and i would be more than happy to pay extra. From there i was met with rudeness and just decided to go and finish my meal. Defeated, i finished up and went back to the cashier. I wanted to get the guys name so i could advise the manager of how this employee treated me. The cashier was able to provide me with the employees name but was told the manager was too busy to address my problem at the time. So i continued to wait until the manager freed up. After about 15 minutes, i still received no help. Approached the cashier again. This time the same employee, Corbin was near by and told me that i should not come to the store if the only thing i was there to do was complain. Angry, i demanded to speak with the manager. (Who apparently was still too busy to assist me) I did end up leaving with no help. If you're reading this, i advised you to stay far away from this location! If you want the great food and amazing service, i strongly recommend making the extra drive out to the Elyria location. As for this location, you have a lot of work to do. My experience was disgusting and should never happen to anyone. Stay far away from here! read more

Not that impressed. I have heard a lot of raving about the chain. So I thought I'd finally try it out. I got a steak salad and it is bland. The meat has overpowering spices and the mild salsa is just pico de gallo. They don't have a lot of add-ons to offer either. The decor is unfinished, the plywood walls around the pop area leaves much to be desired. The 55 gallon drum trashcans are not nifty or nice. It's not the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to either. The outdoor seating has minimal tables and the chairs don't look all that comfortable. read more

I've gone to this location many times and normally we have to wait in a super long line so today we decided to order online before coming in (ordered at 6:50 for 7:15 and arrived at 7:16), and we waited until 8:05 to receive our food (3 bowls). I dine her often. So often I know what I eat and how I like my food prepared. The staff is good at what they do. This is a training store for the region because they do things so well. I will tell you I have never been here where there wasn't a line out the door. You have to wait. Sadly this isn't just because of Covid, this is what this location is known for, I thought maybe it would change but it hasn't. This is...guaranteed to be my favorite restaurant, ever. On this entire planet. It has the best meat. They don't kill the animals, they wait for them to die and THEN they harvest the meat. It also has good rice, and beans. I usually mix the rice and beans together, because that's how I like it. I like how they are nice to the animals.
