I stopped in here for the BOGO deal on 12/13 on my way back home, which I live about a half hour away. This is the best Chipotle I've been to in a LONG time! Seemed clean. The staff was fast and courteous. Everyone was busy working. PLUS, they made my burritos reminiscent of what Chipotle used to be back in like 2008. They were MASSSIVE and DELICIOUS! Well done! read more

Got chipotle here for the first time. The lady working the counter had fast service, polite, and unlike some things I've heard with chipotle being skimpy about the toppings, they were very very generous with the amount. You ask for cheese, you bet they're gonna load you right up. Food was amazing and yummy, overall I'd definitely come here again when I'm around the area, this location is great! read more

So I used uber eats. The chipotle in lakewood takes care of me usually. I ordered 1 burrito and 1 bowl. I paid for extra meat in the burrito. I received the order as 2 bowls, and mine had NO meat. The wrong rice,no sour cream and the wrong beans. No fajita veggies like I ordered. My wife's was overloaded with sour cream and hot salsa which she didn't order. I paid 32.00 and Uber eats would only reimburse me 5.00. You can't get ahold of them, and when I called chipotle they said (through a bot) that they have no responsibility even though they created the issue. They don't care and I'm out 32.00. I may just ban them all together. You can't even leave a google review, what's that tell ya. read more

Always a great experience every time I have been! My in laws live nearby and this is the chipotle they prefer! Very friendly and clean!

Love the drive thru! I usually order online. So my order is accurate and available for quick pick up. They always do a great job packaging. My biggest complaint is the drive thru line during meal time is long and moves really slow. With 3 small children it is easier for me to wait instead of getting everyone unloaded and back loaded again. I think some people get in line before their food is ready. Maybe they could have parking spots for those with food not ready yet to keep the line going faster. Food is always awesome! read more

To Chipotle, Tried to call the store. Fifteen minutes of absolute terror. Never got to speak to a manager, had to hear repeated, canned answer over and over. All I had was a question about salsa. The non stop sound of fake typing. By the end of the call I was screaming and in tears. I will not be able to drive or walk past a Chipotle in the future without spitting and cursing in your direction. You have lost a longtime big spending customer due to sheer abysmal customer service over the phone. May whatever god you believe in have mercy on your soul. You have lead me to the dark side. read more

I placed an order for a quesadilla with steak, chicken al pastor, and fajitas. Hardly any cheese in the "quesadilla" and barely grilled if it was. The point of ordering delivery is for the convenience but just because I got delivery, does not mean my order quality should be any less than anyone who dines in. I can't stand paying for food and the quality is disappointing. Chipotle in Amherst, please do something about this!! Whats worse is you cant even call the store and speak to a manager. EDIT: Sent an email at 12:33p. Says invalid address. I hope someone gets in contact with me soon. read more

We asked for chips and the manager said they were going to make more bags and after that we told the cashier and she said "I'm not doing that right now". Pure disrespect read more

Food scraps everywhere, very dirty, serving area was littered with food everywhere. Nasty

Service and food was just like all other chipotles but all the tables were littered with food scraps. Not sure if i should be more upset at people failing to clean up after themselves or for chipotle for noticing their dining area was a mess. Sheldon, Went to website as requested and didn't see an option to discuss the issue. Tried communicating with "Pepper" and it was not useful. The employees were very helpful with my family's order. The dining room however did not have a single clean table and i had to clean one myself. read more

I hate having to update this review at 3-stars, but I'm doing it only to prepare others for their experience. Since the line is ALWAYS out the door, or wrapped around the inside, I've done a few online orders when I'm in the area as this is the only Chipotle in this county. Our last few orders have been consistently incorrect, so we joke you'll just get a loose interpretation of what you request. Since that first order, we now check them. On our first order, our two bowls did not have meat in them. The bag felt extremely light, so I'm glad we checked them in the car. I ran back in and the girl at the register quickly helped by throwing some chicken in an extra container and swiftly giving to me. But again, this staff is so stressed, and people are so unkind to them. Please just be patient and check your order. read more

amazing! after my church retreat, we always go to this one, and we have a big church. so there's like 65 people getting chipotle, and they get all of our orders in super fast! also perfect amount of seats for all of us, and always restocked on everything! GO CHIPOTLE WORKERS!! read more

Hit or miss, but who doesn't like fresh burritos and bowls? There are other Mexican restaurants in the area with better burritos at the same price range, but the customization and instant gratification make this place very popular. read more

Most of the time this is a good store to go to. Came in on the later side of night at 1040, says open till 11 on google and their front doors. No chicken no corn no chips no vinaigrette, not sure why everything was put away at 1040 if they close at 11? when closed at 11 that's when things should be put away and thrown out, after the doors are locked. services were OK, definitely didn't go out the way for anything. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - a line of people waiting to order food - Mexican Near Me - Amherst, Ohio

Just stood in the store for twenty minutes because they were forcing every person in the restaurant to wait for online orders. People behind the counter were rude. Ask another franchise how to do this right instead of irritating the people that show up. Like another food line that doesn't interrupt those standing in front of you. read more

Best food ever I will always rate this 5 STARS love this and thank you for having great food

Were out of many items. Ripped our burritos multiple times. Were not wearing masks properly. We were wearing ours and they just happened to cough while handling ours. Ended up with food poisoning last night. Do not recommend going here. read more

Let me start by saying I haven't been to Chipotle in at least 2 years. I stopped eating there because it made my stomach hurt. What made me go there today is a mystery to you and me. I figured if I didn't get any meat, I'd be fine. I will say that I don't feel terrible but my meal was not great. I ordered a burrito bowl without any meat with rice, pinto beans, sour cream, fajita veggies, guacamole and salsa. My rice was undercooked. When I say undercooked I mean it was crunchy like they stopped the cooking process early. I had almost no fajita veggies and lots and lots of sour cream. I basically had a sour cream bowl. The hubs had a regular burrito, the boy had soft tacos meat and cheese only and the teen had quesadillas. I should have passed on this. After 3 bites I trashed it. Who wants to eat raw rice gooped in sour cream? I ordered online so I didn't get to see it before they made it. Oh well. I won't go again. read more

We stopped going to this location. The cashier was extremely rude. Actually something above rude she had this reaction as if someone were about to fight her. Since my mom was behind others I had to wait for her. Cashier treated the other customers badly as well. She then got to my mom who simply requested that she repeat what she said because it was so loud she might've misheard. Well, she got an attitude with my mom as well. Cashier's name was B. This wasn't our first go around with this restaurant. Many times they get our online orders wrong. We order salads and they ALWAYS forget the dressing. Or their out of things they never should be out of. Manager's reaction? I'll take care of it. And obviously from the looks of the reviews before me, they haven't. I recommend the Elyria, North Ridgeville, Avon and Westlake locations. Avoid North Olmsted like the plague it's always dirty. read more

Wish I could do less than one star. This place used to be amazing and have super good service. Now every employee there is miserable looks miserable and they're all unfriendly. Food is NEVER good anymore either. My breaking point was finally today when my entire bowl tasted like a dirty dish sink. read more

Yesss a Chipotle! My family was staying in Amherst for a few days and I was really craving Chipotle. I was so glad to have found one nearby! This Chipotle is pretty much the same as any - got my typical white rice bowl with fajitas, chicken, tomatoes, hot salsa, corn, cheese, lettuce, and tortilla and beans on the side. The rice was a bit softer than I would have liked (and softer than at other Chipotles...or other parts of my food was too wet), but the meat was very flavorful (there were quite a bit of fat pieces though). At $6.50 total, it's definitely a steal! Yum yum yum. Lots of places to sit, and the employees are pretty friendly and fast at making your bowl too! read more

The employees at this restaurant are always very pleasant. My boyfriend and I love chipotle and this is the location that we frequent the most. We are never let down with their delicious food and amazing portions. Always feel like we get what we pay for. read more

My online orders are always late; today was no exception. The food was late, and the chips were not cooked all the way through. Additionally, when I pay for extra chicken, I expect to get extra chicken. Instead, I got a nice helping of veggies and sour cream, both of which I detest in my food. I've noticed that this is a recurring trend at this location. Come on, guys. You can do better than this. read more

We ordered off door dash and the order was not complete. I called the store and was told I could get a refund for the items missing but would have to reorder. I asked to talk to a manager and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Door dash refunded me the price of the order but I had to pay for the delivery cost. Don't know if I will order from chipotle again. Rude associate and manager never answered the phone. read more

How can there be so many people working so slowly. This place should be studied. There were 3 people making food and 1 at the register and still so stinking slow. How is that possible? read more

This specific location has really gone down hill. They use to be known as a customer friendly place with enthusiasm. Now they hire people who hate their lives, on their phones, not nice, and don't give that warm feeling when walking in. Plus their portions are getting smaller and smaller. read more

Been standing in here an hour waiting for my online order. I get being busy and in the weeds, but they've got 7:45 orders coming out while there's still people waiting that were supposed to get theirs at 7:15. And their grill guy just left (not sure if he quit or was just off). Either way it's ridiculous. Would not recommend this chipotles at all. Plus it's packed and I'm one of maybe 4 people wearing a mask. I swear I'm not a Karen, but I'm about to turn into one. **EDIT^^. And of course more than an hour later, and they didn't even get the order right. Sigh And never a single apology or anything. Guy ahead of me had to demand a refund and the I guess manager kid went storming off the line and slamming stuff before begrudgingly saying he sent the refund back to the guy's card (refused to give him cash or anyway of confirming that he actually got the refund. Nightmare. read more

The food is always fresh and cooked well. The staff is always friendly and polite, and the restaurant is kept clean.

Not that impressed. I have heard a lot of raving about the chain. So I thought I'd finally try it out. I got a steak salad and it is bland. The meat has overpowering spices and the mild salsa is just pico de gallo. They don't have a lot of add-ons to offer either. The decor is unfinished, the plywood walls around the pop area leaves much to be desired. The 55 gallon drum trashcans are not nifty or nice. It's not the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to either. The outdoor seating has minimal tables and the chairs don't look all that comfortable. read more

There have been a couple times where they are out of items that in my opinion should always be on hand. Mild salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. Mild salsa honestly should never run out. Overall great place, friendly staff. Can be very hectic at times when they are super busy. People are a lot of the times lined up out the door. I come here a few times a month for take out. Love it! read more

On October 29, I was visiting this location for convenience as i usually go to the one in Elyria. (By the way has phenomenal service) The process went almost as usual. Waiting in line to begin ordering and i got to the front. A lovely lady by the name of Cynthia helped me out. Had no issues, got my meal and sat down to eat. Sadly, i made the mistake of not asking for beans. So i went to approach the cashier to express my mistake. She was busy with others and i managed to stop a gentlemen for help. I expressed my problem and he told me to go back to the end of the line in order to get my beans. This was unusual but i figured no problem. I got in line and waited to finally get to the front. When i got to the line, the same gentlemen said he could not help me as there were others in line with more important orders. I expressed that i only needed my beans and i would be more than happy to pay extra. From there i was met with rudeness and just decided to go and finish my meal. Defeated, i finished up and went back to the cashier. I wanted to get the guys name so i could advise the manager of how this employee treated me. The cashier was able to provide me with the employees name but was told the manager was too busy to address my problem at the time. So i continued to wait until the manager freed up. After about 15 minutes, i still received no help. Approached the cashier again. This time the same employee, Corbin was near by and told me that i should not come to the store if the only thing i was there to do was complain. Angry, i demanded to speak with the manager. (Who apparently was still too busy to assist me) I did end up leaving with no help. If you're reading this, i advised you to stay far away from this location! If you want the great food and amazing service, i strongly recommend making the extra drive out to the Elyria location. As for this location, you have a lot of work to do. My experience was disgusting and should never happen to anyone. Stay far away from here! read more

I dine her often. So often I know what I eat and how I like my food prepared. The staff is good at what they do. This is a training store for the region because they do things so well. I will tell you I have never been here where there wasn't a line out the door. You have to wait. So if you want your food fast go to the Arches, if you want good food served quickly then this Chipotle is for you. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Amherst, Ohio

I've gone to this location many times and normally we have to wait in a super long line so today we decided to order online before coming in (ordered at 6:50 for 7:15 and arrived at 7:16), and we waited until 8:05 to receive our food (3 bowls). Why market ordering online as faster and easier if we couldve just gone through the line 10 times over while waiting for our online order? Super disorganized. We got free guac but only because we requested it when mentioning the 50 minute wait. Hope they can get it figured out because this is the only location near me! read more

Online orders are always late (by more than an hour). The line is just as slow. Sadly this isn't just because of Covid, this is what this location is known for, I thought maybe it would change but it hasn't. Don't wait around for your food because they won't give you anything for waiting over an hour or take off any money. Waste of time, go to another location like Avon or elyria. read more

This is...guaranteed to be my favorite restaurant, ever. On this entire planet. It has the best meat. They don't kill the animals, they wait for them to die and THEN they harvest the meat. It also has good rice, and beans. I usually mix the rice and beans together, because that's how I like it. I like how they are nice to the animals. Also, last but not least, the final ending, in conclusion, I always stuff myself full to the brim when I am there. Bye and thanks to yelp for letting me put my reviews on here. read more
