The service was terrible. We sat at the drive through speaker for at least 5 minutes before anyone helped us. Then we waited to get our food another 15 minutes. We could see the back just sitting there and so it is probably cold. The people were not friendly and overall the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. read more

McFail! Going into the experience, I had low expectations, having been here once before leaving empty-handed because they got the order completely wrong. This time, I thought I would make it easier for all concerned and order from the kiosk. My order was simple: a medium Coke and a medium order of french fries. Twenty-five minutes later, I received an empty cup and a smattering of fries. The runner hastily placed the order before me with a sincere and heartfelt apology about the wait. What could improve? Basically everything. Couldn't finish placing my order at the kiosk because the "cashless device is not responding, please pay at the counter". The counter? You mean the counter that the employees avoid like the plague? Took five minutes before I was able to get one of the horde of employees on duty (notice I didn't say "working") to finish my transaction so the order could be made. All I was ordering was a plain McDouble for our pups to share. I guess because I put them out with a special order, they burned the CRAP out of the meat patties. They were about 1/16" thick and like dried out cardboard. Every single employee I saw was moving like a snail and seemed to have the attitude that they'd rather be anywhere else but there. One of them, a big guy, even went out and sat in the dining room with an employee that was on break when he clearly wasn't. This whole operation is awful. read more

We placed a mobile order for pick up via drive thru, and the employee running the drive thru headset felt the need to yell at us about not stopping at the first window when we waited well over threeish minutes at the window for someone so we could receive our receipt, after ZERO sign of staff we figured they were giving receipts at the second window and pull forward since they seemed busy. I understand that the place seemed short staffed and the staff was busy; however after pulling forward with one car infront of us and we are sat for about another 2 minutes, an employee in a lakers hat YELLS out the window about how we pulled forward and I quote since I had both windows down "I fucking said window one, no one knows how to fucking listen" and is whaling his hand ushering the car behind us forward. Then when helping the car in front, ushers to us about an issue he's having and prods his head towards us and jabs his thumb at us we apologized and explained our selves as to why we pulled forward and still didn't get a receipt and were rushed out with little words exchanged! As a customer I'm not overly mad but as someone who also works in public settings in retail, all I gotta say is get ahold of your staff! Shits said to see! read more

Stopped by this afternoon to get some dinner, I didn't feel like cooking since I practically took my finger off with a mandolin last night. I ordered the usual for the kiddos, but decided to up the ante and get an Oreo Shamrock Mcflurry for them to share. The photo on the menu shows a beautifully blended mint ice cream with a generous helping of Oreos. Thinking it would be delicious, I ordered one for them. What I got was a lime green, half full, p*ss poor excuse for a "regular" size Mcflurry. It's apparent that it's just vanilla ice cream mixed with mint syrup & very little Oreos. Disappointed is an understatement. I'll never order one again! I could've made my own "shake" at home with ice cream I already had, some syrup & Oreos. BOOOO!!!! read more

I think they didn't have enough coffee for 2 cups so they just poured a bit in each cup and then added water to make brown hot water. Absolutely the worst a waste of money. There was no toilet paper in any of the stalls in the women's bathroom. Lesson learned to check before you go. Ordered a cheeseburger and it was missing the burger patty. Would not recommend this place. They didn't offer anything or even apologize for the inconvenience. Luckily we had dined in and they made us another one. read more

We wanted something quick before we went to work, so we decided to go to McDonald's. The ladies at both windows were very courteous. The one that took our order was patient and friendly. The one that took our payment was polite and double checked our order. The one that brought us our food could stand to get some customer service training from the first two. There should be a sign on the door saying you need to wear a mask before entering the store. I can't figure out why some fast foods require masks to enter the store and others do not. Most of the staff either do not have a mask on or not properly wearing the mask. I would say ask the managers but most of them were not wearing nor did they properly wear them. On to the food. Our order was messed up and I had to tell the lady several times what I wanted. I guess I was not the only one that this happened to. I only came here as my friend wanted biscuits and gravy. The store is well staffed but every thing is in disaray with people standing around not doing anything. Some people making food had no masks on. This is THE worst managed McDonalds EVER! They are SO rude. They just yelled at my boyfriend who was trying to nicely order a 20 piece chicken nugget! They are consistently understaffed and it takes 30+ minutes just to order and get your food. If more than one item, they get items wrong or are missing items. Like he didn't get his sauces that he asked for. I mean really? With the amount of traffic they get, you would think they would hire more attentive people! Someone needs to report them to corporate as they are giving the McDonalds brand a worse experience than the lack of nutritional value to their food. I rather cook at home. Wait times are pretty long, the parking lot is FILTHY as is the trash piled up By the back door on the outside of the building. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with my meal and when she handed it to me it was almost clear like water. I tasted it and it was all soda water. I told the lady at the window that it wasn't Dr Pepper or the machine was broken and she said "oh yes it is" and just stared at me. I asked for a new drink and she would not respond to me. I asked again and she said "fine" and rolled her eyes. She quickly shut the window and I had to wait for a full five minutes for just a drink. When she came back and handed it to me I gave her back the old drink and she refused to take it saying she didn't want it. I Told her I didn't want it in my car and asked her to please throw it away. She literally just stared at me and wouldn't take it. I asked again politely and finally she reached out and just grabbed it and then slammed the window. We visited the drive thru on 9/20/20. Workers weren't properly masked, one worker was eating french fries as she handed us the food. When asked why she wasn't wearing a mask she shot back asking why my mom, the passenger (driver was masked) wasn't wearing a mask and handed us our food. We called the store and asked to speak to the manager, the speaker identified them self as the manager and then hung up while we explained what happened. Disgusting. The store was filthy, the employees couldn't care less that there was a line building up. I watched 3 employees walk out to go smoke while there were over 10 people in line. We waited 26 minutes for two sandwiches. The kitchen was gross, the the drink area was completely unkempt. If a franchise owner was going to hire a manager to be the direct reflection of themselves, I'd hope they would care enough about their investment to ensure the individual that has that responsibility was mature enough to understand the importance of customer service. Worst McDonalds experience ever. Went through drive thru....got to pay window and they somehow screwed the order up. Straightened it out, but not before the cash register malfunctioned. Guy called for help from an assistant and was responded back to with profanity. Finally get to pick up window and after a 7 minute wait there (going on 20 minute wait total from originally ordering), the girl looks at me and says "your food isn't here and it'll get her when it does.". I told her not to take an an attitude with me. We've been here 20 minutes and I'm asking where our food is". She responds back claiming I'm the one taking an attitude with her, then proceeds to start yelling at me. Worst fast food experience ever. This is one McDonald's I could gladly pass by. I have been to some others ( locally) that have represented the corporation honorably, but this is not one of them. I entered an almost empty dining room and the drive through was also slow. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes before I was even recognized . When I was, the employee told me someone would be right there. I heard them pass the word that I was there, but it was several more minutes before I was waited on. It was not a warm or friendly welcome, just a " what do you want ". The food was the normal fare , so no complaints about that. I will probably find myself there sometime in the future, but only because it is close. This place can certainly use an audit from headquarters, and some heads should roll. So so gross. This has to be the SLOWEST McDonalds I've ever been to! Don't be surprised to wait over 30 minutes in the drive through line. The store is FILTHY. If you go through the drive through, the back door is always open and trash is stacked so high it falls out the back door. The employees are super trashy and ignore you. The final straw for me was when I recently got my food and noticed a while clumpy sludge all over the fry container. No idea what it was, but I threw all our food in the trash.
