The employers should be embarrassed. I just waited 30 minutes for my food and when I got to the drive up window they wanted me to wait even longer. The woman offered me a refund but the man she was working with said she couldn't and told me I had to wait. I ended up leaving my food behind because I was now late for work. We have an 8 hour car ride and stopped here for a quick breakfast. Took 45 MINS to get our food and there was maybe about 3 other people there waiting. For those of you wondering why the fountain drinks are never full, it's because we don't pour them ourselves. All of the cups are kept in a big machine that dispenses the cups and pours the drinks/ice. All we do is take it off the conveyor belt and put a lid on it. This goes for water as well. Blended drinks are also pre measured and blended by a machine. We just pour it and top it. Same goes for the milkshakes. WE DON'T CHOOSE HOW MUCH GOES IN YOUR CUP UNLESS ITS COFFEE OR TEA. Nice place. Recently remodeled as a Mac Cafe, well maintained with friendly service. One of the larger indoor playgrounds I've seen with a good number of tables in the play area. Just as of late, and we drive through more than I would like to admit during a busy summer, something is almost always wrong with our order, I have to ask for the rest of it, the soda isn't full, they don't know how to scan the code in the app, the worker looks scared and doesn't speak ‍. I used to work at mcdonalds and when I tell you this pisses me off. I ordered chicken nuggets from mcdonalds yesterday along with 5 other people I know. Not only were those chicken nuggets cold and clearly passed the time they should have been thrown out, they made all of us extremely sick. Do your job! I do not expect a lot from fast food places in general but this one had so many failures I felt the need to write this: For starters after placing our order through the drive-thru they charged us for the wrong order. Then could not refund my card, apparently only cash. After this we got our food... only it was not our food. It was another order. Oh and did I mention the lady was totally rude? Now I entered the building and ran into the store manager and told him about the situation "oh the lady at the counter will help you" great thanks. So after telling the lady at the counter she got my order. So here we go, now I finally have my food and drinks. But of course, the original fries that they didn't forget are older than the potato itself and the chicken nuggets? Same thing. But hey the hamburger was fresh-ish but of course it was topped wrong oh and the nuggets came with the wrong sauce. my wife went here a yesterday with 4 of our 5 kids 2 9 month olds 2 4 yr olds the shift manager helped carry their food to the table and watched the 2 babies as she brought the 2 oldest to get drinks and also helped carry a baby to the table. as my wife was leaving the shift manager said to the store manager that they were going to help my wife carry kids to the car and the store manager said GOOD see you in a minute. absolute wonderful staff the decor my wife said was very nice she sent pictures of the nice mural painted walls very nice place over all. read more

First of all we drove 20 minutes across town to eat some damn MacDons (thanks apple) then we get there order food for "here" get a number on the receipt and a table number, our number gets called we have to go up and grab our "to go" bags then sit down and reach in these bags only to find out that the fillet o fish I ordered had a quarter of a slice of cheese and absolutely no tarter sauce. I choke the son of a bitch down only to find a bone in my throat and yacked it up. Then I reach for my quote on quote "triple cheeseburger" from the $3 menu... but wait there's only two patties I was like I'm not takin this shit anymore, go up to the counter and find 11 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing except one was coughing and I say "hey this triple cheeseburger only had two patties" the woman then gets very confrontational and states that the "triple" cheeseburger only has two patties.. I was like look at the damn picture and she says okay, so she turns and tells the cook to make a triple cheeseburger and so I wait 5 minutes to get this burger. Get the burger go sit down unravel the burger only to find yet again only two patties... I was fed up with the service and just ate the burger.
