Every time I go to this location my order is wrong. Today I waited in line 25 minutes and still received the wrong order. This long wait time made me late for work and I couldn't go in to get it right. I'm so glad I spent my last few dollars until payday on this crap. This has to be the worst mcdonald's i have ever been too i went 20mins before the closed before corona and they didn't even let me in the doors were already locked. All of there employees inside. I went through the drive through were they told me they were closed. I asked to speak with the manger and he couldn't give me a reason for them not serving 20 mins before they closed. This was so disappointing to see how lazy they were. So i decided to go back a few days ago and I waited in the line for 45 mins just to receive cold fries. I hope the manger gets fired. read more

We ordered through the app which told us they were open until midnight. We got there and clicked the "we're here now button" and waited over ten minutes with no response. We went through the drive thru and they said they were closed and that we put our order in too late. We put our order in in FWB on our way home and pulled up at 11:05 to the store. When we asked for our money back they were no help at all and yelled at us to get our money back through the app. I have received refunds from the app before in store when they didn't have ice cream so I knew that wasn't right. We called customer service, left several voicemails, emailed them and even emailed corporate. Still no response. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. I'm a local and I'm disgusted with this McDonalds. I live around the block and I seriously will never come back here again. Kim was the manager on duty that night and was so rude. Hello, writing this from Destin but from Imperial, MO. I can't really understand why it took 27 minutes to get through the drive thru this afternoon. My son and I picked up lunch for the family to eat at the pavilion at the Jetty East, Great place by the way. We went to Jimmy John's up the street, took 3 minutes to get a sandwich, done! Then to Callahan's, two sandwiches, 11 minutes, Great. Then to McDonald's, fifth car in line. Took 27 minutes from start to finish. No, I'm sorry for the wait, nothing. Food was hot, service was extremely cold! Need to really work on speed with drive thru. I'm sure they're hurting on having enough people, but 27 minutes. Drive-thru person was pretty annoying with our order. We ordered one thing and she insisted that we were wrong without anything to back her claim. The order was "Big Breakfast with Bacon" and the bacon part was audible, but there was no bacon when it was delivered. Also it took forever for the food to be delivered. read more

Don't ask for anything remotely outside of the menu. They refused to accommodate a chicken sandwich with no bun, messed up the order and charged us for items we didn't want, and the lady taking the drive through orders wasn't friendly at all. and the food came out luke warm. read more

So disappointed in the recent service at this McDonalds!!! I have gone there for the last 4 -5 years for a breakfast burrito and a coffee. Recently, the last 6 months, the service has really gone down!! It now takes anywhere from 20 -25 min wait to get your order and that's with only 4 cars in the drive thru. It used to take 5 minutes!! This has to be the absolute WORST McDonalds in the world! We go every single morning before work. When April is working the Drive Thru there is NEVER a problem! This morning myself and a co worker went to the drive thru just like we do every morning. There was an oriental lady working the drive thru and we got into one lane and nobodies order was ever taken. She just continued to take the orders at the other lane. The line was backed up around the building. The poor guy in front of us waited over 5 minutes and still nobody ever responded to him. We all had to back up and went in the other lane and then it was the same issue. Nobody was taking out order in this lane, but was taking orders from the other lane. We absolutely will NOT be back.
