If it isn't broke, don't fix it. The food, of course, was good, served hot and as ordered. No complaints. Our server, Amy was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and patient (we asked a lot of questions). She was also very friendly, genuinely friendly, not forced friendly because she had to be. You can always tell. It felt like being at an old friend's house for dinner. Great service truly (imo) enhances the meal. I'd definitely want Amy for our server the next time we visit!

I get it... every restaurant wants to find a way to minimally impact their employees with fulfilling orders for takeout. But sending customers to the bar and forcing them to flag down the bartender... it's just not right. Designate a counter spot, add signage, or bring the bags to the front desk... For a company up on everything, this location should reconsider how they serve takeout orders. Still the food was phenomenal... We split a Sonoma Chopped Chicken Salad. Burgatory salads are HUGE! And the ingredients are always super fresh... I mean look at how perfect the avocado is! We tried the wings and... wow! The skin was so perfectly crisp and the seasoning was just spot on with spice and flavor. We tried the onion rings... and well... you can't win them all. The batter was soggy and way too thick. When I came in I was greeted right away and told I could sit wherever I wanted. Shortly after finding a seat I had a menu in hand and a drink order placed. I was left to look over the menu. At the time of the visit I got to look over the breakfast menu. I was especially craving biscuits and gravy. My mind just kept telling me that and I was going to just order a combo with that as a side. That is until I made myself look over the menu one more time. That's when I spot the number 5 combo breakfast meal. That combo would give me everything that I needed at that moment in time. Best part about it is that you can mix them with either the runny egg yolk or the extra gravy that definitely spilled over from the biscuit. The biscuit and gravy, oh my god, amazing. The biscuit is made in house which means they are fresh and tasty. The gravy has this sweet and savory mix going for it. The pieces of sausage in the gravy are amazing little pops of flavor. Little bit of spice in there, but everything balances out. It really livens up the dryness of the biscuit. This meal was what I set out for, satisfying. The service here, way above the bar. We found an adorable part of town to walk through and then we spotted Moonlit Burgers and decided to stop for lunch. They have limited table service in the sense that you place your order with the cashier when you walk in and they bring your food out to you a little bit later on. They even checked on us a few times while we ate. Very nice staff too! The restaurant is a good size with lots of tables for two and few bigger tables as well. They also have a separate bar if you want something other than soda with your burgers. I ordered the Moonlit Smashburger and the hubby ordered a chicken sandwich; we also ordered fries and a drink to share. The cup for the drink was super duper tiny though, and we weren't sure about refills so we just took shallow sips. Next time we'll make sure to get two drinks. The smashburger was so good!! Everything a smashburger should be. The moon sauce was tangy and complimented the meat so well. And those crispy edges!!
