I walk in the door, at 12:00 mind you, and they have a huge variety of breakfast bakery items. From scones, to muffins, to cinnamon rolls. The selection was impressive, but I kept thinking, "What are they going to do with all this food?" If every person in downtown Jeanette immediately came in and bought something, they would still have food left over. It was puzzling. But it all looked delicious. Unfortunately for me, I was actually hoping to buy dessert for later that evening - a cake or pie maybe. But they just had breakfast pastries. Since I was there and I felt bad for them, I got a blueberry scone. Ended up being one of the best blueberry scone I ever had.

When you walk in, it has a warm, inviting vibe. There are a variety of tables and seating options (including some couch and comfy chair type seating). You order by going up to the counter, and they either call your order or will bring it to your table when it is done if you are eating it there. One down side is that there is a fairly large menu and it isn't always easy to find/see all of the options when you are waiting to order. My daughter saw someone got a bubble tea but at the time we were looking, that menu wasn't easy to spot so we didn't even know it was something they offered! All of their food items are made to order (well, I suppose except for the soup which is home made and just dished out to order). They even have soup flights on certain days! I need to go back and try that because every soup I've ever had here has been delicious. They have the standard coffee menu but also always have some unique and quirky seasonal options. They also have smoothies, bubble teas and some other unique creations. They have tasty breakfast and lunch sandwiches, breakfast scrambles, mac and cheese and a variety of sandwiches. You can easily customize your meals and the staff is great about providing recommendations. It can take awhile to get your food/drinks, but that is because everything is made to order. When you step up to the window to order, you can see what an amazing job they did on the inside. It a tiny, cute kitchen and decorated perfectly. They had several different types of cupcakes available and I was excited to try a few. I decided on 3 different flavors: Strawberry Fields, Queen of Tarts, and The Acorn. The Acorn was a chocolate/peanut butter combination that features a cute little acorn-shaped buckeye on top. The peanut butter flavor definitely came out. The Queen of Tarts was a terrific lemon/raspberry flavoring. Not only did the lemon cake taste very citrusy, but there was fresh raspberry preserves inside the cake mixed with a lemon curd. My favorite, though was the Strawberry Fields. The fresh strawberries in the middle, combined with the perfect buttercream on top was just the start. On top of the buttercream icing there was a dusting of strawberry crumble. The flavor of strawberry really came through on this cupcake and it was delicious. The icing on all of the cupcakes was smooth and delicious. There was quite a bit of icing, which can sometimes take over the cake, but that is probably just personal preference. The cake, in my opinion, could have been slightly more moist as the cupcakes were all a bit on the crumbly side. But all in all, the cupcake flavors came through wonderfully and I really enjoyed all the combinations.

The prices for most merchandise were about as low as you can find anywhere. I bought about 10 items, including a rug, cat treats, and hygiene products. The cashier accurately rang up my purchase.

Stumbled on this coffee shop, walked in looking for a cup of coffee. Well, this coffee shop doesn't actually sell brewed coffee - except for what's in a carafe sitting on a counter. The employee seemed surprised that I would want to buy a cup of coffee. In a place called Miller Coffee Roasters, mind you. Strange. I guess they mostly sell whole beans. Still confused by the setup, I asked the lady, "If I give you $3, can I fill my cup with coffee over there and leave?" She said yes. So I did. And the coffee was actually very good.
