The decor is vintage photos, paintings, drawings and even post cards on the walls and on the tables. We were greeted so warmly especially when we told them it was our first time. We chose two breakfast sandwiches, one bagel and one croissant and each were phenomenal. The bread was toasted perfectly (so it didn't kill the roof of my mouth), the tomato's and lettuce were fresh, the bacon crispy, and that basil mayo. A life changing BLT if there is such a thing. A couple side notes I appreciate. Bittersweet's marketing team deserves. Ton of credit - they have some awesome swag available for purchase. Also, this is a Christian oriented cafe with bible verses, messaging, and music. Love it! And finally, check out the story about Bittersweet's roots, its commitment to addiction recovery/support, and the owner's son's story/passing.
