I haven't been to this location in years. It was clean & updated. They were busy at the end of breakfast time. We ordered from a super friendly guy working. He repeated our order back to us, gave us a number & said they'd bring the food out. The only problem here was that most of the tables needed to be wiped down. We did it ourselves. But later I noticed people looking for a clean table & the same guy the took our order rushed out to clean it. He had a great attitude. Our food came out fast & it was perfect. Probably worst McDonalds I've been through. Today ordered nuggets and asked for 2 Barbecue packets. Pulled me up to the waiting area. Waited 11 minutes. Meal came and looked at what was in the bag. No sauce. At least one morning out of 5 order a sausage cheese biscuit and they ring it up incorrectly and tell you they will fix it at the pay window. I am so disappointed in this McDonald's. Always having issues with the drive through. Today sat in one lane for 20 min because the speaker broke. When I pulled up to get my food after waiting so long they wanted me to move to spot 1 to wait longer. When I refused the worker said I was inconsiderate and look what I'm teaching my children who were in the car He kept opening the window staring me down...literally harassing me because I refused to wait longer for my food. Maybe he was having a bad day but I am in complete shock of how I was treated. His name was Greg. Whether you have a bad day or not customer service is everything, and I definitely won't return. I want to begin by saying the meal was a serious step above what I usually get in Chicago, but it was SO SURREAL! I was going to have an Egg McMuffuin but I saw thy had this new Chorizo Burrito. I really like chorizo and eggs and I thought, SURE, That is what I am having. I get to the register and the guy there, let's call him "Roberto" for the sake of argument. I saw the options were get one for something, get 2 for $3 or a meal with 2 for #5. I was going to have coffee anyway so I think meal. I get a hash brown or something, right? That's where it gets surreal. I order the meal and "Roberto" says there is no meal. I sat, look it's on the menu. He says it's just 2 for $3, it' s just two burritos. I say, look underneath it, there IS a meal for $5. He says, there is no meal, would you like me to get the manager? I seriously do not want to get he manager. They are actually busy. I mean much busier than the reviews would suggest. The FOOD WAS SPOT ON , PERFECT! So I ordered two with a med coffee. I look around and realize there is no cream outside of Roberto... and get back in line to get some. The burritos were delicious! My friend had McMuffins and said they were the best he's had in a long time! The drive through line was SO LONG people were driving away, so obviously the food is great. I really think you need to visit this location yourself to understand the complete lack of common sense these employees possess. If this crew screws something up you might as well just drive away and accept what you have received... If you're brave enough to bring up the mistake to any of the workers I would keep a sharp eye on your food while they are "fixing" it...(Personal experience) there are a few things that are consistent and reliable at this location and they are as follows 1. Managers that need to be sent back to the grill or fryer for retraining 2. Missing patties on a "double" cheeseburger. (I cannot begin to comprehend how that happens more than once) 3. If you order a cheeseburger plain... it will most likely not include cheese... this is what is called a HAMBURGER... and I would have ordered a hamburger because it's cheaper... I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped including the bun and patty by following that logic... But ya know if I did receive an empty box I would accept it as this location doing it's best and not say a word... I would literally just drive away with my empty box at this point... What's up with the CP McDonald's.....I don't really go to McDonald's very often.....maybe once a month and every time I do I go during off hours, like today at 1:30 pm and as always the line is almost to the entrance. So you get in line and it takes like 7 minutes to get to the split then another couple of minutes to place your order then a couple more minutes to pay then a couple more minutes to the second window to only be told pull into slot(1 thru 5) and we'll bring your food out to you since I actually ordered food an not just drinks.....then you can sit there for 5 to 10 minutes till they bring your food out. So a wait time of 18 to 23 minutes on a average, REALLY. McDonald's has taken "Fast" out of "Fast Food" I can order a pizza in the same amount of time. Yes, I've tried the app and all that does is eliminates the line you still wait 5 to 10 minutes in slot(1-5) and that's ordering on the app 10 minutes prior to arrival....smh read more

Terrible drive thru service-put in order today (simple order) told to park in spot #3 and order would be right out-20 minutes later no order. I went inside and asked for manager, woman stepped forward said "I am Manager", I asked where my order was, she rudely said she had no idea, people on line had no idea (and very rude). I demanded my money back, and after proving I ordered w/my receipt got money back-but wasted over a half hour and not even a "Sorry" or an explanation, just handed me refund like "I" was the problem. I have never had a problem with this McDonald's until today 1/27/18 around 3 p.m. drive thru. My order was correct on screen when ordering however, not when I picked up my order in second window. I specifically asked if there was sweet and sour in my child's happy meal, they said yes. Of course I checked my bag before I left because McDonald's is notorious for not giving out correct orders. While waiting for my drinks for 5 minutes because something was wrong with their drink machine I finally got the young girls attention and asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces. A manager who was by the fry station was the one getting orders to girls in window. The young girl then asked her manager for 2 sweet and sour sauces, the manager said they are in the bag. The girl told her there were none in the bag. The manger then told the girl that sauces were put in the bag and if I wanted more I needed to pay for it, she then gave her only one sauce. I received one and told the girl at the window her manger needs to give me one more. She asked her manager and her manager proceeded to say she was doing her job by giving me one sauce. Her job is to give good customer service and not argue with customers or employees. If she would have looked at the screen correctly she would have noticed it said 2 sweet and sour sauces like it said on my receipt. I also asked the girl to tell the manger to come to the window she refused and yelled at me from fry station. I did not want a scene made that is why I asked for her to come to window. Though that did not happen and her yelling at me and me speaking loudly back at her because she is so far away made everyone stop what they were doing and all eyes where on us. Not good and embarrassing. This is an older white lady with glasses and a pony tail who was the manger for that shift. She needs to be fired. I could only imagine how she is managing employees. Why is a manager doing all the work for drive thru while employees are idle and doing nothing. She should be managing instead packing up bags. OK this is NOT going to be about how bad the food is, the fact that their parking stinks, the wait time in drive through is long enough that there will be a new propulsion technology available for cars the next trip, none of that. Stopped in today to grab a tea and drain another. While I was at the urinal, one of the kitchen employees came out of the #2 stall and blew past the sink, right back to the serving area without as much as a drop of water applied to his hands. I'm scarred for life, I think I'll sue for mental anguish (if the coffee lady can do it, why not). No more food or drink for me there. My order was mostly correct, I don't understand though why you are given a choice of type of toy for the kids meal on mobile order if the restaurant isn't going to honor the choice you make, I have a toddler and requested toddler toy and received a big kid toy, now my daughter can't play with it. I have been buying a large coffee every morning for many years on my way to work. I recently started to buy the Blueberry Muffins but have been VERY DISAPPOINTED because, all though they are good, they NEVER have them but maybe twice a week. The excuse they give is the manager doesn't take them out to thaw the night before. This, I feel, is unacceptable. Another review 100% nailed it on the head. There is at least one unbelievably rUde employee here. Just went through the drive through with my kiddo, had to pull to the side to wait. Worker came out and asked if I had ordered a twenty piece and I said yes. Pulled away and turns out it was the wrong order. No harm no foul, mistakes happen. I take my kiddo in to get the right order and very calmly explain that I got someone's else order. A woman then, very aggressively and rudely, said "you didn't let the worker finish telling you what the order was before You took the bags." For real? I repeat verbatim what she just said to me (in the same tone) back to her. She, even more rudely, says yes you didn't let her finish. I get defending your employees, but I didn't even say anything negative about them. At this point I say, Ooooo so it's my fault I got ya. She must have saw I wasn't just going to take her snide remarks and walk so there was some back peddling on her part and the girls around her start smiling. I take my food and leave at which point the cackling starts. And I mean cackling. A bit of advice for those in customer service, best not to start a conversation with a customer with an accusation. And a little life advice, if you are going to be aggressively rude to people, don't be surprised if that's how you are treated in return. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I was there with my two small children and they gave me the wrong order at the drive thru. I went back through the drive thru and asked if they would run me the correct order out. I had already waited 10 minutes in line and I didn't want to bring my two small children in the store, as anyone with babies knows how hard it is to get them in and out of cars. I didn't believe this was an unreasonable request as for they don't mind asking the customers to pull up and wait when your food is not ready and they don't want you to hold up their wait time. I guess the employees working felt this request was unreasonable as they told me my options were either wait in line and come to window or walk in. At this point I pulled up and walked in with my children. I asked for a manager and calmly and politely explained what occurred, as I wouldn't raise my voice to her due to the fact it wasn't her fault and I had my children with me. She couldn't have cared less and said she couldn't refund me for my order just the item that was incorrect. I explained that in the future when someone makes this request it isn't unreasonable and they should accommodate. I turned to walk out and she looked at her coworkers and in front of myself, children and other customers said very loudly "What a Bitch" and all the other employees started laughing and talking about what occurred. I have never witnessed or have been treated so rudely at an establishment. The managers name was Mary and I will be contacting the owner. read more
