Always has the worst service. I know I should just go to a different location. This just happens to be the nearest location to me when on my way to work. The food is not always the same, they have good days and they have bad days (with taste). The staff acts as if you are asking them for their first born. If you don't like what you do, DONT work there. They seem to always have issues with the credit card machine or system. You would think they could have posted a sign about that in the drive-thru, no they tell you once your at the order screen and only if you didn't wait another 5mins just for someone to talk to you. Now you're stuck because cars are behind you and possibly in front of you, so you have to sit and wait in a line without being able to order anything. This location is the worst. I was very disappointed with the service during my recent visit to McDonald's. Our order took approximately 45 minutes to receive, which was far longer than expected. While we were waiting, there seemed to be no one available to assist customers with simple requests. I needed napkins and ketchup, and when I asked for help, the employee didn't even look up to acknowledge me. Instead, I was told that I could order through the kiosk. When I explained that I just needed assistance, the employee responded that they were busy and already had too many orders. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and basic requests such as napkins and condiments should be readily available. Between the 45-minute wait for our food and the dismissive response when asking for help, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues and improves both customer service and order efficiency so that future customers have a better experience. read more

I am so sad that this McDonald's has gone downhill. This was our go to for a quick meal for years. Management changes all the time and the high turnover on staff doesn't help. They hire people who don't want to work but want to get paid. The food is always cold and I haven't had fresh fries forever! Our apple pies were cold! The box says caution hot which is bogus. The restaurant is always a mess and there's no one going around cleaning the tables. I really hope they hire better people who want to work and train them on better service. read more

Hands down the very worst fast food spot I have ever been to. After 35 minutes of waiting inside for an oatmeal and sandwich, I had to ask for a refund. The room was packed full of people and they were putting out one order every 5 minutes. That's completely unacceptable. All while the manager hides in the back. I could clearly see him in the back moving stuff around aimlessly, while glancing over at everyone like none of could see him. There was one lady packing up orders and to her credit , she was hustling but one person is not the way to run a chain as big as this. 12/27/25 @ approximately 6:48pm I'm in drive-thru for 13 mins waiting to place my order and I'm the 2nd car in line. I finally placed my order.... I specifically asked for French Fries NO salt and crispy. Welp there were about 6 fries that were crispy and the remaining fries were limp. I order my fries NO salt so I can get fresh fries. Just left there. Decided NOT to attempt drive-thru or drive-up delivery as they are slower than DMV employees. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my breakfast. No air conditioning in the building. Lots of people waiting in frustration. Several were served larger meals even after they order after me. Three separate customers left in frustration after receiving their orders, but walked back in because part of their order was missing. One drive-thru customer walked in angry because hadn't received his order in over 30 minutes, so he angrily demanded a refund. Food service employees enjoy a higher minimum wage in California. This McDonald's notoriously gets your order wrong. They are chronically under staffed and people are doing multiple jobs but are unclear of what that job entails. I ordered (2) fish fillet combos. I received them but I got fries with no salt. Salting fries takes an entire 3 seconds. And the menu claims they come lightly salted. I'm frustrated because each time I go there something goes wrong and this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I ask for a sandwich with no pickles and they give me a ton of pickles to the point where the bread is so were that it tastes like you're eating a pickle sandwich instead of whatever it should be. I ask for sweet tea and get unsweetened tea. I ask for coke light ice and get a cup full of ice with Dr. pepper, something diet., or Mr. Pibb ( I'm not sure which they have). I ask for two meals and the burger from one of the meals is missing. Or, they make your sandwich and everything is falling off the bun so that half of the bread has no internal ingredients. It's ridiculous! They need specific duties for each person. Example :fry guy. Each person needs to pass a test for the duties associated with that position: drop fries, take fries out, salt fries, box/ bag fries, repeat! I worked in fast food and it's not really that difficult. The problems occur when employees are expected to multitask. Not everyone is cut out for multitasking. I will avoid this McDonald's in the future. In the meantime, they need to retrain their employees and they need to give each person two specific tasks and that's it, but only one task per shift. Finally, they need to adequately staff the restaurant so that they can run it to its maximum productivity. You cannot keep even a McDonald's open indefinitely if they have notoriously crappy service. I rarely go to this location but any time I do, they never have it together. I dont know if they're just understaffed or stupid staffed but my God, they are the most inefficient crew with no sense of urgency. And, of course, there are always inconsistencies in the order...I've experienced it with mine but have also seen it with numerous customers waiting inside for their order. This location has chronically lacked in service for YEARS which is why I stopped going here. On the RARE occasion I do, they never fail to prove themselves as less than efficient.
