This McDonald's is the nastiest place I've ever eaten at and the staff is lazy and rude especially the drive through worker. They mess up the simplest orders then have you park and wait for awhile before they bring out your order that is warm or cold at times. The night shift Is a joke the crew is very rude and some are passing kisses and laughing like they don't have a job to do. I placed my order and the female at the register asked if I had the exact amount because they didn't have 78 cents in change to give back to me, I just said keep the change and she tells me to park and wait, I've waited close to 15 minutes and I can see the workers just standing around laughing and the girl who took my order was kissing another staff member playing around and when I started honking she came out with attitude handed me my order which was wrong the drink was wrong the food was warm the fries were cold and hard no napkins, ketchup or sauce that I repeatedly asked for. I just tossed my order in the trash and left mad. This is the worst McDonald's and the worst night crew staff I've ever see. We eat at this McDonald's in Corcoran quite often... since the restrictions of Covid this McDonald's has gotten terrible... it started with the drinks not being full and when we complained we were told it was the machine that was not properly working, then it became the fries, IF you walk in the fries are usually full and you get the amount and size you ordered. BUT if you drive through, it's a joke, the large fries is less than a medium but more than a small size order, again after complaining we were told it was the management that comes against the employees if the fill the fries. This is a joke! I went today and my large fry was the amount that you could fill in a small fry bag. I will be seeing less if this McDonald's... One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They routinely open late sometimes as much as an hour. The food is cooked inconsistently either over or under done usually. They can never seem to get my order right I usually have to go back and have them correct it or just give up and go home. read more

The food is okay but the service is not. Their hours say the lobby is open until 10 pm but they close it anywhere from 9-9:50. This place is constantly messing up orders, how hard is it to look at a screen and match that order. My burger was not only wrong but under cooked, it was cold red in the center. I am waiting for my food and right off the bat I am noticing all the flies inside. People are eating and swaying them away. I mean it is McDonalds. I know they have cleanliness standards. As I look at the window sill there are a lot of dead flies, which is not making me want to dig into my breakfast sandwich when I do get it. We stopped going to McDonalds after having a series of issues at the Corcoran, CA location. 1. Open late, close early. Not 24 hours 2. Waiting over 5 minutes in the drive through-not fast food. 3. Would pull up to drive through-noone would answer so we would turn around. 4. Last trip the food was old and cold. Burgers felt like leather patties, nothing was kept fresh. Even the fries were old and caked with salt but cold to the touch. 5. Prices are high, don't honor most of the dollar menu. This Mc Donald's looks appealing from the outside and in but the facts are that most of the time they have your order wrong, have you wait for long periods of time especially just for a coffee make you park for a long time and still have your order wrong. This morning I went to get a large coffee and they were out of large cups. That's another thing whoever is doing their inventory is not doing that properly. Some employees are decent. Most of them should be sent to training for customer service etc. or just get new staff. All I'm saying is this Mc Donald's doesn't have their tasks together. If I didn't live down the street I would never ever visit this location. I occasionally work overnights and a couple times on the way home have hone through the drive thru to get a quick breakfast before getting home. They are supposed to be open at 6am but several times I've gone at 615 and even as late as 645 and been told that all they have to serve is coffee. Why would you even open if you do not have food to sell? If you know you are supposed to open at 6am, have your employees scheduled so that there is plenty of time to prep the food so you can open on time and serve your whole menu, not just coffee. read more
