The female employee was doing something with her hands going near the back with clear food service gloves on. When she approached I immediately said "Good morning!" She never looked up to give eye contact or greet me. This employee had the audacity a few minutes later when she felt like talking to say "Have you decided what you'd like to order Ma'am?" I replied "Give me a minute please I'm waiting on my husband." I walked away disgusted. The nerve of this evil, nasty female employee! 1. She has no customer service skills. 2. How nasty of her not to change her gloves before touching the station where the meats and condiments are. 3. This is how germs-diseases are spread. 4. The owner or Manager should give her a refresher course in customer service. 5. Too early in the morning for this kind of ignorant behavior...it was 10:20am. Apparently she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I hope she gets out the opposite side tomorrow and learn to treat customers better. Thank goodness the customer service was excellent E-Z Trip!
