This McDonalds drive through is always crowded but they do a great job at servicing customer quickly . The sweet tea is consistently the same every time we come!! read more

I frequently get the sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle. Consistently hot and delicious. I like using the app to order and pay before I leave for work. Easy peasy at the drive through. read more

This location is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! It's McDonald, and they make things so difficult when it doesn't have to be. Customer service here is nonexistent. I will never visit this McDonald's location ever again. I asked for my drink to be filled to the top before it was being served to me and I was told, "No". Wow, is all I could think on top of the fact that some of my food was missing from my to go order. When I tried to address the issue, I was told to wait by 3 separate employees who all weren't doing anything but walking back and forth. This store needs structure and direction but I didn't think it will ever happen. read more

Ordered McDeluvery with a big breakfast and three biscuits. There was no silverware, no butter, no syrup and no jelly. The only thing other than the food were napkins. I guess I shouldn't complain since the food was there but it's hard to eat pancakes with no butter or syrup. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Worst customer service ever. Food isn't great. People aren't great. I don't recommend coming here.

They have screwed up the order multiple times. On top of that they are very rude. This afternoon, while ordering through dive-thru this girl who was taking the order was so rude after pointing out that she did not get the order right. This place makes taking a simple meal an annoying event. Better not to go there. Owner, teach your staff some customer service. Even 1 star is not worth due to their rude customer service read more

I had a headache and was super irritated when I came to the McDonalds to purchase food for my baby niece. I was greeted by Dada in the drive-thru. Her upbeat attitude and positive energy instantly turned my frown upside down. I will come to this McDonalds any day, just to crack a smile with DaDa! read more

Wow. I have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied in my entire life. I was just CRAVING chocolate milk, and I thought to myself, why not go to McDonald's! They really do have amazing, top tier chocolate milk. Well to start off, the service was horrible. I hand the girl on register the dollar bills and then was trying to give her coins, and she blatantly ignored me. And then I get my chocolate milks, and they are a different shape??? But I tried to be optimistic and look past the redesign. I opened up my chocolate milk, expecting a nice chocolaty drink, and what do I get? CHOCOLATE WATER. If I wanted chocolate water, I would've put some water and chocolate syrup in a cup myself. Moral of the story. Don't go here. They will give you chocolate water and they won't take your coins. read more

"NOT THE TYPICAL Mc DONALDS". We came to this McDonald's on our way into Charlotte. This is a newly built restaurant with a very modern interior. The employees are very nice and the restaurant is very clean. My husband had the white cheddar garlic burger and it was very tasty. The restaurant is located just beyond the Concorde mills mall. You have to drive past Kohl's (on the left). read more

10 minutes sitting in the drive thru: had to tell worker what I ordered AGAIN at the window: received cold fries, med temperature burger and 3 ice cubes left in drink. Food and drinks (at least 5 drinks) sitting on the counter. Workers could not keep up with orders. I am sure my food was sitting for 8 mins or longer. Bad experience at new location, only a matter of time. read more

Literally pissed af , after getting off work I decided i wanted McDonald's so i called the store to make sure they were open and was told they close at 1am then asked if their ice cream machine was functioning and the lady said yes ... 10-15 mins later i pull up to the drive through and the same lady goes "we not available" wow thanks a lot for wasting my time and gas , she needs to get fired or something. I don't understand how a "manager" is managing this place. They definitely hiring whoever at this point. Not sure what her name was but she was working on March 3rd 2022 at around 12am. read more

First and last visit to this McDonald's. One and done. After taking forever to give me my food, the order was wrong. This was after I asked the lady who handed me my food if the order was correct and she said "yes". I witnessed three other people coming in from the drive-through while I was waiting on my order to say their order was wrong also. Worst McDonald's ever. Update... no better months later. Ordered buffalo sauce for my chicken strips, got none. Others with me clearly asked for hot picante sauce 3 times and got mild. Dear McDonald's, it's not rocket science. It's simply called customer service. You know, those people who buy your food and allow you to stay in business. Get it together. Dear McDonald's district manager, there's an opportunity for you here to fix the issues at this location. read more

An employee named Jasmine was very rude and disrepctful to another employee named Sandy. This place has the worst service, very slow, good came out cold. Missing items ordered. They have our order to someone else so we had to wait even longer. read more

Unfortunately my local McDonald's has decided to cut payroll to the point that there are no cashiers. Everyone that walks in is directed to a kiosk to order and pay. If you insist on a cashier, you wait until someone can leave the drive thru to come help you. Even after ordering, the wait for your food is amazingly long. I read the other reviews, and had to see it to believe it. Now I believe it. I visited on a Friday morning during the breakfast rush. I watched the line in the lobby get longer and longer with nobody working to speed things up. I figured I would try again this morning on a Saturday morning. The only difference today is the volume of customers. Still no service and a long wait. I won't be back, there are too many other options out there. read more

This McDonald's has continued to disappoint me. So much so, that I felt compelled to write a review. Their shake machine never works (or I always conveniently show up when it's "being cleaned"). the French fries containers are ALWAYS only half filled. And they almost always forget to put the sauces in the bag. My experience today will be my last at this location... Ordered nuggets in a very crowded drive thru. Was asked what sauce I wanted. Told them Sweet and Sour. "Ok, drive around." I'm handed my bag as I ask the employee "are you sure the SWEET AND SOUR sauce is in there?" She says yes without hesitation or looking in the bag. I pull around into a parking spot, as I do not believe her. No sauce in the bag. Shocker. I go back through the drive thru. I ask for the sauce that wasn't there. She says," oh, we're out of sweet and sour." Apparently no one could tell me this the first time I came thru OR at the pickup window where the liar/lazy employee was. Here's the best part of this whole story. I asked the lady on the speaker, "well, what sauces do you have?" to which I'm told "everything except sweet n sour." So I order ranch and buffalo. I get to the liar's window again and she tells me they're out of buffalo too. Please, someone come manage this McDonald's properly...their communication skills are non existent. read more

The worst McDonald's I've ever entered. 11 people waiting for their food forever. A miserable staff, led by a rude manager, with zero customer service skills. McDonald's - 20 mins for a McDouble and a small fry... Rude, uncaring staff and the manager led the way with an "Oh well" attitude. - Fast Food Near Me - Concord, North Carolina

This was the worst experience ever at a McDonald's! Mr. V is a sorry excuse for a manager! He's rude & unprofessional! I sat in line & waited for 15mins to place an order! I had to call the store to ask if the lane was open. When they finally took my order and I got to the window he said "I mean we are busy." What kind of excuse is that for a manager when you only took orders from one particular lane? Then after I paid he gave me my card back, DIDN'T say thank you for my business, then closed the window! What a waste of person for their team smh All of the other people kept apologizing for his ignorance! Get rid of the waste!!!!!! I wish I could give it a 0 because he doesn't deserve anything but to look for a new job! read more

Pretty nice McDonalds. Furniture and decor looked more like a cafe. They staff we're very friendly.

Worst McDonald's in 50 states by far!!!! They can't bother to get your order correct. We ordered and paid for large fries with our meals, got mediums. Ask for it to be corrected and we got large fry containers half filled...forget about straws as well. read more

This mcdonalds is always a let down, and I still chose to give it another shot. Tonight I ordered 2 mcflurries, and a large Dr Pepper. The people in front of me must have been ordering for an army because it took me 15 minutes to get to the cashier. Upon returning home I noticed I had received a Diet Coke and also, 2 cups of vanilla soft serve with the toppings slightly sprinkled on top. Awful. Mediocre. Never returning. read more

This McDonalds is awful. I went last night around 10:00pm to order food in the drive thru and it literally took over 20 minutes from the time I placed the order until the time I was handed my bag of food, which was just a cheeseburger & fries. The lady at the drive thru window had the nerve to tell me the food was taking so long "because we are cooking everything fresh"!! As if, they normally don't?!?! The service was terrible, the speed was God awful & the food was not fresh!! I wanted to ask to speak to the manager but I was so pissed by the time I got my food that I just drove off.
