It was easy drop off and easy pick up. The car was done in the time promised and the work was real nice, I could not tell at all it was hit. In fact it looked better than it went in as they wash it up and delivered it clean. No troubles at all. They give you updates on progress, but it is sometimes its hard to know what what going to this or that shop means. They called a few hours before closing on a Friday so I could get it before they closed. If you live more than 2 hours away, which is probably unlikely call in yourself to get updates to make sure you can get there by closing. I cant judge on costs as the other company paid. I was very satisfied and would go back again if I need body work in the future.

She provided information on how to proceed. Before she hung up, she even asked if I knew where they were located to assist with my journey. I really appreciated that. She asked if I had any questions and was helpful with her responses. She promised a quote within 2 days. I received the quote via email the same day. She even texted me to let me know it had been emailed so that I wouldn't overlook it. Customer service is top notch here.

Immediately I wasn't thrilled about taking my car to the shop but it needed to be taken care of. I met Avi and Ruby (the owners) and they gave the best customer service possible. Now my only gripe is how long it took for my vehicle to get fixed but it was worth the wait only because a major issue became minor to them. I wound up having to pay my deductible and anything that wasn't approved by the warranty company which wasn't a lot extra but they were very thorough and kept me up to date through out the entire process. Unfortunately I did have to return my vehicle the following day but they were prompt on trying to figure out what happened and got me back rolling in no time.

The repair for the "check engine light" would clear for approximately 2 weeks and reappear each time. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. The owner would give one repair cost over the phone to my husband and charge me a different repair price on the premises...He claimed that the computer was at fault! As if that wasn't enough, they lost the engine cover to my car without making an effort to correct. Refuse to return a $15 overcharge and want us to deduct it from our next charge when we bring the car back to be repaired! This business was initially dependable about 18 months ago, but given the recent circumstances, I would advise you to choose a different car repair shop. This place is more about money than it is about quality service. It's like playing Russian Roulette...Just don't trust them!

From the start, they were super patient and explained almost everything in a way that actually made sense without making me feel dumb or talked down to. They also helped guide me through the insurance process, which made everything feel way less overwhelming. These alone made a huge difference for me. They handled most of the communication with my insurance company, so I didn't have to go back and forth or try to figure everything alone. They would just keep me in the loop really, which I really appreciated because I always knew what was going on with my car. The whole process was way smoother than I expected. They kept me informed about timing, parts, and progress, and everything moved pretty quickly too. I never felt pressured into anything, which made me feel like I could actually trust them. One thing that really stood out was how convenient they made everything. They towed my car to shop, dropped my car back off to me when it was finished, and even returned my rental, for FREE! As a student with a busy work & school schedule, that helped me out SO SO much. When I got my car back, it honestly looked amazing, like nothing ever even happened. The paint was matching perfectly on both sides and everything looked super clean. They even cleaned the inside! Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and professional, you can tell they actually care about all customers and not just doing a job to get paid. Finding a place you can trust is huge, especially when you don't know a bunch about cars , this is definitely the best places. Super grateful for their help as I would 100% come back if I ever needed anything again (hopefully not anytime soon). I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if you're not super familiar with car stuff like me! Thank you so much to their team!

He looked at the damage and told me right away, "I can fix that for you." He pulled out his spray bottle and that nasty scratch was GONE in less than 10 minutes!
