Please I repeat do not take your vehicle here I wish I knew of all the many car repair services in Atlanta Jonesboro that are actually in the business of fixing your cars and not in the business of falsifying receipts. And forcing me to pay or I would have been charged $50 a day storage fee, and my rental was demanding there vehicle back. So now I'm facing no transportation at all, Because a new receipt appeared out of osmosis. Money that you would think once paid your car would be in mint condition my car was given to me with the intent for me to die. They did a half ass job and demanded full ass payment of 7,900 almost 8,000 to hand me a car that literally put my life at risk. Please I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO IT the MISSION STATEMENT IS A LIE THE AWARDS ALSO A LIE. THEY AWARDED THEMSELVES . THEY ARE ROBBERS THAT WILL MONETIZE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OFF YOUR PAIN AND GRIEF. LEAVE WITH LOTS OF SMILES AND DECEPTIVE TACTICS TO ULTIMATELY ROB YOU. PLEASE TAKE MY WARNING DONT END UP LIKE ME I MAYBE DEAD SOON because of them.

Well first of all they did not put my lug nuts on my passenger wheel back my wife was driving and almost had and accident, took the car back because 2 of my lug stud broke and they say they were going to replace took them a week and just kept giving me the run around and say that my wheel bearing was after market witch that was a lie because everything on my car is stock from factory anyways they say that I was going to have to call my insurance so they could get it fix witch to me they were just trying to get more money out of my insurance u ask to talk to the manager a couple of times but kept getting told he was busy or that he wasn't there I would be calling my insurance so they can take that place of they list I was really unsatisfied with they work and lack of good customer service I would never recommend this place to anyone I would give it a 0 if I could it took me 1 hour to fix what they couldn't fix they were trying to replace my whole wheel bearing because they didn't know how to fit just my lug studs they will just keep giving you the run around and will never fix your car in my receipt from my insurance it says they order all this parts but use what ever old parts they couldn't use and still charge the insurance for it just not happy at all with they service

My car was in their shop after an accident. It was fairly beaten up, requiring $18,000 to fix it. They did an excellent job in repairing it. It drives identically to before the accident. I highly recommend them. Shane, the gentleman I dealt with, was a pleasure to deal with. Always kept me up to date on my repair. There were never any surprises. It's the was it should have been! Five stars!

I wouldn't recommend going here I brought my vehicle in and Chloe told me they don't have an assignment to do the repair work and that I can take my vehicle somewhere else. Then I spoke with Asia and she told me to bring my vehicle back and she took the photos and said that she was going to take care of it and I provided the insurance claims agent information to her. I called this morning to find out what is taking so long and Asia tells me that the service advisor took care of it and I can come in tomorrow morning for an appointment. I call the insurance claim agent and she tells me she never received anything from them so it was all a waste of my valuable time. The insurance claims agent sent the assignment to another Collision center so that I can get my vehicle repaired. This location doesn't know the value of treating everyone like a referral

I used the Yelp feature to send pictures and received a reply shortly after suggesting an in-person estimate. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. I drive an old Toyota and have interacted with my share of auto/body techs, honest and dishonest. Mr. Anthony was communicative, timely and very fair! I won't hesitate to come back.

Prior to my visit today I had actually went to this location and received the wrong bumper cover. Although a bit frustrated having to return , Todd showed great concern , expertise , and efficiency. I literally didn't have to say much and was out of there before I knew it . I forgot I even had an issue lol . Made it a quick and easy fix . Definitely recommend this location to shop with. All of the staff is super helpful . It's always clean and well kept .

First - let me say - I'm not sure why Yelp has this listed as Certi-Fit. The company name doesn't…read morehave a hyphen in it and the Yelp search algorithm didn't yield 'Certifit' in results, so I wasted time creating a new business entry thinking it didn't exist at first. Lol. Interior / Exterior I'm not sure about this because I didn't visit because I sent my nephew to pick up the parts for me. Customer Service The gentleman I spoke to on the phone (twice) was very pleasant. They are only open weekdays and they close at 5:30pm. Add to that, they don't offer online shopping (that catalog URL is a dead link) AND they don't offer phone orders / shipping. Please be advised the inventory is limited. For instance, I had some passenger side bumper damage, so I needed a new bumper, but I also needed the right (passenger) side trim for my fog light. The associate warned me that they ONLY had the trim for the right side, not the left, so I was lucky. Since they don't take phone orders and they're about an hour's drive from me, I cash apped my nephew (who lives near the store) and did a parts 'reservation' over the phone. My nephew paid and picked up the parts and we met at the halfway point. Lol. Price / Value Most people know this - but just to be clear, there are 3 different 'types' of auto parts: genuine, OEM and after-market. Certifit does not carry genuine or OEM parts. They are upfront and tell you that this in after-market part. Some people have had problems with after-market parts not fitting. Certifit 'stands behind' their parts by allowing returns as long as the part is not altered, painted or damaged in any way when being presented for return. My new, after-market bumper for my Camry was $90. Comparatively, Toyota's genuine part was $329. And the OEM part (priced at 2 other places) was $279. The bumper doctor had used but damaged (genuine and OEM) bumpers for $80. Overall After my parts were painted and installed, I realized that there is another piece of trim that goes around the light that is missing from the fog light cover. Since I'm not sure if this was an error on their part - or if this is how they sell the part - and I'm not driving an hour to find out, at some point, I'll have to order the part from Toyota or an online vendor and pay my installer to take the bumper off to snap this minor piece on. But it will NOT be anytime soon. I mention it to say, having a catalog or online repository of inventory would make stuff like this avoidable. And I totally realize that I (or the installer) should have caught the issue before putting the whole bumper back on the car. I am happy with my purchase. But I do wish they had a way to view parts / inventory online and I wish there was way to pay over the phone and ship, but I didn't deduct a star because realistically, I realize if they did this - their prices would probably go up. Oh well - you can't have it all!
