Do not go to Caliber Collision in Forest Park. This company is unprofessional and ghetto. I rendered their service just for a broken grill. After a month my whole bumper fell off. When I contacted the company they did not make no effort whatsoever to fix problem. Had an attitude and was very disrespectful towards me because I was upset that my was damaged. The only time the conversation went well when I said I will pay out of pocket. They are crooks and do lazy work and cut corners not professional at all. This place is absolutely a money grabbing scam repair shop. My car was in for minor scratch from fender bender. Damage was size of quarter. So I thought since other driver hit me I would let insurance company pay for it. 2 weeks later this car still in shop and the had me sign of on bill for 3500.00. They said they had to remove bumper and lights to paint it. These were all lies, I was told car was ready and when I got their scratches and paint imperfections were still visible. I finally had to go get my car. Avoid this place, they will not answer phone and manager is a joke as well as rest of staff if they work here. read more

Horrible the worst experience I've ever had at a Caliber Collision. They had my car for 4 months when they said it would be ready in two weeks. Shop manager is Horrible and will not communicate with you. Always sent someone else to talk to me. Told me every Friday for about two months my car will be ready. Went their at least 10 to 15 times and they tell me my car is not ready. So many things went wrong I can't list them all. But overall the shop manager Jake is Horrible, sorry, won't communicate with you and will lie to you. I will never take my car their again and I advise anyone else not to. read more

Hello I am writing this review based off my situation that I had at caliber collision. I called the shop the day my vehicle was suppose to be done because I received a text stating it would be finished that day and the lady Patricia who answered the phone said Ashley was not at the shop and she will ask the GM about what's going on with my vehicle. I called back 2 more times within the hour and spoke to Patricia again in regards to my vehicle she gave me the same answer and said she will have the general manager give me a call back which never happened. I went myself to see what was going on. Soon as I got up there that's when she wanted to tell me my car wasn't finished after I payed over 60 dollars on a uber and I asked her why she couldn't tell me that over the phone and I asked to speak to that manager. Patricia when I arrived to the shop was very rude and unprofessional she asked me why did I come to the shop if she told me she would have the general manager call me back. The manager came to the front and explained to me about what was going on with my vehicle and said the headlight that came in for the vehicle was incorrect and it would not be ready today Monday they will have it ready for me and he also told me he told Patricia to tell me that but she never told me anything about my vehicle over the phone when I called numerous of times So I then asked the lady at the front desk why couldn't she just tell me what the manager told her and she said that's not her job it's the service advisor job to inform us about what's going on with my vehicle. Which again Ashley was not available. At that moment Patricia and me started to go back and forth and then she threatened to call forest park police department on me. I walked outside to cool down and call my mom who lives out of state to let her know what's going on also I ordered myself an uber to be picked up from caliber as well. I tried to go back inside the building and noticed the door was locked. A gentlemen who was working at caliber came to the door and he was walking out of the main entrance door I was trying to get inside of. Soon as I walked back inside I'm still on the phone with my mom Patricia called me names and said I need to leave the property and kept getting smart with me. The guy who opened the door was still at the door and came back inside to see what was happening. He was very professional and stayed with me upfront the whole time until my uber made it to the shop. While waiting for my uber I was still on the phone with my mom and telling her what happened and also speaking to the guy and explaining everything. While I was explaining everything to my mother and the guy Patricia still was at the desk still saying stuff to me and telling me to get out of the office I was not able to sit there. I told the guy up front I was not leaving until my uber made it to caliber to pick me up and they also have my car so how are you trying to kick me out of an establishment that has possession of my vehicle. Patricia then started to threaten me and say she will get her daughter to come up here Monday when my vehicle is ready and fight me. The guy was still up front at the time and he was trying to still defuse the situation. That had happen. He also spoke to my mom who was ready to come to Georgia to see about what was going on with my vehicle. I told the guy I want to have her reported to higher ups because she threatened me and he said he was going to text his higher ups and let them know what happen and transpired that day. I was threatened by this employee and disrespected and also locked out of an establishment that was not even closed yet. I however did pick up my car on Monday and the repair work was great. Outside of the services I received from the front lady desk and the disrespect everything thing else was decent. My mother was also on the phone when she threatened me as well. I need to speak with someone higher up about this situation. I looked at the Google reviews and it looks like she has had multiple customer bad experiences. read more

Please I repeat do not take your vehicle here I wish I knew of all the many car repair services in Atlanta Jonesboro that are actually in the business of fixing your cars and not in the business of falsifying receipts. And forcing me to pay or I would have been charged $50 a day storage fee, and my rental was demanding there vehicle back. So now I'm facing no transportation at all, Because a new receipt appeared out of osmosis. Money that you would think once paid your car would be in mint condition my car was given to me with the intent for me to die. They did a half ass job and demanded full ass payment of 7,900 almost 8,000 to hand me a car that literally put my life at risk. Please I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO IT the MISSION STATEMENT IS A LIE THE AWARDS ALSO A LIE. THEY AWARDED THEMSELVES . Well first of all they did not put my lug nuts on my passenger wheel back my wife was driving and almost had and accident, took the car back because 2 of my lug stud broke and they say they were going to replace took them a week and just kept giving me the run around and say that my wheel bearing was after market witch that was a lie because everything on my car is stock from factory anyways they say that I was going to have to call my insurance so they could get it fix witch to me they were just trying to get more money out of my insurance u ask to talk to the manager a couple of times but kept getting told he was busy or that he wasn't there I would be calling my insurance so they can take that place of they list I was really unsatisfied with they work and lack of good customer service I would never recommend this place to anyone I would give it a 0 if I could it took me 1 hour to fix what they couldn't fix they were trying to replace my whole wheel bearing because they didn't know how to fit just my lug studs they will just keep giving you the run around and will never fix your car in my receipt from my insurance it says they order all this parts but use what ever old parts they couldn't use and still charge the insurance for it just not happy at all with they service read more

I wouldn't recommend going here I brought my vehicle in and Chloe told me they don't have an assignment to do the repair work and that I can take my vehicle somewhere else. Then I spoke with Asia and she told me to bring my vehicle back and she took the photos and said that she was going to take care of it and I provided the insurance claims agent information to her. I called this morning to find out what is taking so long and Asia tells me that the service advisor took care of it and I can come in tomorrow morning for an appointment. I call the insurance claim agent and she tells me she never received anything from them so it was all a waste of my valuable time. My truck came in due to damages from a rear left tire blowout. When I went to pick up my "finished" truck, there were 3 out of 5 lug nuts on the rear left tire, and 1 of them was stripped as round as a quarter. After arguing to get that fixed, I am driving down the road and the part along my truck bed starts flapping in the wind. After looking at it, I find that it is no longer attached to the top of the truck body, and the piece around the screws in the bed is cracked. This location is terrible. I've gone a whole month without my car. I dropped my car off on August 23rd 2022 and it is now September 23rd 2022. All I got done is body now it's something with my windows. They keep giving me estimated times that my car will be ready then something else pops up. I brought my car here because my insurance told me this was the closest place and had even recommended it. I obviously made a mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I even want to call my insurance complaint to see if they'll take it off their recommendations. I took my car in and the guy said it was a common accident that people got into. My car has been with them for a month and a half, I guess the issue was so common that they can't fix it in a timely manner. They don't give regular updates and when you call them to get informed about the car they don't answer the phone. To think that they're still repairing my car after so long is highly unacceptable. Also they don't pay for your rental car like they said they would. When I went to enterprise they were going to make me pay the $700 for the car. After an accident my car needed extensive repairs. It was transferred from 1 Caliber Collision to the one in Forest Par, GA. They were responsive to all inquiries and kept us informed during the entire renovation. The Center Manager personally contacted us and responded to calls from both me and my wife. They dealt both with the insurance company and car rental company to insure we had no out of pocket expenses. I recommend them without reservation! read more

I brought my car In to get my bumper fixed.When I picked my car up I didn't see anything wrong until I had to drive home from work and noticed my headlights wasn't working.I called up there the next day and they told me to bring my car back up there so they can see what the problem was. I was extremely grateful for the high level of customer service that Kevin Hubbard provided. I had to, unfortunately, do business with this center twice. The only reason that I returned was because of Mr. Hubbard's dedication to ensuring that the customer's needs are met. I was also happy with the repairs that were done to my car and for the manner within which my car was repaired. Returning the rental car was also easy and convenient since I was able to leave it there at the center. Hopefully I won't know anyone that needs to visit this type of business, but in the event that is the case, hands down I will recommend this Caliber Collision location. read more

Caliber Collision has been horrible with their service. My fiance car has been with them for three weeks now. They have given her the run around also three differant dates her car will be finished. We were very happy with the customer service and the quality of the work done on our vehicle. We are in Florida and the accident was in Georgia. Dean kept us informed of the progress on our car. Our only compaint had to do with the timeline. Our insurance company paid for 30 days of car rental. The work on our car took much longer than that. We were assured that Caliber would take care of the car rental for us. They did not honor that commitment. When I called to determine the reason, I could not get a return call. Enterprise informed me that they would not pay because I did not pick up the car when it was done. Since we were not close to Forest Park, it took us 36 hours to get the car. We were therefore left with a $700 car rental bill. I still feel that we should be reimbursed. read more

Caliber Collision in Forest Park is horrible. Customer service sucks. My vehicle has been in the shop over a month and it is still not fixed. Associates are telling me different stories about my vehicle and giving me false hopes. They have told me at least three times my car would be fix at a certain period of time and when I would call back near the date they would push the date back.
