It was enough hair to build another dog! The outside looked rough when we picked it up. Being on a work assignment, needless to say, there wasn't a lot of time to worry with the car. The job ended last minute so we had to hurry to find someone to detail it. A local person mentioned Mario's so, we decided to give him a try. Being it was last minute and we'd had the car 6 weeks, I didn't have high hopes for the outcome (just hoped to not have to pay extra cleaning fees). Didn't take long then the call to come get it.... WHOA!! Whaaaaaat?? It looks fantastic!!! The rental company even complimented!! The price was excellent, Mario is very kind and explains his recommendations and the proof is in the pics! Highly recommended!! We will be back through there sometime and will stop by! Thanks Mario!!

I use Yelp to search a detailing company in my area and Sonny's popped up. I used the Yelp quote feature to get in touch with Sonny's and to get an estimate. Yelp offered to send out my request to a few other companies to help me get the best price. Sonny contacted me like in 15-20 mins from the time I left the message. We communicated the price and best time to come over and yes he is mobile he comes to you!! Our agreed time was 10am and he was very prompt. He worked on my car for a few hours and did an amazing job!! He is very professional and polite. I will be hitting him up again in a few months. Thanks Sonny!!

DO NOT bring your car to this place…read more Everything that could go wrong did. My biggest issue is the office staff. Rude, horrible communicators, irresponsible, customer service that blames the customer for everything. Had a fender bender and here are the facts: Towed the vehicle to their location*notified them that I wasn't using my insurance*took awhile to receive the quote. I called often. On one occasion, i notified the owner I hadn't received a call back, he made a comment about his niece. Can't recall the exact wording. But I understood it to mean she was young and let's things slip. I paid the deposit for work to begin. Then told difference would need to be paid in cash. On one call, they told me something else would need to be fixed. Fine. I contacted them before going asking if I could pay w a credit card. She said fine, she'll take a copy of my credit card. I then make the journey to go get my car. I get there and she tells me she tells me the cost and it sounds off - I had to ask why? She explains the processing fee is a percentage. Bad communication. We get in the vehicle and notice the back rear mirror is shattered. By this time I have signed things got the key and was about to pull away. I go back inside and she says she say it but eh!!! It became a blame game and a nothing I can do, and not sure how it happened, no one moved your car, nobody else's car is damaged, the tow guy had stuff back there. It was horrible. I then say I'm not taking the vehicle until the owner who was away got back. I go back two more times, because she also said she would reverse my card. I couldn't pull it out of her why. I imagined because their was some level of culpability, and then I had to go back after I released the staff did not return my card. Mind you, no call from the owner, nothing. I have nothing positive to say about this service. I was made to feel like a customer that is hysterical, volatile, and doesn't understand optimal deserve or someone who only deserves to be treated in a disrespectful way. Meanwhile in between time I am far far from that. I must of been extremely irritated because this review has been in my draft. I strongly suggest the staff do not respond to this review. Further ridicule or sarcastic remarks will not change my opinion or treatment.

We were happy enough that we went straight back with our 2013 Lexus RX for a polish and ceramic coating. The change was incredible. It brought the black paint back to a deep mirror finish, eliminated a lot of the scratches, and honestly made it look years newer, all for a very reasonable price. Pics of the Lexus attached so you can see for yourself. Where this place really stands out is the people. Tony is the owner and he beats you to the door to welcome you in. His whole team is just as friendly. They brought us back into the shop to show us the work they were doing on our car, which no detailer has ever done for us. And there is zero upselling. They tell you what your car actually needs and then do it right. They're perfectionists, they're fair on price, and the customer experience is the best I've come across anywhere.
