I wish I could give them 0 star. Bums, just close already. After letting me know there wasn't any sweet and sour left I requested bbq only to get home to zero sauces for my child and I!!!!!! Idk what's going on at this McDonald's but it's clean, has the self filling soda fountains, the kiosk's print out receipts, people come to the counter when you stand at it, they have enough workers who actually have smiles on their face, one of the workers greeted us at the door, another one complimented my little girls dress! I'm like where am I this can't be McDonalds I don't know why you all give it such low ratings these things alone are worth 5 for a McDonalds!!! read more

This location is really odd. No one answers the phone. Also you could be stuck in the drive thru with no movement for twenty mins. Finally, they ask you to sit in a stall after twenty- thirty mins in th stall. They're extremely ineffective in the drive thru. read more

Whoever worked on taking drive thru orders between 7:30 pm - 7:40 pm 05/20/2025 (yes I'm being specific so management sees this) needs more training. Not only had me waiting for 10 min right at the order area for drive thru customers, but took the orders of 3 cars on the other drive thru lane while I was there in the first place before, only to say "I'll be right with you." Can't even acknowledge what you did and no apology is sad. Job should be simple considering I worked food for a long period of time. read more

The only thing that keeps me coming back is this wonderful girl name Julissa. I live close to this location so I take my son for his hamburger after karate . We've been coming here for a few months and had really bad food poisoning after eating here today . My son had non stop vomiting for hours and I had another GI issue I will never eat at this location again. . read more

It's been a while since I was last here at this location and I quickly realized why... their service here could be improved considerably. I arrived past 930p on a Monday night and proceeded to their drive thru. Now I do take into consideration I don't know their staffing situation or the workload and processes inside but there were only 2 cars ahead of me so I figure it will move pretty quickly. Unfortunately it did not and I waited (patiently) until it was my turn but this has been similar instances in past visits to this location. I truly hope this is just due to short staffing but the speed in which they tend to customers here is just slow. If you're ok with that, then this is not an issue. The food was fine. We went to the 2nd window to get our order and the employee said they ran out of honey. We said we were not told that when we made our order in the drive-thru. He told us to hold a second and left the window. He came back with a bag he handed us. We drove away with it and when we got home we checked what was inside. There were over 30 packages of honey. We thought that was so rude because we ordered 2 burgers and fries, and 6 pc Mac nuggets. He decided to give us a crazy amount of honey for a 6 pc Mac Nuggets! It was rude, inconsiderate, irresponsible!! He wasted money and food that was not his!! Please, make your employees understand that customer service is key for any business, and that there is a lot of people starving out in the streets for them to waste food. Also, remind them the food in the restaurant is not theirs, so they shouldn't waste it. read more

I honestly don't know how this McDonalds is surviving. If I was corporate I would close this one. 1.5 stars overall for a McDonald's? Who is managing this place? I have YET to get ONE order right. Ever. It is absolutely unbelievable. Comical if not so frustrating. Fast food workers want $30 an hour and can't even remember to put the cheese in a cheeseburger, or put a list of items into a bag. This McDonald's is average for me. First off, it is in a very, very nice area and a convenient area. I have found the lines to be relatively quick despite what other reviewers have posted. I have not always gotten what I ordered, which to me is kinda a big deal. Like ordering an extra fries. Also the fish filet sandwiches seem smaller than they used to be. I don't know if that is a global or local issue. They also use to put on more tartar sauce or whatever that sauce is they use. Now it comes fairly small with little dressing. I still love their fries though. Always good here. The diet coke was a bit watered down. 3 stars for me. I like this location, but I think a few minor things could be changed to make it great. A few years back, this place would have received a higher rating from me. Staff seems nice and were wearing masks! read more

breakfast fail on their machines. never again. took my money. waste of my time. a lady next to me was waiting for 40 mins for drive thru because their machine has backed up. there were four cars ahead and everyone started reversing out of the drive thru. This was bad.... I had other things I needed to pick up for the family and this McDonald's failed. Now ALL of the food I ordered outside of McDonald's is probably cold. Get your ish together and make this right. you basically stole time and money from not just me but everyone else who left that drive thru, do the math. it was a Disney line at the drive thru. read more

This is the absolute worse McDonald's ever the fries are always cold after you cream your coffee it turns lukewarm I have to go back home and warm it up in the microwave also the coffee is overpriced the location on Central that McDonald's coffee is only $1.39 with tax for a small the coffees remains hot after creaming at this location and just that quick the chino McDonald's just raised the price to 1.79 but the coffee hot still I guess the rise in price has to do with the 20 dollar minimum wage read more

I ordered 15 minutes in advance on the app then waited another 10-15 minutes in the store. Way too long of wait.... I ordered two 20 piece chicken nuggets and they only gave me one 20 piece chicken nuggets. I called many times to let them know about the mistake but nobody answered the phone call. So disappointing! Where do I called to get my money back for my 20 piece chicken nuggets that I didn't get? Why do these problems arise so often at McDonald's these days? Last time other store forgot my sauces. I'm a matcha person so I've only ever gotten their matcha, and if not just their strawberry hibiscus (no longer served), herbal tea, and strawberry milk. I love their selection of matcha: strawberry with chunks. One of the best I've had! Their blueberry matcha is pretty delicious also. The customer service is great. Everyone is kind and efficient. I'd say the baristas kind of keep to themselves though and aren't overly enthusiastic. But overall, still welcoming & nice! The atmosphere is simple with wood seating areas. I like it. However sitting for a long duration can be a little uncomfortable since there's not much back support, but luckily they have a basket with padded pillows to sit on. Recently they added tables along the corner nook area which is great! Aside from that they have little tray-like table tops to set your drinks on or laptops/books/etc; while working. There's also plenty of outlets which is a plus. Not to mention they always seem to have a good playlist goin' :) Oh! & they have outside seating as well underneath shaded umbrellas. My only complaint is it gets really hot in there during the hotter months. Especially since they're facing south and catch all the direct light early on in the day. Don't get me wrong, I love the natural lighting! It's just more prone to getting hotter & I'm not sure if they have A/C. I'm sure they probably do but it's never been exactly cold in there like most coffee shops, mainly room temperature. All in all Grid is a great spot! I highly recommend :)
