I haven't been over to this McDonald's ever since Alwilk Records and Bradlee's Department Stores were in this Mall, trust me when I tell you that's a looong time ago. I wasn't even Yelping way back then, Lol. Anyway it's still the same old McDonald's only with a brand new facelift and a much newer and friendlier service staff than I ever remember.   Glad to report that my Sausage McMuffin with Egg and Cheese went really well with the Freshly Brewed Coffee that I ordered which was exactly what I needed to start my day off right.    I find it funny [or actually pathetic] that some folks have to be super critical of these fast food places. They've renovated again, seating switched up as the mall undergoes some construction around them and repaving of the lot. Food is still solid and the counter did ask if I needed help (I had an app pickup). The number didn't show up on the board, but they did call it out when ready, so it must've been in the system somewhere! read more

Better food and service than most McDonald's I've visited. Actually received food that looked like the ads on TV. Had a double quarter pounder, large fries, and large drink. Manager was hospitable, and even hooked the kids up with some free food before they left. Will definitely visit again! read more

The kiosks doesn't accept CC payment so after ordering I had to stand 15min for the guy behind the counter to move the line and I can pay for the order and after all of this I waited another 15min to get my order done!! The worst McDonald's we ever went to. The cashier was confused and did not understand our order and messed it up . No napkins or tissues , that took 10 mins . One of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They charged me $.69 to put a little Big Mac sauce on a McDouble burger. That's highway robbery! Been making a bunch of coffee runs to McDonald's recently and this one happened to be around the corner last night. I am sorry to say the cleanliness does not meet expectations. There are a few locations which have eliminated the 32 oz sized cups for iced coffee and this is one of them. If you order a large iced coffee, it will only be 24oz (with way too much ice) Needless to say, this is a large drawback. read more

Service is good, food is badly made from fry to assembly. OK first off let me say i used to run the grill at a McDee's 10years ago, so i know quality. This Mc'dees changes the fry oil VERY infrequently, you can tell from the soggy hash browns (usually the temp isn't high enough or the oil is so dirty, nothing gets done) to the bland fries (again dirty oil, they are fried in the same oil) My mcmuffins have been burnt, this means the bun toaster isn't calibrated properly. I mean, the seating and front service staff is nice, the food is just horrible and not up to standards for a mcdees. If you REALLY want mcdee's in morristown, i guess you can have your sub-par food here, the next one is like at florham park I mean if you REALLY wanted fast food, the wendy's by Kohls gets a nice grade from me, always nice fries. Again you notice a trend? everything is based on the fries here, if you have BAD fries, then you suck, why? the fry machines already self clean, you just have to empty them every week to ensure quality, the fact that these fries are horrible means that quality doesn't matter at this Mcdee's, and if they can't get fries right, what can they get right? read more

This is an odd McDonalds in that it's part of a mini mall and thus has no drive-through. It's very long, with tons of seating and usually competent (though not very friendly) workers. I can't pass up those McD's fries!! read more

Awful. When orders are ready, a girl screeches (yells as loud as possible) the number over and over which makes dining anyplace in the store obnoxious and inhospitable. Napkin dispenser is either empty or so jammed full you can't get just one or two -- either a torn bit or a big wad. Self-serve counter is generally dirty with catsup and spilled drinks. But worst is that the staff just doesn't give a damn -- customers are just such a nuisance. read more

What an experience! I have not been to McDonald's since January 2018 and went this last weekend. The service I received here was IMPECCABLE! Ray was the cashier and he was 1) efficiency, 2) willing to help, 3) smiling, and 4) very patient! Usually you see people that hate their jobs but not Ray! He was so happy to help us and when we were confused on what to order he made sure to ask questions and be happy to help... I have not receive service like the in so long (not even at a sit down restaurant,) that I had to call his manager over and praise him! Thanks Ray, keep that smile on your face. This place is horrible, starting off with customer service! They treated my kid horribly when he tried to go and order food the girl working there named Ashley completely ignored him and attended the person behind him and when my daughter when to talk to this lady she was completely rude and talking back to her while the owners son was there. He did not say anything to her nor tried to stop her. No wonder this business is going downhill. Please beware my kid came crying to me having a mental breakdown feeling so heartbroken. read more

This is an unusual McDonald's because it's in a strip mall building and the shape of the dining area is longish. However, the interior is actually more spacious than some standalone McDonald's. Service was okay. Food was about what I'd expect from a McDonald's. Where they lose points is for maintenance. The booth I picked was rather shaky. read more

Lots of seating and the ordering section is in the back. There are usually two lines for this establishment and depending on when you go, it's relatively fast service. The soda machine is a self serve as is the ketchup...but you get little cups and a pump to pump the ketchup into the cups. I mean it's ok.......a good dollar menu! read more
