This afternoon I went to the McDonald's in Catskill and purchased a filet of fish meal the cost of the meal was $11 and something . When I ordered the meal I asked for a fresh filet of fish . 2 minutes later my order appeared and I opened the filet of fish pointed out to the supervisor that was there that this was not fresh . How can you tell. First when you look at the filet of fish that's just been cooked it should be golden on top it should not look oily it also should have a certain amount of fluff to it and not be caked down nor should the fish taste crunchy and dense . So, I know that things happen but the first thing that the supervisor said to me is well this just came out of the fryer . Now drink College I worked for McDonald's and I know what the filet efficient supposed to look like and taste like but the most egregious issue here was she didn't even look at the sandwich . She did do is call across to the person on the fire put them on a spot and say didn't you just take this out of the fryer and of course the poor person didn't know whether they were in trouble or not and didn't know what to say . Now, I must admit she offered to make me another sandwich after she had said that it just came out of the fryer and saw the incredulous expression on my face . Her action show complete disrespect for customers and a total disregard for customer service . I'm not certain but if I'm spending 11 plus dollars for a fish fillet sandwich that is almost 30 to 40% smaller than it used to be and ask for a fresh sandwich I expect to get that read more

Terrible service, the people that work at night and morning always have an attitude and are constantly slamming the window and shoving the food at me. One time I had hair in my food. The manager there have no respect and are the main ones doing this. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I used to frequent this mcdonald's often but in the last year the service and food has gone down hill. They have a bunch of new employees, mostly kids. The last time I was there I ordered nuggets and fries. I asked for them to be hot off the fryer because the time I came before this, my food was cold. Not only was my food cold and stale again this time but I went back thru the drive thru to ask for them to remake my food HOT OFF THE FRYER, and they had me sit at the pick-up window for 10 mins just to once again - give me COLD AND STALE FOOD. It tasted like the nuggets and fries were 2 days old. I'm not even exaggerating AND there was a strange piece of plastic in the first nugget I bit into. Will never return. read more

I visted this McDonald's just before dinner time, there was absolutely no wait and the cars moved quickly! I had a McFlurry and a McChicken, and my friend had a shamrock shake that is a limited season promotion. The Shamrock Shake was cool and refreshing with a beautiful mixing to make the swirl look lovely. A frothy and rich base topped with a creamy dallop of dairy. Though a pinch too much Mayo for my taste, the McChicken was well-balanced and delightfully crispy. The McFlurry was everything I have ever wanted! A thorough dispersal of M&M's throughout and a mouthful in each bite! I will be returning here again. read more

We were getting a light dinner and while we were ordering, the lady who was taking our order was cutting us off and just adding random things to the order. On 6/26/20 at approximately 1:00pm, several staff members were not wearing masks. The manager was wearing a mask incorrectly - under her nose. It was apparent that staff and management treat the health crisis cavalierly and customer should keep that in mind before giving them business. read more

I always give credit that mistakes happen in restaurants. I contacted the main corp and they sent me to the manager that could help me. Chicken wings were terrible, rock hard so they said they would look into that matter. Two days after went for a Big Mac and the meat was like leather rock hard, dry and black on the outside. This McDonald's used to be really good back in the day. Now it's gone completely downhill. Went here with friends one night at 10:45 pm. Was told at the drive thru "Drive thru is closed. Place your order inside" as the restaurant still had 15 minutes until closing. We go inside to place our order, we're in there for like 20-30 minutes waiting (you'd think when it's so close to closing they'd be quick because they wanna go home so bad and they also have to clean the restaurant after locking the door before they leave) Nope. They took their sweet time getting our order together. When we finally got our food we went back to the car to eat, only to find that our food was ice cold like it sat all day and my fries had no salt whatsoever. Pretty bad even for McDonalds. Drive through order. Two windows, two at best indifferent millennials, borderline rude. No receipt as apparently the registers could not print one or rude millennials could not be bothered. It was also too much trouble for them to provide some BBQ sauce. Fry containers were half full and room temperature. Double cheese burger had a burnt bun (how do you even do that at McDonald's). It's like they were trying to ruin a fast food brand already on life support. Sure I could eat somewhere else and probably will. read more

Was in line at the drive thru at 10:53. Waiting behind one other car. Pulled up to the order box at 10:57 and was told they were now closed. It was not 11:00 pm yet and we had been in mine waiting. When we told this to the person over the speaker we were told, "sorry". We told her there was nobody behind us and we were in line already and it wasn't even 11 yet and again she said "sorry I was told no more". "Have a good day". Terrible customer service. And bad business practice to shut it down before your advertised hours. Never again. read more

Order a double quarter pound burger meal, and received a McDouble on a sesame seed bun, and cold fries. I suppose that's one way to make a profit. Also, receiving a nasty look when I ask for the drink that wasn't given? That fifteen dollars an hour must be coming with a request to screw customers out of their money. read more
