We come here just about every Monday for "Mc Donalds Monday" for the grand kids. It has always been great. The last 4 times they mess up the order every single time. Missing fries. Missing a burger. Ordered the now $6 dollar meal every time. Last two times the hamburger suddenly comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. What happened to the Mc Double? Today at the window they parked us, like they do every single time, and before we went to park I asked the girl to PLEASE make sure it is a Mc Double and doesn't have lettuce and tomato. "Yeah, I got you" she says over and over. Guess what? Burger had lettuce and tomato and the fries were missing. The order isn't hard. It is one meal and 2 cookies. That's it. Yet they mess it up over and over. New management? What has changed because it used to be great. read more

Didn't realize until we got all the way home, and I'm not packing the kids back in the car to go all the way back for them to fix their mistake. Told us to pull forward to wait on our food when no others cars were in the drive thru. I don't know why we continue to spend money here. This is the friendliest McDonald's I've been to, the food was great, and it was extremely clean. I've had to travel a lot recently for work, and it makes all the difference when you are traveling through areas that aren't that familiar, and the people are so nice. Worst place ever, dining room closed on a Saturday at 10:15 am with the drive thru wrapped around the building. I know staffing is a real challenge, but CFA and other fast food places near by have it figured out. Maybe this place is as bad to work out as it is to visit. They are ALWAYS short staffed. I do delivery and always have to wait passed the pick up time. Even if it's ready on time the customer reaches out to me to complain that they messed up my order. Today I waited over 40 min for a chicken sandwich meal and mc flurry. Instead of being greeted with an apology, the worker starts get nasty with me about why I had to wait 40 min. How do you complain you're the only one giving orders but have time to get nasty and start an argument with a delivery driver? Heading home after a wonderful baptism and family get together. We had a long day and decided to grab some grub on the way home. Pulled up to the speaker with no hassle and asked the lady to give us a minute while we got our orders ready. We are typically a family of 5 but this evening we had an extra young lady in tow so it took us a minute or two to get it all squared up. The first thing I noticed was that pricing was a tad different (no $4 or $5 meal options but that's alright). Second observation was the screen was not displaying our order but seemed to be in working order. Six orders is a lot to ensure correctness so when we pulled up to window, I asked to run thru the orders again. She did not seem happy to do so but very quickly began to run thru the orders at rapid pace. Our orders we as follows: 1 Pico crispy chicken sandwich meal with coke 1 southern style chicken sandwich meal with ketchup added and Dr Pepper 1 cheese burger happy meal with mayo ketchup and sweet. 1 happy meal 4pc nugget with milk and BBQ sauce. 3 double cheese burgers with mayo and ketchup added. The young lady was running our meals very quickly verbally and it sounded as if she was saying there was a pico hamburger sandwich, Mc-chickens and Mc-doubles. When I started asking questions about the Pico chicken sandwich, she got agitated and ran thru it even faster than replying that she had it all taken care of as I told her. Our order was $32+ so no offense...I wanted to make sure it was correct. We gave her our card and asked for a receipt which prompted some major eye roll. We chose to say nothing and moved on the next window which was vacant, open and it was clear the store was not busy or over run. We sat for 8 minutes before a gentleman finally came to window but did not acknowledge us. It was a full 4 minutes before he finally acknowledged and started handing out the drinks. It was clear the fries to our order had been sitting for quite some time and when my husband checked them for warmth they were not at all but brown and hard. I told them gentleman that we would have no problem waiting for fresh fries and would appreciate a new set of fries please. He told us to move to reserved spot 1 (we could not sue to someone already there so moved to next available spot) and began handing out food. I will try to attach photos of the mess we received. We waited almost 30 minutes total for our food, when I saw employees I could not find any name tags (not the dark haired teen in drive thru, the balding gentleman at the next window and no tag for the blue and white striped shirt of the female manager). When our fries came out, I showed him some of our issues and he was not concerned in any way. He literally just glanced and was like if you have a problem go talk to management inside and walked away. Of the 5 sandwiches ordered, 4 were not correct and one meal was adult meal versus kids meal. I would have walked in to discuss with management but it really felt like our issues would fall on deaf ears. Never seen such blatant discontent or careless preparation of food. I won't be returning to this establishment and it was once a weekly stop. read more

I'm having a very hard time giving this McDonalds one star. Went through the drive through around 8:15 last night for 2 mcflurries to take home. Had a really hard time understanding the order taker first, then she got my order finally and told me first window. When I got the the first window she was taking someone else's order....turned around in middle of order and yelled at someone inside to come and take her place cause she said she was only taking one order and wanted to go to another station in store. For several minutes I watched and waited while she yelled at someone to come take care of the window in her place. I cleared my throat several times to try to get her back to window to take my money. Finally she came back, looked down, said"sorry that's $6.55". Sorry doesn't make it ok to tell everyone what she needed to do to make her happy! This is not the first time that I have been disappointed in this store. This is the closest fast food location of any kind and I have given it many chances. I hope all of the building down hwy 20 that is going on will put them out of business. I'm just so frustrated and disappointed with this place!!! read more
