Clean, modern, darker, but with beautiful ocean views. They have outside seating as well. They got a salad bar for you to load up on cheese, bread, fruits, etc while you wait for your dishes to arrive. Service is fast and professional like any restaurant on this property. The highlights has to be their steaks/meat. We literally enjoyed every dish we ordered as a party. You couldn't miss but the flank steak was probably the table's favorite. The short ribs also fell right off the bone. We came back here several times and were glad we did. Note: there are rules when it comes to your attire depending on lunch or dinner. Breakfast: Options are limited for breakfast at the resort the only options are Tradewinds or El Mercado (the buffet). - Avocado Toast - has this mango sauce/dressing on it. wasn't a fan of that. would've been better without the sauce. - Tradewinds Chilaquiles - this one was ok. - French Toast - Shakshuka Eggs - soupy. it says it's suppose to have eggplant, onions, and peppers. I don't remember that being in there. It was mainly eggs and tomatoes - Omelette Dinner: Better than breakfast - Bread - Yummy. Fluffy and soft. - Lobster Cream Soup - bland. I didn't like it. - Sea Bass - This was my favorite sea bass at the resort. Tasted yummy with the peas and white seafood sauce. This dish is probably carrying the rating on this restaurant for me - Got one of the steaks, it was thinner cut which we felt like may have made it easier for them to over cook.

Service was very good. We had 2 bartenders, and they were both super attentive. The food was really good. They had quite a few sauces that I've never seen at any of the Hooters I've ever eaten at in the US. I was craving veggies, and an American chain restaurant seemed like a good place to get them in Mexico. My dish, the Cowboy chicken, was great. It came with steamed veggies (just ok. They were probably frozen), grilled corn on the cob (really good) and an incredibly juicy, moist chicken breast topped with American & Swiss cheese, bbq sauce & bacon. Yum!

We had been walking in the area earlier that day and made a plan to come back for dinner. When we arrived there were a lot of people but we were seated immediately. Martin was our waiter and he was great. There were a few large screen TVs playing sports. There was live music. A lot was going on but it really worked. People were enjoying themselves and the wait staff was friendly and talkative. I ordered shrimp fajitas and my husband ordered the mole. He always orders mole. The meals were very good. We ordered a mango margarita and Tecate. The margarita came with a tehine rim. I just wiped it off. That is becoming so popular. I decided to indulge in the banana dessert and I am glad I did. It came with a show. That was fun and the dessert was delicious. We were there earlier in the evening and we saw many couples and families. I'm sure the place gets a little more livelier as the night goes on. If you are in the area, this is a good place to eat and enjoy your time in Cancun.

The wait staff forms a conga line to deliver a margarita, carried atop a sombrero! The play tunes and dance around inviting diners to join them. Service is attentive & excellent! The menu has 90% Mexican specialities, but also has pasta, burgers and vegetarian. I was there with friends who had quesadillas & I had chicken enchiladas. Everything was good & portions were big. I just drank water, so cannot comment on the drinks. I had the flan for dessert, which was generous in size & ok. One of my friends had the flaming bananas & said it was so yummy! Everything is surprisingly (for Cancun) priced affordable. My enchiladas were about $12. I would happily return here! So much fun!

They were pretty dead, so we thought our service would be quick. It wasn't. We were sat at a dirty table with sticky/mildew-smelling menus. I wanted to leave, but my fiancé wanted to give them a chance. I cleaned the table myself. The server came to take our order & it eventually came out as requested. I ordered chicken strips thinking it was a meal that couldn't be messed up. They had no taste at all. None! My fiancé loved his burger and ate his fries and mine. The chicken went to waste, unfortunately. All in all, it's an ok place to try if you're looking for American food. I just didn't enjoy my experience. When we left the restaurant and walked towards the street near the ice cream shop, the photographer from this restaurant ran after us and asked us to buy our photos. She was so far away from the restaurant & I was shocked that she followed us just to make that sale. My fiancé felt sorry for her and bought a photo and let her keep the change. Everyone has a hustle there. That's for sure.

The staff didn't…read morejust greet us; they welcomed us with the kind of warmth and attention that makes you feel like the entire evening was designed around you. Once we stepped onto the deck overlooking the lagoon, the whole experience elevated even further. The scenery was stunning, soft lights reflecting off the water, a gentle breeze, and live music drifting through the air like the perfect soundtrack to an already unforgettable night. Then came the food, each dish was its own little masterpiece. The bread service alone set the tone: warm, golden rolls with just the right touch off salt. The wedge salad followed. It was crisp, cold, and generously dressed, with smoky bacon and bright tomatoes adding all the right contrasts. The dry-aged steak was the star of the table, cooked perfectly with that deep, rich flavor only dry-aging can create. The roasted peppers and silky sauce on the side made every bite feel intentional. The octopus was another standout, tender, beautifully charred, and plated with a vibrant puree that balanced the dish with a touch of sweetness. One of the best plates we had. The table got more entrees since there were 8 of us but didn't get pictures. Sea brass was another favorite. Even the lobster soup arrived with flair: a velvety bowl paired with a seafood-topped toast that brought texture and richness together in one elegant bite. The beef tartare with fries was classic and fresh, refined without losing its fun. Dessert turned into a full performance. The liquid-nitrogen ice cream came with swirling clouds of cold vapor, dramatic and delicious. The birthday cake arrived crowned with berries and a sparkling candle that lit up the whole table. And just when we thought the night couldn't get any more whimsical, out came the towering blue cotton candy, playful, over-the-top, and impossible not to smile at. Harry's doesn't just serve dinner. It creates an experience, one where the service, the scenery, the atmosphere, and the food all work together to make you feel celebrated. Our night felt luxurious, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable for my husband's 50th birthday! Well done Harry's!

Bubba Gump Review - Laguna Location Bubba Gump is a chain…read morerestaurant, and this location doesn't stray far from the formula. The main difference is its prime location--there's plenty of parking, and the restaurant backs right into the Laguna, which gives it a nice scenic backdrop. It had the potential for a relaxed dining experience, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. When I arrived, I was the only customer there, and oddly enough, they still weren't ready to open on time. You'd expect faster service with no crowd, but that wasn't the case. I ordered shrimp, which you'd think would be their specialty. Instead, they came out overcooked and rubbery. At that point, I was starving, so I powered through it, but it wasn't enjoyable. The outdoor seating looks inviting at first--right on the water, with a breeze and a view--but don't expect to sip a beer slowly. The sun hits hard, and your drink will warm up quickly. Unless you're drinking fast or don't mind a warm beer, it's not the most comfortable spot to sit and relax. Overall, the location has promise, but the execution misses the mark. With better food and service, it could be a go-to spot. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend it--especially if you're coming for the shrimp or hoping to enjoy a slow drink in the sun.

Very good restaurant. Service was good. Good ambiance . Would recommend for the experienceread more
