They stole $70 from me. I ordered delivery over the McDonalds app, to be carried out by Uber Eats. The order was cancelled claiming they could not make the food items. I contacted them the next day, and they had me contact Uber Eats, who told me the money has been refunded to the restaurant, and If I do not receive it in 5 business days to drive directly to the restaurant and they can refund me. The initially told me they could only refund me $50 of the $70 spent, and that I would be SOL the $20 unless I let their manager investigate. Being more than a week after my order, the manager if the restaurant has refused to make contact with me as promised, making me out the entire $70 stolen by them. read more

Customer service TERRIBLE. I placed an on line order. The order number showed almost immediately. All good. A few minutes later it disappeared . I went to the counter and some wait I got the attention of a young girl, showed her my phone with the order number,told her I just wanted to check as my number disappeared from their board. She went in back and came out, told me they were working on the orders , step back and be patient they will have ready in order they came in. I told her I understand, I just wanted to be sure it wasn't lost, 'just step back we are working on orders'. Never did tell me if my order was still in system. I then asked for the manager, I told her the person was rude and customers should not be treated that way. The manager looked at my number and said she will handle it. Told he that person needs to be trained in Customer service. That was un acceptable. The manage was nice. Good people are hard to get but that person is hurting their reputation. read more

Ordered a sugar free Vanilla Latte which I have had many times. Today it was basically all milk, I asked if they could add a little more coffee they (manager) told me No that the machine makes it and he could do nothing about it. I said well it's not adding coffee he kept saying the machine makes it correctly!! Did it ever occur to him that maybe the machine was broken and to make a customer happy he could've just taken a pot of coffee and added some to my cup! No, he insisted the machine makes them correctly again! I had to order a small coffee to add more coffee to my latte! I will be reaching out to the General Manager and corporate. I know this seems extreme but to have your crew completely believe that a machine can't be broken and your customer is wrong and doesn't matter is so sad. Ignorance is bliss I guess. read more

Tonight I came at around 8:30 not expecting anything too special, just wanted a quick dinner and I was just so surprised by the service. The girl taking our order and at the first window (she had blue colored hair) was so nice! Her tone of voice was just super friendly and happy and was just not what I was expecting haha. And at the next window the nice boy (he had a lighter colored hair) was also super friendly and let us know our food was almost ready:) When I ate my quarter pounder it was actually so amazing. You don't normally expect such a nice delicious burger but wow it was amazing and so hot! Perfect to my customizations too:) After finishing my burger the fries were still so warm and salty and delicious! A perfect meal. I just think the workers tonight did fantastic and deserve a good compliment. Good job guys you killed it! You need to give that cook a raise! read more

Be careful when ordering in the app. If there's a issue they cancel the order and there's no way to know if they canceled it. I stopped in here for breakfast right around open time (500a PT) and was greeted and addressed promptly through the drive thru. I was surprised they had both speaker boxes operating so early in the morning so ordering was a breeze. My order was correct and piping hot which I appreciated. My only complaint is that the female employee in the drive thru window seemed to know the person in the car ahead of me and had what seemed to be a personal conversation hanging out the window. She did apologize for the wait once I got to the window, and had I been in a rush, I may have been more annoyed. But in this case it was just water off a ducks back. I went in for the first time in forever and the food was dry. It's like they let everything burn. The burger had so much sauce it made the wrapper all soggy. My son got chicken nuggets and they were O still very cold. When you order at this location please make sure they included everything you ordered. The last 5 visits I've made they forgot certain items. I called to see if they could do anything for me and nobody answered the phone. I really hate having to write this review, the staff members are always so sweet and do a great job. I'm not "lovin' it", but this place is alright. The menu is a little smaller than that of a typical McDonald's. For instance, the grilled chicken sandwich is on the menu, but the grilled chicken salad is not. The Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich costs about $3 more than the McChicken sandwich because it's healthier and because of the fancy word "Artisan" in the name. Overall, prices here seem on par with other McDonald's locations. There's a decent amount of seating and the place is generally clean, but the men's restroom is a little sketchy. Despite being a multiple-occupancy restroom, the urinal is placed right next to the sink with no barrier in between. If you like others getting a look at the goods while you're doing your business, then this place is for you! read more
