The food just keeps getting worse and worse! I ate here for breakfast today and it made me sick. For real sick not just nauseous. Then I went back to get my daughter some fries and a coke. I ordered a large Coke, 2 small black coffees and 3 sausage and egg biscuits this morning. I paid $16.99. Once I got home, I only received one biscuit and came home empty handed for my husband that just had surgery and his family that is in town supporting him. On my way to Chicago, I decide to stop by McDonald's in Camby, IN. I'm not head-over-heels crazy about Mickey D's, but getting a sausage McMuffin with cheese this morning just seemed like the right thing to do. The the first thing I noticed, since I went through drive-thru, was how speedy the service was. There were a line of cars, but they ran cars through there so fast, you wouldn't even be able to see the tires. I went ahead and ate in the parking lot, and my first bite took me back to almost make me remember my first experience at McDonald's as a kid. The egg and sausage was so fresh, and the cheese was the finishing touch to this breakfast masterpiece of a McMuffin. The customer service might I add, was so friendly!! This McDonald's makes you wish that these experiences should be everywhere. Very good, and please continue to show how it's done!!!! read more

This is just a typical McDonald's. Since Yelp keeps suggesting that I write a review.... I had the 10 piece McNuggets. Some were soggy. Some were crisp. One of them had an oddly chewy part to it. Just about what you would find at any McDonald's. I also had a large McFry. They were pretty fresh, and not too many of them had brown spots on them, which is actually really good for a McDonald's. My large McIcedTea tasted freshly brewed and was to my liking. The service was fine and fast. The place was pretty clean when we dined in. read more

Since we've moved to the Decatur area the one thing I've found is that there is very little customer service provided at any of the restaurants in the area, but this place is by far the worst. Wait times at the drive thru are incredible and the people skills of the associates is non existent, and don't even try to get an order corrected because the manager will act like you are insane. read more

So there aren't a lot of fast food places in the Camby area and I don't really crave fast food. I do however really like McDonald's breakfast especially their coffee. This place is literally less than 5 minutes fro my apartment. I come in around 7:30 or 7:45 several mornings a week. The drive thru is always long and the staff inside of the McDonalds is ALWAYS slow. The employees are nice but my goodness they take their sweet time. I am not the most patient person in the morning but it should not take me 10 minutes to order a large coffee. There are usually no more than 1 or 2 customers in line ahead of me. So, why is the drive thru line faster than going inside? WHY?!!! I continue to go and I continue having my patience tested with the slow dining area. I've been going to this McDonald's for quite awhile but recently this McDonald's in particular has gone very downhill. I went through the drive thru today on my break from work, got up to the screen to order and the girl taking my order is continuously interrupting me and giving me an attitude. I preceded to tell her thank you to be respectful thinking she's just having a bad day and I get to the window to pay and this girl was incredibly disrespectful. I finally get to the window to get my food and the woman up there is the same way. It must've been a manager but in the background I'm watching this old woman scream, and I mean scream, and two other employees. I can also see customers in the lobby laughing like they couldn't believe it. Of course none of them wear name tags or else I'd gladly name names. I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. Employees standing with arms crossed while lone manager barks out orders and points out what problems are without solutions. Going on 25 minutes waiting for simple order. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I was there last month and waited forever in the drive thru then had to park and wait some more. All I ordered was 2 quarter pounders with cheese and a large fry. Finally got my order. Not sure why it took so long, it wasn't all that busy. I went home a d rhe one burger was fine but the other was not cooked. It was all red inside. Left a survey and did get a Coupon in the mail from the owner operator. Now, last night I went inside, no customers. Manager was complaining that she hasn't got to eat yet. She went to the dining room and sat down to do so. As we were waiting on our order we watched One of the young men grab a med or log fry from the trash can and put in in a sack that they were making up for either the drive thru us. We both yelled out, got the manager and told her. Ask for our money back. The young man left through the back door. It was also very dirty behind the counter, food smashed all over the floor and just simply dirty. Tbe employee ms were unkempt and looked dirty and sloppy. My boyfriend and I came to this McDonald's and both got two orders of the mcpick 2 for $5 he told the lady he wanted a Big Mac and a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle for the first order and the 2nd One he wanted both sausage egg and cheese McGriddles of course like any other McDonald's employee she didn't listen and only charged him for two so not only did we have to wait for another one after he told her he needed 3 she also charged him for the 3rd one when she should have listened the first time ... get your head out of your ass!! Most mornings my service is fast and usually ready when I pull up to the second window. This is important as I am on my way to work. I would rate my over all experience as above average. This McDonalds is not capable of providing hot food. On more than one account I have received fries that are barley warm and chewy. I have filed two complaints with McDonalds but there has been no improvement. I am simply done with this McDonalds.
