1/29/26 9 pm Pulled in thru drive thru, took forever to get someone's attention. after I asked for something the male worker just stops talking and it's complete silence for 3 minutes. I pull up to the 2nd window and I see 2 people not working. 1 guy on his phone by the drink machine and the other hiding behind the counter. Finally I get my food after a 10 minute long process and you could just tell the female is stressed out as if she was running the whole place on her own. I had a really disturbing experience at McDonald's that needs to be addressed. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an ice cream. When I got to the window, I witnessed something completely unacceptable. One of the employees went to the back and grabbed a melted ice cream cone that had clearly already been made. They then brought it to the machine, poured the melted ice cream back into the ice cream machine, dumped off what was left, and reused the same cone by adding fresh ice cream on top before handing it to us. This is a serious hygiene and food safety issue. Reusing food like that is not only unsanitary, it's honestly shocking to see happening at all--especially from a place that's supposed to follow basic health standards. Once we asked for the cone to be remade the manager with attitude said "it's not the same cone, it would've been melted" after we told the manager we had seen the employee do it she didn't apologize and gave us a "new cone". Paid cash at drive thru was told to get my change at next window then was told to wait in my car for my change . Waited 10 minutes and then went inside to get my change was told they didn't owe me anything by the manager I was treated unprofessionally and rude and finally got my change and never returning . read more

The current time is 4:55 PM. Me my wife and dogs rolled up for our usual, we normally have our dogs order from the back, buisness as usual, however today smelt a little off, at first we thought it was ralphie our mini schnauzer, but we'd given him his puppy tums half an hour earlier. So there was NO WAY! It was him. That's when the things took a turn for the worse. We saw a huge trash can full of meat patties, rotting in the late afternoon sun the flies were feasting joyously. I turned to my wife and said, "by god that's a lot of patties" and then back to the drive thru window waiting for our dogs to order but they were only shaking with fear from the flies. We soon too began to shake. We were barely able to order 45 dollars worth of hamburger before the stink truly got to us. They threw the bag at us and we fled home. We calmly put on our show and settled down for the night grateful it was all over. We thought it may have even been a nightmare, until my wife opened the bag and there they were 45 burgers... no patty... no nothing... just bun ...just kidding we had a great time there and food was great we were just inspired by the other yelp posts hehehe read more

This morning at 0500 my son and I went thru the drive through to get some breakfast. We got home and they forgot one of our 6 dollar bfast sandwiches. We go back and there is a foul snotty female in the drive thru and she's giving us attitude. So rude! No apology no nothing. Then the manager hands us the bag with the missing sandwich. No apology no nothing. This is the most incompetent McDonald's I have ever experienced. They are rude. They never get an order correct the first time and they have terrible unfriendly attitudes. This place is the absolute worst! Last night as I pulled into the drive through, an employee came running out of the store, and after kissing the people in the car in front of me, she let me know that they were closing down the lane I was parked in. After apologizing for the inconvenience, she placed a 'Closed' sign in front of my car and assured me that she would help me move into the remaining open lane. As soon as she said that, she quickly walked away and went back into the store never to return. read more

This morning, I ordered a #7 with coffee and brought in my own coffee mug. With McD's, it's 50/50 whether I can use my own mug or not. At this McDonald's, they allowed me to use my own mug. The cashier inside asked if I wanted my coffee in my mug and if I wanted hot sauce for my burritos. Perfect! I love when people ask questions to clarify!! I asked if I could leave my mug at the counter so I could run to the restroom and the cashier said of course. When I came out, she was standing guard over my order to ensure no one took my mug. That is fabulous customer service!! Also, the restroom was clean, the water from the sink was warm to wash your hands unlike the frigid water at other establishments, and they have a hand dryer instead of paper towels, which is a great step towards being more eco friendly. read more

A few weeks back: I hear McDonald's quarter pounders are fresh made now, so it takes longer for the order. The last one I had was Microwaved dry. Dogs loved it. Today I craved 2 regular cheeseburgers. I ordered them with extra pickle and onion, and the ticket taped to the wrapper said Xpickle/Xonion, got home opened up my wonderful cheeseburger that I had to wait an EXTRA 15 minutes for because it was a special order and guess what...NO PICKLES AND NO ONIONS. I just can't figure it out, did the cook laugh when they did this?And does Mcdonalds care? I know if I never go back it isn't going to hurt their business. So as a customer at McDonalds I lose and they win. It just doesn't taste the same when you put on your own pickles and onions. Gotta have the McDonlds flare..... Once again this McDonald's sucks. I ordered 2 number 2 meals and a sausage burrito with a hash brown and a large sprite. As I got to the window I asked for a handful of hot picante and the girl said "oh I Going to charge you for that many" I looked at her weird because what mc Donald's charges for that many. Never in my life I had to be charged for hot sauce. They act like it's going out of their paycheck. I checked my bag and was missing two hashbrowns I told the girl and she's like is there a receipt and I said yes. I told her it's supposed to be meals. I asked for my two hashbrowns that I didn't get and she charged me for them. This mc Donald's for real sucks. Who and where is the management of this business? I got to this drive-thru at 10:32 AM on Saturday and the menus that were being displayed were for the lunch menu. So i ordered food from that menu. i was not so courteously told they couldn't make my order till 11AM. I informed the voice that i was only ordering off the menu i was presented. To no avail, i moved on to pay for food i didn't want. At window one, i asked for the manager. She informed me it was a system problem and what i wanted i could have at 11AM! i complained that i was only ordering from the menus presented to me. She would not budge. i have always known McDonald's as a customer facing organization. They failed here. My final volley was to ask for them to give me the food I really didn't want at no cost for all of this confusion. No luck there either. i was informed by this manager that "They we're running business". I reduced my order at that point to a large Coke, paid my $1.10 for a watery Coke with nearly no ice from some young team member with stringy yellow and orange hair. With this crew and management, this location will be challenged day in and day out. read more

Paid for an order and then they loose the order. Next would do nothing about it and acted like it was my fault was complete bs. BATTLE OF THE BRIGHTON BURGER's- (Fast food)- Ok Lynne, as for your request, I am finally going to do this one, Hooray! So, this is the criteria that I used. I picked the 6 top FF, burger places in Brighton, 100 person survey, 50 male, 50 female, 50 people were between the ages of 16-30, the rest were 30+. Based off of reputation and popularity. I asked the basic question, "Where do you eat when you want a burger in Brighton?" Out of the top picks by people I associate with, my neighbors, colleagues, friends and family these are the top 6 FF burgers places they eat. Players are- McDonald's(26), Burger King(22),Wendy's (22),Jack in the Box (13), Good Times(10),and Big Daddy's(7). Any other's were too sucky to make the list! Criteria was- Lobby(0-3), Drive thru(0-3), Customer Service(0-3), Food taste and presentation (0-4). A perfect score would be a 13. All lobby visits were done at peak hours from noon till 1pm. All drive thru, were 8pm non peak. Ok let's start! Lobby Cleanliness ( condiments,bathrooms, trash) score= 3 The condiments were restocked, bathrooms were clean and trash was dumped! Drive thru-(greeting, speed,accuracy)score=1 The lady was polite, professional, however this Drive Thu has a habit of consistently making mistakes, SO CHECK YOUR ORDERS! When I complained she was very apologetic and she gave me a free apple pie! Customer Service-(greeting, professionalism, speed) score =3 They were polite, professional showed me how to operate the self service register. I received my food in 2 minutes and 26 seconds. Food (accuracy, presentation, warmth, taste) score=3, 1 point was lost because bun had a thumb impression in it. The sandwich was quickly replaced with no gripes. I did check and the cook was wearing gloves. So here was the ranking: 1) McDonalds = 10 Quarter Pounder 2) Big Daddy=10 Big Daddy 3) Wendy's = 9 Double 4) Jack in Box = 8 Jumbo Jack 5) Burger King = 7 Whopper 6) Good Times = 5 Deluxe So as for preference well, the beef was not dry and the bun was soft and spongy. I enjoyed the quarter pounder the best and It was McDonalds that won! I also know this is just a matter of my opinion and yours may slightly or greatly differ, but I encourage you to make you own survey, and rise to the challenge let me know, if you obtained similar results, I would be curious to read your findings! But for now my favorite Fast food burger in Brighton is the Quarter pounder from McDonald's! Which was a tie with Big Daddy burger. The only reason Quarter pounder won slightly, by taste, was the Big Daddy burger had just a little too much mustard for my taste! The few times Ive come here, I learned that to get good service, go in and order at the counter. There is a lot less chance of your order being messed up. The one time I tried the drive thru the employee gave my food away to the car in front of me and they had to remake the whole order which meant for me to park to the side and wait until they brought it out to me. other than that just another regular McDonalds. read more

The truth is that the location's management is very lazy and cleans the machine early so they can go home early. I haven't seen a single employee here with any ambition. Friendly and efficient staff, at least on the drive through. Inside is clean with two TVs and plenty of seating. A Redbox is also located here. Drive through always seems pretty speedy here - they have the double lane set up. Conveniently close to the North Range and better than our local McDonald's this McD's is also right off I-76 at the 144th Ave/Brighton Crossing exit. Well done guys! read more

Best McDonald's I have ever been to for everything especially courtesy. All three people that helped us in the drive thru were very nice. Sometimes it takes us a second to answer bc we have kids in the car that we need to ask questions or a coupon code. Even if we try to have everything ready it always happens that we have to say "one second please". This was the first time I have ever had someone responded kindly. Normally we get scoffing, one time they told us no they could not wait, the list is long on the negative responses. We also asked for extra pickles and they gave them to us with no hesitation. With already having toddlers in the car screaming it was nice to finally have a pleasant drive through experience. Oh! And they got our order right and it was fresh and fast. What more could we ask for? Also on a side not we have never been to this McDonals we just stop there for some quick food on our road trip. read more

We tried to walk through the drive thru because we had a trailer and when we got to the window two young employees just stared and us talking to each other and completely ignored us.
