I purchased two cheeseburger meals and went directly home, which is approximately a seven-minute drive. Upon arrival, I found that both meals were stone cold. After taking only one bite, the food was inedible to the point that I had to throw the entire order away. Based on the quality, it appeared that this was either a resold old order or food that had been sitting out for a significant amount of time. This experience was absolutely disgusting. I pull up to the 2nd window and I see 2 people not working. 1 guy on his phone by the drink machine and the other hiding behind the counter. Finally I get my food after a 10 minute long process and you could just tell the female is stressed out as if she was running the whole place on her own. When I got to the window, I witnessed something completely unacceptable. One of the employees went to the back and grabbed a melted ice cream cone that had clearly already been made. They then brought it to the machine, poured the melted ice cream back into the ice cream machine, dumped off what was left, and reused the same cone by adding fresh ice cream on top before handing it to us. This is a serious hygiene and food safety issue. Reusing food like that is not only unsanitary, it's honestly shocking to see happening at all--especially from a place that's supposed to follow basic health standards. Once we asked for the cone to be remade the manager with attitude said "it's not the same cone, it would've been melted" after we told the manager we had seen the employee do it she didn't apologize and gave us a "new cone". Who trains these employees?!
