After working a long shift, I was looking forward to getting taco bell because they're always one of the only things open here in brighton this late. I had checked the hours on google and it said opened until 1 am (this was at 12:17 am), we pulled up to the drive through at 12:28 am and the automated speaker said it was closed. Pulled up to the window and the hours were also listed as opened until 1 am, and the employees were still clearly inside. This is not the first time this has happened at this location unfortunately. Now I'm off to the Bridge location because they're always open the hours as listed! Just sucks because they're more out of the way for me, but can no longer trust the Prairie Center location. read more

sat in the drive through for 5 minutes and nobody answered even after saying hello multiple times. i then went in and there were 4 employees one sitting and eating in the dining room. one sitting in the back and 2 that appeared out of nowhere. I stood at the counter for another 5 minutes waiting to order inside. the employee sitting in the dining room took my order. I asked to speak with manager and said that i was waiting for 10 minutes and got horrible service and still paid for my meal. The manager literally did not say a single word. Nothing. horrible service! I ordered a large nacho fry and it wasnt even filled. And the chicken chalupa had hardly any chicken in it and the chicken that was in it was very old tasting. read more

I went through the drive through and I needed a second to choose what I wanted and the cashier asked me three times what I wanted and got more aggressive each time and when I asked her to hold on for a third time she told me I would not be served today and when I went inside to talk to the manager, the manager wouldn't give me a chance to explain my side and told me I can have a good day and walked away from me. I ordered online in hopes that my order would be correct since it's written down. When I ordered online it gave me a space to put down the name of the person that was picking it up and when my son got there, they didn't have it under that name and he had to call me to verify the items in the bag, one of which wasn't even in the bag. So you completely missed an item and then the bean burrito that I ordered was completely wrong, I asked for no onions( which I'm allergic to) , and to add sour cream( which there was none in there). I pulled in to the drive thru and waited for 11 minutes for the cars in front to order. I pulled up to the box and waited for 5 minutes without a word from the restaurant. Pulled up to the window and there were people inside but they would not acknowledge me. The cars behind me seemed to wait for some time before driving off. This TB is my only option for a late night meal and they consistently are closed or non-responsive when they are supposed to be open. This is the 4th time I've arrived, waited and not received any food. I've gone to this location before and have asked for my crunchy tacos to have no cheese or lettuce on them and only meat. Time and time again, they keep the lettuce and cheese on there. I get to open my food and eat and my chicken quesadilla all my chicken was on one side of the tortilla. My taco wrappers are drenched in grease not from my food. Look, I know it's Taco Bell.. so I'm not expecting much. But this has to be the worst managed food establishment I have ever been to. I've resisted the urge to write a review in the past slow service, bad food, etc), my experience today was too much. After a 45 minute wait in the drive thru, we finally get to the screen to order - and they say sorry we are too busy and so we are closed. Keep in mind, only 5 cars were ahead of my car the entire 45 minutes.. and the parking lot had maybe 5-6 cars. So as frustrating as this is, I hold my tongue and figure I can finally at least get out of there. NOPE - the 5 cars in front of me all got to order, so I had to wait another 15 minutes just to be able to leave. Long story short, we all have a low bar for Taco Bell, but sometimes you just want that gut bomb. I'd advise driving further away to a different location for it. read more

Agree with other reviews. I do not know when if ever I have had to create my own table cloth out of paper napkins due to the table being so sticky. No better options to be found. Took over 15 mins for a simple smaller order. Watched 3-4 other families very frustrated with their wait as well. Food is typical but for the amount of time spent here it would be better going to go to a restaurant. Staff eating right at the register? The same employee I never saw do a bit of work...didn't take an order, touch a tray, clean the table where she took a break. Nada. The food is what you would expect from Taco Bell. A good choice if you're looking for a quick meal and not wanting to spend a fortune. However, every time I go here, the menu is different and it seems to be shrinking. I ask for things I normally order and am told they no longer make the item. I find that bizarre since everything on their menu basically has the same ingredients. Aside from that, I like the location, the place is always very clean and though the staff is usually quite young - they're actually helpful, respectful and quite friendly. read more

My Wife and I live not too far from this location so we decided to give it a try one evening. The first thing we noticed was that every restaurant near the Taco Bell (Buffalo Wild Wings, Chick-Fil-A, McDonalds) were all busy. The Taco Bell had three cars in the parking lot and, honestly, I believe that they belonged to employees. This was 6:30PM (The dinner hour). We placed our order at the drive thru, pulled forward and sat...and sat....and sat...and sat...(you get the idea). Nearly 17 minutes later we received our order. One might figure that isn't terribly bad....except that we were the only car in the drive thru. Needless to say, we won't be back. My advice for anyone about to eat there? Take a picnic lunch with you to eat while you wait.... read more

I have been to this location 10 times at least. Every time I have gone to this location every table in the place is disgusting and can not be used to eat off of. They are always out of straws in the lobby. The lobby in general is in disarray and unlcean. The kitchen looks dirty and unkept. I stand at the counter waiting to place an order upwards of 5 minutes every time I dine here. The wait for this so called fast food to get 3 hard shell Taco Supremes is upwards of 20 minutes. They seem to be skimping on ingredients as you will receive the skinniest tacos and emptiest burritos ever!

Very nice young man working the drive thru help me decide which would be best. If you can't handle the heat the Chipotle is very good.
