It soured me on the place, so I just stopped going. But recently, a coworker suggested we get lunch there, and I figured it had been long enough to try it again. I'm really happy I did. The vibe is great, sort of a sports bar feel but with a Mexican twist, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I got the Reunion Combo, and it was a ton of food. It had a chicken tamale and a crispy relleno covered in this really tasty pork green chile, a red chile cheese enchilada, and a ground beef crispy taco. Everything was delicious, and the plate was huge. I definitely felt like I got what I paid for with the meal. The only thing I didn't like was the $4 ice tea. It kind of feels like a cheap way to make the bill bigger at the end, but honestly, the food and the better service made it worth it. I'm glad to have this spot back on my list for lunch in Commerce City.

I got excited when their spicy yum-yum sauce was actually a Chipotle sauce drizzled on top of most of their tacos, bowls and burritos! I originally ordered their Gringo Bowl, which had all the standard ingredients that make the bowl great. I, however, was recommended the last bowl on their list that had their signatory Chipotle Sauce:: the Moby Dick Bowl for $11.00 which was incredible!! I did order extra drizzle, as I can't get enough of that! We also got a side of the Jalapeno Poppers for $7.00 which, you guessed it: Served with CHIPOTLE SAUCE!! DING, DING, DING. There were vegetarian and gluten-free options, even if they were not advertised as such. A very affordable lunch for 8 with a starter and ordering to our heart's content was $120.
