Great little food truck right off 104th Ave. I tried one of their burritos, and was very impressed. The food came out quickly too. The burrito came with two different salsa, and both were very tasty. They even have some outdoor seating set up if you wanted to eat in the parking lot, but I took mine to go. read more

Friendly folks with good food at a good price. Would stop again when leaving the airport the back way.

Food truck parked in front of a church, but you don't go there for the ambience. Though the view of the mountains is clearly visible and beautiful to stare at. The food is fantastic and the service is always impeccable. I'm never disappointed. read more

Wow I'm from San Diego CA and would go to Mexico for tacos all the time and these adobada tacos were just as good as those So much flavor and juice in each bite! The carnitas flavor was something I've never tasted before it has a raspberry salsa on top that was amazing! The meat was a little harder than I liked for those but you couldn't really tell cuz of the flavor. The burrito was kinda small for 10 bucks, But it was good. Nothing crazy about it though. And the ladies working there were so sweet and nice! I love supporting small businesses over major companies. Would def go back if I was in the area again. Easy parking in a dirt lot very open area read more

Some of the best tacos I've stumbled upon in the Denver area. The meat in all the tacos is so tender and flavorful and the salsa is addicting and spicy. They clearly have a vision based on the way they prepare the tacos. They put a delicious fruit salsa on the carnitas, cheese on the chorizo and the green salsa deliciously incorporates Mexican oregano which is pretty unique. These are not your generic street tacos. One of the highlights is their beef barbacoa, I will challenge you to find a better barbacoa taco in Denver. It was so good that I forgot to take pictures. read more

El Lechon is doing street tacos right! They are set up in a trailer and kick these out in minutes. I rolled up, ordered four tacos, and had them in 4-5 minutes. The tacos were good. They put their spin on classic street tacos. They also offered a couple that I would like to try, such as the tongue, but they were out by the time I got there. All in all, good ingredients and fresh flavors equal good tacos. The staff was kind and quick, defiantly worth the stop. Pro tip - they also take phone orders. read more

El Lechon - Steak, Adobada, Chorizo and Shrimp - Food Trucks Near Me - Commerce City, Colorado

Great little taco truck on the side of the road! They do offer a couple of tables to eat in. We tried the carnitas and steak tacos, carnitas burrito, and steak quesadilla. The tortillas were fresh and soft. The burrito was huge and hot, filled with a large amount of tender shredded meat, along with rice, beans, onions and green peppers. Hot sauce was actually hot and had a nice chile flavor. Service was excellent, the lady who took our order over the phone was friendly and polite. If this family keeps up this quality they will soon be moving on to expansion I'm sure. read more

The tacos were great and we had a good variety of the tacos with pollo, carnitas, and steak. All the tacos were good and enjoyed the salsa as well. read more

Quite possibly the best street tacos I've ever had in my life. I mean they're that good. Seriously. Selfishly I'd rather not share this information so I can keep going back without dealing with huge lines of people, but the owners deserve to be paid millions for how awesome their food is. But they will blow up in the same way Reunion in the new Commerce City is blowing up and both will dominate. Just making sure you were aware. read more

El Lechon - a large plume of smoke rising from a forest - Food Trucks Near Me - Commerce City, Colorado

Went to get lunch here. Ordered quesabirria. Thats 3 tacos and also a coke that came out to $24.00? No thanks.

El LECHON for the street tacos! If your in the area of Reunion or 104th & HWY 2, stop by & get some! Heading the the airport, get some! Just got in from the airport, stop by & get some! I've tried their Carnitas, Chorizo, Adobada, Steak, Chicharron, Lengua, & Barbacoa Tacos. My favorites are the Barbacoa, Carnitas & Chicharron Tacos! The Carnitas Burrito is also delish, the Steak Quesadilla has little cubes steak which are seasoned well & very tender! They have a friendly staff & quality service! Order ahead if you can cause they get busy. The ambiance is your normal taco truck vibes in a church parking lot. They've got some seating or you can just post up & eat in your car. This will be my 3rd visit in a week, that should tell you how much I've enjoyed it! read more

Best tacos in Denver! Our go to food truck and we recommend to all of our friends and family!

Always friendly and the food always Hits good. We can always count on them for a quality quick lunch anytime especially for us who work from home. I also know that they are expanding and have a second food truck west on 104th! read more

Our usual place that we go for tacos was closed for delivery so we decided to try a new locally owned place and El Lechon popped up. And we are so glad we tried it. We got two of almost every taco. We got chorizo, adobada, shrimp, steak, and carnitas. My favorite was the shrimp. Had a great crunch and flavor. We were questioning the raspberry salsa on the carnitas just because we never had that before but it was a pleasant surprise. It was really good and my boyfriends favorite. All of the tacos we tried were good and would recommend. Wish they had some vegetarian options. Only thing i had a "complaint" about. Can't wait to eat here again. read more

Delicious. Really yummy tacos. You can call ahead for pick up which is handy. The donut dessert and slushy drink are fun too!

Yum! On a road trip around the Western States and trying taco trucks in the meantime! This taco truck has the most unique flavors - different from all the others we've tried. The meat tastes marinated and the sauces are so so yummy! Each taco has it's own flavor / and toppings. Tacos range from $2 - $3. I highly recommend this place :) There is also a fun Brewery next door which loves for you to bring their tacos in! read more

Their taco's are world class. The parking lot is finally paved, which is why it took me so long, to try them. Their carnitas are to die for! I ordered on-site. They gave me a pager, just like a high end restaurant. I walked back to my car, because it was 95° outside. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. They suggest you call in your order in advance. I timed it just right, because 3 construction company trucks pulled up with 12 guys. Give them a try, and you'll become their next repeat customer, just like me! read more

Very good carnitas tacos! There is a raspberry (I think) sauce that is on them that sets the taco apart from other carnitas tacos.

So we finally tried their tacos today and I'm so glad we did! I had the carnitas tacos and my daughter had their steak tacos. So delicious!! We also had their churro donut....amazing! Highly recommend. Service was awesome! read more
