These tacos hit the spot and the place was really busy but these weren't the best tacos I've ever had. We grabbed 2 carne, 2 birria, 2 al pastor, and 2 barbacoa. This location is the after party hangout. Where all the Latinos get their late night grub. You will see them dress to impress in boots and high heels. Tripas tacos are the best around. Crispy, full of flavor, and it doesn't have the dirty after taste. I have tried their Pastor, Lengua, and Buche. And their tripas are definitely their best. They don't have much sitting space, so hope for the best when you come in. They also don't have a working ac, but they do have a loud, powerful fan. They also do have a salsa bar which has 3/4 different types of salsas and other vegetables. I would also recommend the tamarind juice, it's very thirst quenching. Service is ok. This is a very inexpensive place where to have lunch if you are touring the Arsenal. We had 3 tacos de assada, one burrito de assada, one horchata, one fanta and one bottle of water for a total of $14! That's as low cost as it gets. The place is not the cleanest, nor is it in the best area of town. Everything seems a bit run down in the neighborhood. But the food was very good and the service was friendly. It is right next door to a laundromat in the very corner of a strip mall that is completely surrounded by a white rod iron fence. That was different. LOL. For starters when you go during rush hour expect to wait a while for your food which means taking your whole lunch time. Don't get me wrong the place is a little hole in the wall but the food is very good and worth the wait. I have been here multiple times and the tacos and other things in the menu are great to eat, and they have a lot of things to choose from here not just tacos, one thing is that the customer service here some times can be slow or they just dnt pay much attention to you. In the end this is not a bad place to come and eat and any hour of the day as they stay open late, and would recommend this place to friends and family to come and enjoy this little place. read more

Small 4 inch doubled tortilla, not a lot of meat but enough and well seasoned and a very deluxe, plentiful salsa bar loaded with fresh cucumbers, radishes, cabbage, green, red, habanero, and guac. salsas and some of the best pickled jalapeño, carrot, and onion escabeche I think I've ever had. The rest of the food everyone else was eating in this small space looked good too (the rest of the menu looked to lean towards the pricey side ie tortas from $6.50 to $8.50). The parking lot is small and is shared with a laundromat but people come and go pretty fast. I waited about 5 mins on a rainy day to find a spot. I came here around 4 pm so it wasn't super crowded, It's not a big place but there were several tables available when I was there, so I was able to sit and wait for my carry out order. I ordered a smothered Chile relleno burrito and 5 various tacos (carnita, Asada, cabeza, lengua, and al pastor). Everything was delicious and authentic and best of all, reasonably priced!!! $1 tacoossssss!!! The burrito was also huge for the price of $7. Just got a pile of tacos (pastor, asada, lengua, pollo) for the family for New Year's Eve, plus some champurrado to drink on the way home. All tacos were perfectly delicious - I think my favorites were the asada and the pastor. These are little street tacos, so order accordingly. They were really cheap - like $1.30 each. Two of the salsas were really spicy, just how I like it. Be advised that the staff seems to speak minimal English, although I'm sure you can wing it without Spanish. Highly recommended! read more

Holy moly this place is good! While on a rotation in Commerce City, I asked some people where I could find some solid, authentic mexican food nearby. Everyone mentioned Los Gallitos, so I decided to check it out with a classmate on our lunch break. Little hole-in-the-wall type place next door to a laundromat, it certainly doesn't look like much. We each ordered a pork burrito and were not disappointed. Within 5 minutes out came a piping hot, massive burrito, smothered with spicy green chili and cheese. YUM! The pork was crispy and flavorful, and the size of the burrito was so substantial, it easily could be split between two people. For $7, this is some of the best mexican food you'll have. I will definitely be back to try the tacos and their breakfast burritos. read more

Forget the cost (it's unbelievably cheap here); just talking flavor and authenticity alone I would give this place three 5-star ratings.
