I was wandering around Brighton during the first Denver Broncos game of the season and randomly thought, "Let's try this brewery today." That little decision turned into one hell of a find. Something Brewery has that laid~back, industrial taproom vibe that immediately makes you want to pull up a stool and stay awhile. The beer lineup gave me plenty to explore, but honestly, the people are what sealed the deal. John behind the bar was absolutely crushing it~friendly, energetic, welcoming, and exactly the kind of beertender who makes a first~time visitor feel like a regular.
