Stopped in here even against my seeing the low Yelp star rating. Figured it can't be bad all the time - Not McDonald's. I was wrong The manager and the person that put my order together need to be retrained. For any one to work there and feel it's OK to give literally cold fries, do not care about their job or the customer. Not even warm. Wish I could give zero stars this visit. Drive through window order and cold fries and soft definitely old fries. And they waited for my nuggets to be made. Cause they were fresh hot. Why not drop fries too. I swear this is the worst McDonalds. We live about a mile away and we are done going there. 80% of the time the order is wrong Or something is wrong like cold fries. Tonight we hit the triple play. Not sure what all these people are expecting from a fast food drive through. All the times I've been there the food was good and order was accurate. Staff was also always very friendly. Maybe this particular McDonalds attracts the mentally ill because last time there was a man loudly shouting at the poor employees because he claimed his fries weren't hot enough. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches with tomato and lettuce. They were room temp, 1/2 slice of cheese and a sliver of tomato. Looked like cherry tomato's based on the size. Worst food ever. I live close by and like to grab McDonald's sometimes but will be going elsewhere from now on. There have been many times to order is wrong and you have to drive back around. After waiting at the drive through I order the 2 for 5 and that amount shows on the screen. Then I hear a person say "we're not doing the 2 for 5 any longer". The sign on the window said the drive thru is open 24 hours. I was stopping to get something to eat for myself and my boyfriend after a very long day out at around 1am. We pulled in and saw 2 women sitting at a table. We pull around to the speaker, no one answered so I honked my horn, again no one answered. Absurd. I just moved to the area and came to the drive thru to get an easy yogurt parfait. I had a sleeping baby in the car so I didn't just run in; I decided to use the drive thru. There were only about 3 cars in line but the drive thru took FOREVER. Way too long to get something so simple. They do have a 24 hour drive thru which is incredibly convenient and I can definitely see myself coming back. I just hope the line moves a little faster. read more
