Me and my boyfriend ordered a 40 piece and 2 ice coffees. We got there at 12:08, ordered at 12:15, and didn't get our food until after 1:20, and ONLY because I when up to the counter and complained. Thank to the girl her I talked to at the counter who apologized and got our food made, and read to take home in less then 10 minutes. We had ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, small fries, frozen coke, a unsweet tea, and a iced mocha cafe. What we received was 2 cheeseburgers, small fries, frozen coke, a sweet tea, and an iced caramel mocha cafe. That can happen and I understand that. What upset me, was that they were complaining about our order and us - while the window was open. We could hear them. I'm not one to keep my mouth shut, but i did. Only because I had been traveling all day and it was after midnight. We both have worked in jobs that you had to have a great customer service attitude. They did not have that at all. They were quite rude. I don't not tolerate that. I would not recommend going there, especially late at night. We didn't go into the dining area, at that time, but I could feel the tension in the air. Food was good but they sell you a million up charges and don't tell you it's extra. Like when you get a tea they even charge extra for a lemon. Really. It's ok to charge for stuff but it feels like you are negotiating with one of the scummy used car salespersons that adds on extra stuff to the final bill. She scoffed, "yOu FoRgOt ThE fRiEs" the manager then hands her a bag with the fries inside and BARE HANDEDLY sprinkled fries into the bag and put his BARE HANDS back on his clip board, and they handed it to me, but once i saw that i said, can i have a different order, i just saw him touch that with his hands and he's not wearing gloves. "i NeEd AnOtHeR bAG, sHe DoEsNt WaNt iT CaUsE yOu ToUcHeD tHeM" he then snatches that bag and under a second throws another bag she grabbed it hands it back again, which honestly looked like the same bag, with the same wrinkles in the same places, hands it back with the FATTEST attitude. Went through the drive thru and asked for hot mustard with our order realized we didn't get the sauce as we pulled out from the window and saw a worker delivering the curb side pick up so we pulled up next to her and asked politely for a hot mustard and she immediately gave us attitude saying it's too cold outside and that we can come in and get it ourselves she's not coming back outside for a sauce. This is totally disrespectful she is being paid to work this job it is not hard to run inside and grab a sauce that was missing from my bag that I asked for at the window and never got. Never had an issue with the food but I do have an issue with the way this place is run. I work nights and occasionally hit up McDonald's for a quick lunch. Out of the 5 or so times I've come here, 4 times they are "cash only" because their computers are down. It's a serious pain in the butt and quite unprofessional for a McDonald's. I guess that's why the line at CookOut is always 5 times the size. Also, my average wait time for the drive through is at least 12-15 minutes. Your usual university staple. McDs. Wouldn't have had a complaint here, but I have to say that we were passing through both days and happened to eat and use the restrooms in consecutive days. Food? Usual McDs. If you like the stuff, it's great, but it's the same everywhere. Restroom? I can only say for the men's side, but the "push" in part of the door was sticky. Both days. It's like whatever they wipe the door down with leaves some sort of sticky residue. It doesn't help that there's no paper towels and you have to touch the door handle to come out. Eww. Had our Grandsons with us and this is where they wanted to go. Understood, as they are 11 and 6 years old. We placed our order at the online 'order here' kiosk. We waited nearly 15 minutes for our order and when asked the only employee working the front stated he was the only one working and that is why the wait. There were at least 8 other family units in the building who were frustrated as much as we were. No telling how many cars were in line for the drive thru as the line wrapped around the building. This McDonald's has the friendliest staff of all. They are often understaffed, especially early in the morning, but they hustle, and they greet you with a smile and cheerful words. The food is McDonald's standard fare. They no longer have cinnamon melts ( my favorite form of calories)on the menu. Sadly, they replaced them with flavorless donut sticks. My visit went great. I got right in, placed my order, and it came out in a jiff, with good, friendly service to boot. Likewise, the dining room was clean and comfortable (and toasty-warm). And, one other thing I really enjoyed: the camaraderie of the staff, as evidenced by their steady, goodhearted laughter echoing regularly through the kitchen (which was doubly impressive, considering that they were shorthanded and it was Black Friday with a big crowd). There was lots of seating, too, including some big comfy leather loungers around a standalone, low-sitting table -- a nice, homey touch. In the end, I hung around for over an hour, just reading and sipping coffee and having a grand old time. Superb :-) Big thanks to all the folks at this restaurant, for providing me such a nice, safe place to relax. Keep up the good job. read more

This is an epic slow drive-through or service inside at night. Each time they claim to be "shorthanded," but it's clearly the norm. They do not want you about the 20-30 minute (not kidding!) wait times for the orders. They routinely leave things out of the order at the drive through. Best part is the owner does not seem to care. I ordered a $6 quarter pounder and they gave me a McChicken... this is repeatedly the worst McDonald's I've been to

All I ordered was two breakfast sandwiches. Having already paid, I had to show them my receipt at the second window for them to know what I ordered. They asked me to drive ahead and wait for them to come out.. with my TWO sandwiches... and they STILL messed up one of them. When I got out of my car, went inside, and leaned over the counter waiting to be helped, it took 4 minutes before anyone helped me, even though there was no one ordering food or even waiting in line. One of the cashiers was even casually talking to a customer who was eating during the entire time I was waiting. The grumpy woman who finally helped me was scatterbrained and was ready for me to be gone the moment she started "helping" me. I had to explain three times which sandwich was wrong and what I had ordered, and even then I still had to say "I want what is on my receipt" and handed it to them because words weren't getting through. She finally helped me by throwing away the perfectly good sandwich and giving me the correct one. Rather than asking if I wanted to keep the incorrect one, she literally threw it right into the trash... This is my second time coming to this McDonald's in 4 years. Now I remember why. Terrible. Went through drive thru at 1 and waited about 10-15 and then left. Four cars in total and no one was moving. They had two cars waiting in the drive thru sections at the front waiting for their food. Service is fine during the day but at night it is terrible. Last time they made us drive around the store to re-start their timer for the drive thru and we were literally the only people there! Asked about Apple Pay and said they had no idea how to do it. An employee was asking a manager for help on something she didn't know how to do and the manager was really rude and gave the employee no help whatsoever. read more

We visited this McDonald's location while traveling on 5-07-18 @ 9:40 pm, I do not remember the lady's name that took my order but I was hoping giving the date and time would allow management to figure out who it was - (on the receipt it states ks# 2 order: 35 and the order was placed inside the restaurant. The lady that took my order was very outgoing and friendly which was very welcome after 10 hours in a car. She was very helpful by letting us know which way our order would be cheaper and took the time to look through the available NatGeo happy meal toys to find one that my grandson needed to help complete his collection. The food was ready fast, was hot and the order was done correctly I could not have asked for anything more and it was very much appreciated. It would have been a 4/4 (at least, inasmuch as a Mickey-D's can be that in the context of the cheap fast food bracket since their very nice interior re-branding) but the internet here is appalling, and the staff were hit and miss for my group. I know it's tough to get fast infrastructure in the mountains, but ASU's library (for example, which is essentially next-door) has decent throughput. We are talking less than 1mbps downstream speeds here, and baud-level upstream speeds (for those of you too young to know what that terrible b-word means, picture the upload times for a small gif being in the range of 5-10 hours, with an h). As for staff: One night we had some of the nicest, sweetest folks I'd met all day, the next a bunch of obnoxious teenagers who were texting behind the counter instead of taking orders, and playing karaoke with the ambient music instead of tending the drive through. Happens everywhere I suppose, and I have nothing against staff having fun (that's possibly not true, I'm a crotchety old man at heart and I know it) but singing at a pitch that could strip paint from a fence, with a level of talent so low bar that the karaoke bar would ban you for life, at a volume that's audible curb-side with the restaurant's doors closed?
