Went to the PieSmith cause they advertised a pizza bar on there Facebook page, nope no pizza bar the guy making pizza said he was loosing money on it and I could see why 9$ pizza bar and a whole pizza is only 11$. So we ordered pizzas which were great the bad part is no ice tea, really, and other drinks come with the smallest glass I have ever seen maybe 6oz if that. So aside from the fact they don't have ice tea, no pizza bar (update your Facebook page) and the smallest glasses ever made the pizza is worth the trip the service is fast and you will not be disappointed. The pizza really stood out, with a fresh, flavorful crust and quality toppings that made it taste like it was made to order with care. It's the kind of pizza that hits that perfect balance between crispy and chewy. The appetizers were just as impressive. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside with that satisfying, gooey cheese pull inside. The fried mushrooms were a pleasant surprise as well, seasoned nicely and fried just right. Both portions were generous, making them perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself). Overall, the combination of good food, hearty portions, and reasonable prices makes Italy Grill a great spot to stop in when you're craving classic comfort Italian.
